Znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji – do wielu najważniejszych miejsc można dojść spacerem w około 15–20 minut. W okolicy jest dużo restauracji, kawiarni i sklepów, więc wszystko jest pod ręką. Samo mieszkanie jest komfortowe, spokojna okolica i idealne zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Kontakt z gospodarzem był bardzo dobry, a pobyt przebiegł bez żadnych problemów. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce osobom odwiedzającym Ateny.

They are centrally located on a fairly quiet street just off the main shopping street. They are clean and fairly good value for money. Excellent for a short 2-3 day stay in Athens.

• George (2/5): Συνιστάται μόνο σε όσους αγαπούν τις εκπλήξεις — ειδικά τις υδάτινες. Αν βρέχει κάντε τον σταυρό σας . - Η τοποθεσία! Αν σας αρέσει να μαίνεται κεντρικά είναι ότι πρέπει . Κατά τη διαμονή μας ενώ βρισκόμασταν μέσα στο κατάλυμα μαζί με το μωρό μας, το σπίτι πλημμύρισε. Ο λόγος ήταν η εσωτερική αυλή στον πρώτο όροφο, η οποία δεν είχε καμία αποχέτευση, με αποτέλεσμα, κατά τη διάρκεια βροχής, τα νερά να μπουν από τη μπαλκονόπορτα και να καλύψουν όλο το σπίτι. Η προτεινόμενη «λύση» από τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν να φύγουμε μέσα στη νύχτα και να αναζητήσουμε μόνοι μας άλλο κατάλυμα. Εν τέλη αφού ήρθε η στιγμή να γίνει βραχυκύκλωμα και να είναι το διαμέρισμα στο απόλυτο σκοτάδι και μη ξέροντας τι να κάνουμε μας τηλεφώνησαν και μας είπαν να πάμε στον πάνω όροφο που είχε ένα ακόμα διαμέρισμα διαθέσιμο η εταιρία. Επίσης το Aircondition ενώ δουλεύει για λίγο υπερθερμαίνεται και σταματάει να λειτουργεί βγάζοντας ένδειξη Ρ7 . Καλό είναι οι μελλοντικοί επισκέπτες να τα γνωρίζουν.

• GEORGIA (8/5): Spacious apartment in perfect location - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was new and clean. The location was perfect.Very safe We could not easily open the locker and asked for help.It needs to be changed . When we entered the apartment we had no electricity because they had placed the card wrong.we sent a whats up message and answer the next day. Anyway we realised what we should do but it would be better if they had a 24 hour service.

Just a minor issue with the shower door. Would not close/seal completely so some water would leak out making it a tiny bit messy.
• Marieffie (8/5): Fabulous, clean, spacious appartments to stay at for short 2-4 day stays in Athens. - Very spacious appartment with comfortable beds, clean, large modern bathrooms. Very good location on a side street off the main Ermou shopping road. 5 minute walk to Syntagma which gives you access to all tourist attractions via Bus or Metro. I particularly love the fact I do not have to talk to anyone upon arrival. Check in is online and the whole thing is very easy and accessible. You just pick up your keys from the lockbox and you're home. I have stayed here on numerous occasions as a solo traveller or with company and these are my preferred appartments to stay at whenever I visit Athens. the appartment numbers on the lockboxes have worn off and should be replaced.

• Ipsilantis (4/5): Παραπλάνηση το μπαλκόνι. - Η τοποθεσία, τα κρεβάτια, τα δύο δωμάτια, τα δύο μπάνια ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση καθαρά και καινούρια, η κουζίνα. Το δωμάτιο έχει την παραπλανητικη πληροφορία ότι βλέπει σε μπαλκόνι. Στην πραγματικότητα είναι ο υπαίθριος χώρος ενός ανήλιαγου φωταγωγού τον οποίο το δωμάτιο τον μοιράζεται με το δίπλα δωμάτιο και είναι βρώμικος και παρατημένος. Επίσης το δωμάτιο είχε πολλά κουνούπια που δεν μας άφησαν να κοιμηθούμε και δεν είχε αντικουνουπικά. Επίσης δεν υπάρχει καλή ηχομόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγονται οι γείτονες. Το κτήριο του δωματίου είναι παλιό και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι άσχημοι.

For a solo traveler it was excellent for me and has easy access to anywhere you wanna go. First impression I had, the apartment was clean, extra towels for my 3 days stay, a double comfy bed and a single one and it had an iron and hair dryer which was helpful a lot. I would recommend it for everyone who's traveling to Athens and wants to be in the center heart of it.

Lo stabile in cui si trova però lascia a desiderare: la scala e l'androne sono piuttosto trasandati. Non c'è nessuno con cui interloquire, all'arrivo non riuscivamo ad aprire il lucchetto e siamo rimasti una mezz'ora all'esterno con una bambina di sera tardi. Nessuno ci ha risposto al telefono e i messaggi al numero whatsapp erano generati in automatico.
• Noura (1/5): Very inhospitable hosts. - Location only! I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Central Bliss Apartments with my family. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations and caused us significant inconvenience throughout our stay. From the very beginning, we encountered issues. When we arrived early and politely asked to store our luggage for just one hour (2pm instead of 3pm) while the apartment was being cleaned, our request was refused. We accepted this and waited until the official check-in time. However, things only got worse from there. We were a group of four adults and three children staying for four nights, yet we were denied extra towels. Despite explaining our situation, we were told we could not receive any additional towels — and there was no washing machine available. As a result, we were forced to reuse the same towels for the entire stay and eventually had to purchase our own, which was both unreasonable and unhygienic. Additionally, the shower was completely blocked, causing water to flood the entire bathroom. When we reported the issue, the host repeatedly insisted that “this was how the bathroom was designed.” Only after I sent video evidence did they finally agree to send someone to fix the drainage. Overall, our stay was extremely disappointing — from the lack of basic hospitality to poor maintenance and unprofessional communication. This experience fell far below the standards expected from a property like Central Bliss Apartments
• Amberley (8/5): Comfortable and good base to explore Athens. - The apartment was a good base for exploring Athens. It is modern and meets all your needs. Having two rooms and two bathrooms was one of the reasons we chose the place. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean (although some repairs are needed). Thanks for having us. There was sometimes noise from the other tenants in the building. This didn't disturb us too much as we were not there often but useful to know. It would have been convenient to have two sets of keys as were were not always leaving the apartment at the same time and because you have to get into the building and then the apartment we couldn't use the key box as a solution to this problem. Some aspects of the apartment have wear and tear but for the price it was a great base in Athens.

• Eleni (9/5): Ευχάριστη διαμονή - Η τοποθεσία πάρα πολύ καλή, μέσα στο κέντρο, περπατώντας μόνο λίγα λεπτά βρίσκεσαι πολύ κοντά στα αξιοθέατα και στο εμπορικό κέντρο, Ερμού - Μοναστηράκι. Το διαμέρισμα άνετο για 3 άτομα και καθαρό. Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένας δεύτερος καθρέφτης εκτός της τουαλέτας, για να μην περιμένει ο ένας τον άλλον, να ετοιμαστεί. Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένας χώρος, εκτός του διαμερίσματος, για φύλαξη των αποσκευών μετά το check out.

• Alex (1/5): The worst waste of time ever in athens - I didnt have the chance to stay in the accomodation I booked for 2 days, as there was no electricity inside When i call for assistance they were unable to give me the right things to do in order to put electricity on Such a bad experience which led me to book another place to stay 2 hours after my check-in inside They didnt even refund me, what a shame There is NOTHING easy as you arrive inside You have to struggle for everything, the electricity, the hot shower, also there is no data inside the quality is very bad of the connection I couldnt even try the wifi connection cause unable to charge my phone that had no battery anymore cause of course no electricity

• Khalil (9/5): Excellent - The apartment size was perfect for a family of 5, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Location was perfect, near the center, yet in a quite street with no noise at night. Host provided accurate information and they even had their own portal for the reservation which offered booking a tax services which we used and was excellent as well.

Dog manglede der et spejl i selve værelset. Det har man brug for når man er flere og ikke skal stå i kø til spejlet i badeværelset Mangler 1 spejl på værelset Vær opmærksom på at når man søger på central bliss, så er det nr 22. Hvilket slet ikke passer. Nummeret er 4-6. Da jeg bookede stod der også. Nr22. Min chauffør der hentede mig og havde også fået oplyst nr 22. Så det resulterede i at vi var på gaden 1 time med baggage fordi vi troede at det var nr 22. Chaufføren gav op og kørte fra os. Jeg forsøgte mange gange at kontakte overnatnings sted på det nummer jeg havde på booking.com, men de blev ved med at lægge på eller sige at det er nr 22. Efter 1 times kamp, spurgte vi en kiosk mand på samme gade, han sagde hvor bliss apartments lå. Han fortalte også at vi er langt fra de første der ikke har kunne finde det, og at mange ender med at henvende sig til ham. Jeg fandt så i en mail, hvor der stod nr 2-6… men det var ikke noget jeg havde bemærket, da i selve mailen var der mange vigtige oplysninger. Jeg vil gøre jeg opmærksom på, at det er ULTRA vigtigt, at skrive det rigtige nr på alle steder hvor bliss apartments reklameres og vises. Desværre havde jeg fuldstændig glemt at jeg havde skrevet med ejeren før min rejse😅 for havde jeg husket det, ville jeg have ringet på det nr med det samme da vi stod på gaden. Ellers et rigtig godt sted og når så skrev med ejeren så var han meget flink og behjælpelig ☺️
• Marios (1/5): Terrible customer service and lack of assistance. - The studio is located just 1 min away from Ermou street. Our experience with this booking was completely disappointing from the very beginning. Scammed with photos of a bigger studio to eventually get a small one. We made a reservation through booking.com for a studio with kitchenette and small living room area (with sofa and coffee table), which was important to us as we are traveling with a baby. However, when we were about to make the online check-in we noticed that it was changed to a smaller studio. The customer support was more than terrible, they denied to help us in any way, and even to provide extra cleaning for our stay. The host and booking.com were transferring the fault to each other, which resulted in spending hours on the phone with no useful outcome.

• Marieffie (9/5): Superb - Absolutely love this property. Have stayed here a couple of times on short 2-3 day stay. Love how central the property is, just off Ermou Street and approx. 5 minute walk to Syntagma. It is very close to all the shops and restaurants, however it is on a quiet side street so no noise at night time. The flats are clean and fairly modern. I really do not like the entrance to the building where the key pick up is. It really needs to be updated.

Taxi can drop you 10 steps away from building. 15mins walk to must-see athens and 5mins to 2 metros providing access to all three lines. lively with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, laundry, shops right on doorstep. lift access with clean, well-lit landings. As a single woman, i felt totally safe going out early and returning late. Service : i forgot the key inside the apt and locked myself out. Within 30mins of my whatsapp message, the management agency resolved the issue. They provided the number code for the number lock (separate from the key lock) on the door and i was able to enter. appreciate the prompt and efficient help provided. Easy Checkin / Checkout : management agency contacted me prior to arrival with information about location and key code for lockbox. so thoughtful to find a complimentary bottle of water. two sets of towels, bed linens, toilet rolls provided for 13 nights stay. Facilities : fully-equipped kitchen for self-catering with kitchen paper roll, tea bags and sugar (but no salt, pepper, tea towel to clean kitchen or dry dishes, no extra trash bags) generously sized bathroom with rain shower head. apt door with security bolts. wifi worked perfectly. copious hot water. comfortable bed. quiet and bright lighting in apt. being in city center and surrounded by other apartments, windows provide daylight but have no views (no issue for me) The heating was not able to warm the apartment partially but not to a comfortable temperature in December. Little things were let slipped with the facilites : the cabinet door of the fridge does not hang well so opening/closing completely is a hassle. same for the shower glass door. in the end i just left it open throughout my stay since the shower is spacious so water does not splash too much into the bathroom floor. one bedside lamp cover is missing. As shown in the photos, there is a long wall desk which is perfect for working on laptop. It would make sense therefore to provide even 1 chair. As it is i enquired of the management agency but they were not able to provide a chair, i had to buy one since i was working in the apartment for 2 weeks.

• Dalys (8/5): Very central, clean and comfortable for short stays! - The location was perfect for us. The accommodation was great for our stay. Having to find outside bibs for rubbish, which we had to carry some distance away.

Close to the principal shops, restaurants and archeological sites in the center of Athens, at less than 5 minutes walk from the metro station of Syntagma, which is connected through the blue line to the airport and to the other principal metro lines. The apartment was quiet and clean, equiped with the main facilities. Amazing communication with the owner. - Perfect very central location, 10min walk from 2 big metro station, 3min walk from the nearest supermarket, bakery at the end of the street.. Flat was clean, bathroom was spacious with a shower with a very good debit, the bed was incredible. Very secure door. Lift in the building seemed new. Wi-Fi works super well. Also, the flat is quiet as it does not give directly on the street. Was only hearing the construction work in the near building. But nothing of the bars in the street. Amazing communication with the owner. Provide towels, some body and hair shower gels and soap. A tea towel would have been appreciated for deying the dishes but I used one of the spare towels they prepared for me. Some vinegar/oil too but small olive oil bottles can be found at the market (10min walk). Some dark hair remaining in one of the towel, but this was an easy clean. Might lack natural sunlight but most of the time you don't need it as you go outside or you close the curtain to avoid the sun.

• Marieffie (8/5): Very good - The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The apartments are clean. There is no reception so if you need anything you have to communicate with the property managers via the app. Not a massive issue but would be nice to have a reception facility.
