My only complaint is that communication between Expedia and the hostel was not clear, and resulted in us not getting the room we thought we had booked. Everything worked out, but in the future I will contact the hostel directly.

O quarto estava sempre bem limpo, apenas o banheiro poderia ser um pouco mais iluminado. Em um dos dias, faltou água quente por um momento, mas a equipe da recepção foi extremamente atenciosa e resolveu o problema rapidamente. Aliás, sempre que precisávamos de algo, o pessoal da recepção nos ajudava com muita simpatia. A localização também é excelente, com muitas opções de comércio e restaurantes na região, o que nos permitiu fazer passeios à noite com tranquilidade. Com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar!
