• Klaus (4/5): Eher Notunterkunft - Von außen ein ruinöses Haus. Balkon im Ausbau mit Baumaterial darauf. Blechlamellen außen vor den Fenstern. Bei starkem Wind sehr, sehr lautes Klappern.

• Ralf (1/5): Kein Check In, wahllos ein Zimmer zugewiesen,wir waren angwiedert von der Art der Unterbringung. - nichts…Buchung nicht wahrgenommen, sofort wieder abgereist Das hat mit einem Hotel nichts zu tun. So eine Unterkunft haben wir bei Booking nicht erwartet!!!
• Mario (3/5): - Niets het was een vuiler kamer. Bij aankomst was bed met 1 dekbed niet opgemaakt. Geen onder laken. Man die ons binnen liet was vertrokken. Ander dekbed uit de kast gehaald met kussen. Het sloopwerk zag gewoon bruin. 1 Handdoek en 1 badlaken. Uit een lade haalde ik nog vies stinkend badlaken. Dus vreselijk smerig. Ook douche was vuil zakjes van champoo lagen nog in zeepbakje Zie boven niets deugde

• Katja (4/5): Lage perfekt, ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen , Preis Leistung passt nicht! - Zentrale Lage Boden schmutzig, Stuhlbezug schmutzig , Mülleimer im Bad ekelig, loser Handtuchhalter, Nachbar Zimmer Party bis früh am Morgen
• Selina (4/5): - Leider ließ die Sauberkeit des Zimmers stark zu wünschen übrig. Im Badezimmer waren einige Haare aufzufinden und der Mülleimer war nicht entleert. Auf dem Bettlaken gab es ebenfalls Haare und auf dem Bettbezug (der nur bereit lag und nicht bezogen war) waren Flecken. Diesen haben wir gegen einen ohne Flecken tauschen lassen. Die Gegend ist zwar zentral aber sehr laut, sodass wir vor 2 Uhr leider kein Auge zu machen konnten.
• Matthias (2/5): Fürchterlich. - Der Besitzer war nett, die Möbel recht neu. Zimmer schmutzig, Toilette und Bad nicht geputzt, Schmutz auf dem Boden, fleckige Bettwäsche, Kopfkissen roch nach Käsefüßen, keine Haken, nichts um ein Handtuch aufzuhängen, kein Nachttisch und kein Nachtlicht, kein Lichtschalter in Nähe des Betts. Und dafür 80 € die Nacht?!
• Blum (6/5): Goedkope overnachting voor een doorreis - De bedden De verlichting. Er was alleen een felle plafondlamp en geen flauwe nachtlampjes. Ook was er .maar 1 stoel in de kamer. Jammer genoeg kwam er ergens de lucht van sigarettenrook naar binnen.

• Dalmira (6/5): It could be better - The location is good, very close to the train station The room was big and modern No smell around The guy was nice and friendly I could not find any wifi credentials, and there was no personnel or no reception I could ask. I emailed the hotel, but nobody reached me back. The bed sheets did not look clean, and overall there was dust on the bedtable and window. There was no hair dry, which is a problem for those who have long hair.

• Esther (8/5): All in all, I was content with my choice. - The hotel is near the station, and the city center is easily reached on foot. The owner went out of his way to be helpful. Rooms were spacious with big beds & windows and were well equipped and modern - including especially the bathroom. Beds are Queen size. The TVs have huge screens. Rewe, dm (drug mart) Aldi, bakery/cafe, a bio mart, etc, are right across the street for easy breakfasts and general shopping. Bus stops in 2 directions are right there. Guest parking and parking for visitors was always available in the rear during the 5 days I was there. A formal reception seems to be lacking when a guest first arrives. A sign in the staircase, pointing downward, would help. However. as said above, the owner was always approachable by phone. There could have been a few more hangers in the wardrobe. I noticed on the last day that dusting under the bed had been lacking for some time.. Under development seems the sitting area in the backyard. Less inviting elements could be hidden, bringing out the very attractive areas and the abundance of greenery.
