• Pia (8/5): - Værten Peter, stod og tog imod os, fortalte om de muligheder vi havde - valg af værelse. Hvordan køkkenet fungeret, hvor vi kunne sætte vores madvare i køleskabet. Vi måttet gerne tage af hans kaffe og te. Forklaringer på hvordan køkken maskinerne fungeret. Fortalte om Sandavágur, om befolkningen hvordan den var fordelt kommunemæssigt. Om sit nye byggeri oven på garagen med vildmarken’s bad, næste gang. Hvis vi fik lyst til at komme igen. Fortalte om ture vi kunne gå og om byens nye spisested, som han anbefalet meget. Meget venlig vært og snakkesalig. Der var ikke noget som vi ikke kunne lide ved stedet.

• van Sas (8/5): Fantastische vakantie dankzij een goede uitvalsbasis bij Peter. - Peter is een heel vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Je bent te gast in zijn huis, dat was even wennen maar Perer gaf ond meteen een welkom gevoel. 4 fijne dagen gehad. Je kon heel snel iets te eten halen in de locale supermarkt en als je wilde waren er in de buurt ook restaurants te vinden. (Staat anders op google) Nkets

• Augusto (4/5): EXPERIENCIA INMERSIVA. SALIÓ BIEN PORQUE NOSOTROS NOS ADAPTAMOS A TODO - Poder decir que hemos vivido una experiencia inmersiva. El anfitrión fue muy amable y facilitó una buena atmósfera, en la medida de lo posible. Demasiada gente en el alojamientos: huéspedes, familiares del anfitrión, todos revueltos en la cocina. Solo hay un baño en el piso de abajo, el de arriba no se podías usar "porque iba muy lento" (?). La escalera de bajada era bastante peligrosa. El recibidor para llegar con equipaje y descalzarse casi inexistente. Absoluta falta de intimidad. Es muy incómodo que pocos días antes te avisen de que hay que pagar en efectivo. Eso puede complicar las previsiones de viaje de cualquiera..., todos sabemos lo que significa... pero bien que se puede garantizar la reserva con la tarjeta de crédito en Booking.

• Tania (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was cozy and comfortable, but what made it special was the owner. Peter has such a great sense of humor and made us feel instantly welcome. We had some funny conversations that made the stay even more memorable. It’s the kind of place where you don’t just sleep, you actually feel at home. Would love to come back again! 🫶🏻🇺🇦

• Merethe (8/5): Peter var helt vildt sød og gæstfri, men værelset var ikke så stort, derfor ikke topkarakter. - Peter var helt vildt sød og gæstfri, og det var meget hyggelig, nærmest hjemlig oplevelse at bo hos ham. Området er også superhyggeligt og ligger tæt på lille købmand. Værelset var ret lille, men alligevel fint. Dyner og puder lidt klumpede.

Cramped with suitcases, camera cases etc could have done with a couple of shelves. Needed international sockets or USB ports to facilitate international travellers.no common areas
• Dinand (9/5): Cosy - Peter and his son are very friendly and easy going hosts. Staying with them in their house was a nice experience. All amenities of their house were free to use. It wasn't extremely luxurious, but it was simply good and comfortable. I enjoyed it a lot
• David (10/5): Exceptional - I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Peter’s Guesthouse. Peter was not just a great host he truly made me feel welcome and supported from the very beginning. He was attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed throughout my time in the Faroe Islands. The house was cozy, clean, and perfectly located — but what really made the difference was Peter’s warm hospitality. Saying goodbye was unexpectedly emotional that’s how much I felt at home here. I would definitely stay again without hesitation, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the Faroes. Thank you, Peter, for everything!
• Doug (10/5): Want to go again and do more. - Your home away from home in the Faroes. It is more than friendly and welcoming, it is a chance to get to know the Faroes first hand, in a way that the tourist normally doesn’t get. Located in a small quiet village. Location outside the capital Torshavn is not a problem, it is just as close to the centre of the islands. It is close to the airport and the attractions on Vagur island, but you don’t get aircraft noise at all. Local shop 100m away supplies everything you need, and a notable church 200m away. There is a mountain behind that you can climb. Wonderful to get into the bush and see all the little streams. Limited restaurants in the area and they are not high quality. Passible though. You can cook for yourself on the premises. If you are really lucky, Peter will cook for you!

• Deborah (10/5): Amazing stay, will definitely come back! - Peter made me feel like at home. I felt very comfortable and happy with him and his son. Peter is a lovely person, with kind heart. I loved his laugh, it’s warm and makes you smile. It was so good to just sit down with him and his son and talk about life, share experiences and cultures. Peter has become a good friend in my heart. Impossible! It was amazing.

• Kok (9/5): Awesome host & good accommodation - Clean property with good amenities provided by the owner.Peter is very helpful in all our queries and he always helps out when we were cooking at the kitchen. He share us his food spices,sauces, ingredients etc. perhaps he also help out us for using washer & dryer. He’s a very good host and I appreciate everything share by him
