• Yvonne (9/5): Fantastisch. - De locatie, de grootte en fijn dat er 3 slaapkamers waren. Prachtige omgeving en op de goede afstand van metro e.d. De bedden waren relatief klein. De springveren in het bed kon je net voelen (het is fijn als er een topper op wordt gelegd). Overigens was het meer dan goed genoeg om goed op te slapen.

• Karim (10/5): Appartement de rêve dans quartier chic - Les enfants auraient aimés repartir avec cet appartement dans leurs bagages, un confort total pour toute la famille, un emplacement de rêve donnant directement sur l'entrée de Primrose Park, et donc à quelques minutes du zoo et de Regent's Park ! Tout l'équipement est fonctionnel et prévu pour un bon séjour sans soucis ! Nous avons pu profiter du beau séjour et du calme du quartier ! On a adoré les marches à l'intérieur de l'appartement, la moquette super propre et épaisse, la buanderie, le grille-pain, la bouilloire, le lave-vaisselle, etc. Tout le linge était présent et en nombre suffisant pour une famille de 5 ! Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Nous recommandons très vivement pour profiter de Londres en famille la journée et se reposer au calme en soirée ! Le canapé-lit banquette du salon convient à un enfant de moins de 12 ans mais pas à un adulte. Le métro Swiss Cottage est à privilégier et est à 12 min du logement.
• EMMANUELLE (9/5): Emplacement idéal pour visiter Londres et se retrouver en fin de journée dans un lieu calme et agréable. - Appartement idéalement placé dans un quartier calme et très agréable. Très bien équipé . Beaucoup de choses neuves . Facile d’accès .
• Afef (8/5): Appartement confortable - Appartement propre et très bien chauffé. Équipements nickel (grille-pain, cafetière, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche linge ...). Aussi, nous avons apprécié d'avoir aussi les serviettes et échantillons pour la douche. Ainsi que le lit bébé. L'appartement est aussi très beau. Le lavabo était bouché dès sa 1ere utilisation, très dommage et inconfortable durant notre séjour. Aussi, nous avions précisé que nous avions des enfants en bas âge, nous aurions bien voulu avoir l'appartement d'en dessous car beaucoup de marches d'escaliers à monter en poussette jusqu'à l'appartement. Enfin, cela est très subjectif mais contrairement aux avis que j'ai lu, je n'ai pas trouvé l'emplacement idéal : le quartier est vraiment très bien, mais il fallait tout de même marcher 10 à 15 min pour atteindre la bouche de métro la plus proche, ce qui nous paraissait long avec les enfants.

• George (10/5): - Apartment had everything needed to cook, large fridge, comfortable beds, spacious living room and cleaning equipment. It also had a washing machine with a dryer which was very convenient for us. The bus station is 5 minutes walk and from there you can connect with other bus lines to go to various places. Next to the bus stop there is a small groceries store where you can get the basic stuff. We could use a bit more soap and shampoo. In any case we bought one from the store for £1.

• Garriesha (9/5): Overall we had a good time there so if I’m ever back in London as a group I would definitely come back! - Very cozy apartment, it was perfect for our group trip of 5 persons. It was nearby many things we wanted to do, so it was nice we didn’t have to travel very far. The bedrooms windows face the street so it can be noisy in the morning from people passing by. Not something that can be fixed and wasn’t a issue for us but it’s not entirely quiet

Purtroppo il divano letto era danneggiato e, nonostante la disponibilità dell’host, poiché era capodanno, è stato riparato dopo due giorni non potendolo quindi utilizzare. L’acqua del lavandino non defluiva correttamente.

Está muy bien cuidado y durante toda nuestra estancia fuimos perfectamente atendidos por Lara. Intentamos cocinar en el horno pero nos fue imposible. Nos enviaron incluso un técnico mientras estábamos fuera y se supone que lo arregló, pero tal vez la culpa fue nuestra y no entendimos su funcionamiento.

• Jessica (7/5): Good apartment in nice neighborhood. - Apartment is right outside the Primrose Hill park which is very nice and provides good views of the city on clear days/nights (the park, no the apartment). Apartment is decently outfitted with linens as well as kitchen basics. Being in a cul de sac is fairly quiet with no through traffic (bonus) you will hear dogs and runners going by first thing in the morning (I'll take it!) The pictures shown were not for the apartment we got so that was disappointing, pictures depict an apartment on the ground floor, with a fire place and a garden, we were on the 4th floor. A lot of stairs, no fire place and no garden. Not specially close to underground or shops/restaurants, not terribly far either but we were there during 30 F weather so 12-15 min walk was not fun, I probably wouldn't mind it in the spring. Cleanliness was missed in the kitchen with dirty plates and cups in the pantry as well as cobb webs in the bedroom windows. No drawers in either room (just hanging closet)

Il manque une ou deux chaises dans la grande chambre pour poser ses affaires. Le lit de la petite chambre est vraiment juste pour2 ( 1m20).

• najlaà (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel 😀 - Séjour exceptionnel ! Nous avons été surclassés suite à des travaux dans notre logement initial, et ce fut une très belle surprise. L’appartement est grand, propre et très bien équipé, avec trois spacieuses chambres dont une superbe suite parentale avec salle de bain. L’emplacement est parfait : à seulement 2 minutes à pied du parc Primrose Hill et à quelques minutes à pied de Camden Market. Idéal pour découvrir Londres en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement !

I would definitely consider staying here again. - There was some confusion, I dont think Booking.com have updated the method of entry, so I called the host and she explained everything and I was easily able to enter the property. There was building works happening next door, cant be helped and wont be forever, but the noise of drilling etc was annoying.

On sent tellement les ressorts métalliques qu'on se demande si il ne manque pas le vrai matelas.
• OH70 (8/5): - Super Lage! Ruhig, direkt am Primrose Hill Park, von wo man einen atemberaubenden Blick über ganz London hat. Die Underground Station Swiss Cottage ist fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Im Umfeld der Station befinden sich auch mehrere kleine Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Flat 4 ist eine ordentlich ausgestattete Wohnung, wo hier und dort etwas renoviert bzw. kleinere Reparaturen gemacht werden dürfen. Die knarrenden Boden im dem älteren Haus haben ihren Charm. Viel Platz für vier Personen in der großen Wohnung. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Buen baño, completo y bonito, buen sistema de calefacción. Desperfectos en algunos armarios, la puerta principal no se cierra por dentro con la llave y crea inseguridad. Los armarios dentro de la pared de la cocina deberían mejorarse, tener aspecto de alacena.

We really liked the location right next to Primrose Hill park. It only took 10 minutes to walk to London Zoo. There was nothing we could fault.

We loved the location near Primrose Hill Park with its lovely view of the London skyline. We often found the front door open. The walk to the tube was a bit long, but it was worth it to be close to the park.

The room was plenty big enough for our family of three. There was construction going on on both sides of the property which took away from the atmosphere a little but the workers were very pleasant.

• Nicole (10/5): Totally recommend - it’s a great spot! - It’s so lovely! You’re right by a gorgeous park, easy walking to grocery stores and restaurants, lots of cute towns were walkable, and we had an easy time taking the tube or a bus into London proper. The kitchen was really well stocked. We loved it :). We had a car, and there was no place to park.
• Allie (7/5): Good - The location for the property is decent. It is a little further away from central London than anticipated but not too far. It is a bit far from the Heathrow airport but do able. The neighborhood is lovely/peaceful located right next to a beautiful park. Overall I was very pleased with the stay, my only issue was really the washer/dryer. We attempted to run it at night and it was really loud. Both bedrooms could hear it and it sounded like it was going to break through the wall. It worked perfectly fine and nothing was wrong with it but the shaking was very loud.

The bed in the 2nd bedroom was extremely creaky and the toilet also made weird noises. When the people in the flat next door had their washing machine on the whole house shook to the point of the baking trays shaking in the oven.

The place is beautiful, like in the pictures. The only thing was that the temperature was a bit too high even if we lowered it. I really recommend this place because it has a great value for money.

• Renato (9/5): I'd stay there again - The apartment is charming. The location is exceptional. It's in a residential area and the street ends at the Primrose Hill Park entrance, so no thru traffic. It's 16 min walking to the Swiss Cottage subway station in one direction and the Camden Market in the other direction. The property owner and manager were very friendly and responsive to our inquiries. We had some issues with heating and asked for an extra blanket, which were quickly resolved, but the main issue was the Wi-Fi. It didn't work for our entire stay, which was a bit disappointing. The property manager even went there to see if he could do something about it, but it seemed to be an issue with the provider. The building on the left was being renovated, so the noise in the morning became our alarm clock. Overall, I think we were just a bit unlucky, but I'd give it a second chance and stay there again.

• Ana (8/5): The best value for money in London - I loved the location; it was by far the best surprise of the residence. Plus, the hosts were incredibly kind and always ready to respond and help at any time. Staying at this property definitely made the experience even more unforgettable for me and my family. The only tricky part is the stairs to reach the flat, which might be something to consider if you have a lot of luggage. Other than that, there’s absolutely nothing I didn’t enjoy about this place.

Shared garden was not usable due to just being dirt. Needed more toilet paper available.
