• Paulina (9/5): Recommend - Love the old building feeling of the attic and the staircase, close to parking and a little supermarket. In the heart of Bruges. I was surprised there was magnetron and dishes, very good. Possibility to have daylight without putting privacy at stake in the sleeping/living room.

Literie ok avec un lot très grand ! Personnel agréable et accueillant. Dommage que la salle de bain soit à l’extérieur de la chambre. Ce n’est pas très pratique de traverser le couloir pour accéder à notre chambre.
• Julie (10/5): Very ,very highly recommended and we would have no hesitation in staying again! - The property is in a superb location, within minutes of the historic sites of Bruges in a quiet and welcoming neighbourhood. Our room was exceptionally clean, the bed and bed linen very comfortable and the bathroom was super clean with beautifully fluffy towels too. The check in was very easy and the communication from our host was comprehensive and answered our questions very well. Nothing! We loved everything!

• Kostiantyn (8/5): - The location is simply brilliant; the room itself is interesting too, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay There weren’t enough toiletries; there was no soap (the remaining liquid soap had been diluted with water) and there was only shampoo in the shower. It didn’t bother me too much – everything else was fine – but it’s the little things that shape your overall impression. The owner also didn’t answer my question about how to pay the tourist tax (I’m not a very experienced traveller), so I simply had to leave the money in the room with a note, hoping it would reach the right place

• Saioa (7/5): - Es una habitación grande y acogedora. Completa y la cama muy agradable. El agua no salía caliente (igual no entendí como funcionaba), y el baño se nos dijo que era propio y efectivamente era propio pero fuera de la habitación, un poco incómodo.

• Jérôme (2/5): Un hôtel pas à la hauteur de la ville. - L’emplacement géographique c’est tout . La salle de bain a l’autre bout du couloir…, pas de gel douche …, pas de télé, pas très propre vraiment déçu. Car les photos vendent du rêve mais la réalité est dur.

• Isabelle (7/5): Great location, spacious room. - The location was perfect, close to locations and restaurants we wished to visit. Lovely area. There were no chairs to relax in, just two stools. The noise from other guests combining up and down the wooden stairs at all times of the night and early morning kept us awake. There was also no milk provided for tea or coffee.

• Murphwiz (10/5): Great location and comfortable - Lovely top floor apartment within casual 5 mins stroll of the historic main square. Instructions for access were provided in plenty of time, straight forward and easy. It is an old building, so bear that in mind, stairs are quite shallow and steep. There are facilities for basic needs, fridge, kettle, microwave and a large table should you wish. Mini market a minute away, and next side street across has a couple of breakfast cafes. Met my expectations, you have to give a little as you are stating in a n old building.

• V Kooijmans (10/5): - Perfect gelegen, middenin het centrum. Parking pandreitje goed betaalbaar, je stapt uit de parking zo'n beetje voor de deur van de suite stays uit. Duidelijke instructies vooraf om binnen te komen met code. Grote kamer, comfortabel bed. Waterkoker en koelkastje op de kamer, supermarkt om de hoek. Wij hadden de externe badkamer, maar met eigen sleutel en dat deed niets af aan het comfort. Ik zou deze plek zeker aanraden en al helemaal voor deze prijs, echt top! Niets. Als ik iets moest bedenken, wellicht dat t wat gehorig is, maar dat is logisch in zo'n authentiek pandje.

• Bryony (9/5): Lovely accommodation, fantastic location - The location was fantastic, the rooms were lovely, very well set up for a family, I think young children in particular would absolutely love the children's room! The owner was welcoming. Would definitely recommend and use again. There was only one bathroom for the two rooms, which meant that we had to leave our door unlocked at night (so the children could use the bathroom as needed), this felt insecure to me, given that we were not the only occupants of the building. An easy fix would be providing a bolt for the interior door (apologies if that is already there - I didn't see it). There was a bit of a funky smell at times, which I assume came from the bathroom. Overall, however, a minor concern that did not effect our enjoyment.
• Jeroen (8/5): - Klein hotel op prima locatie. De familiesuite is bijzonder ruim en heeft 2 aparte kamers. Fijn voor een verblijf met vrienden. Veel privacy. Ontdek vooral ook de omgeving rond het hotel. De informatie dat de suite zowel kamer 3 en 4 betrof ontbrak. Verder geen probleem.

• Boot (6/5): Het was kerstavond; alles was dicht in de stad, wat jammer was... en beneden werd er vals op een piano gespeeld. Geen te - De ligging is perfect, je bent overal in een paar minuten, daarnaast is de parkeergarage echt om de hoek (ingang tegenover Proxy supermarkt-dat was wel even zoeken). De badkamer was apart bij onze kamer (lees op de gang, met een sleutel, dus wel voor ons alleen) dat vonden wij achteraf minder fijn, dit stond wel vermeld bij de boeking.
• RAFFALLI (1/5): Nous déconseillons fortement - Seul l'emplacement était interessant La chambre n'était pas prête à l'heure dite. Le linge sale est resté pendant tout le séjour au rez de chaussée dans le passage de l'entrée. Plusieurs barreaux de la rambarde de l'escalier sont manquants ... laissant largement passer une personne. La chambre ne comprend ni sanitaires ni douche : Il s'agit d'une deuxième pièce, accessible par le palier de l'escalier commun à tous, non éclairé la nuit alors que la chambre et la salle d'eau ont une petite marche. Cette salle de douche n'a pas de verrou. Pour la fermer il faut utiliser la seule clé fournie. Dès lors, lorsque vous utilisez les sanitaires, il faut enfermer votre conjoint ou laisser la porte de la chambre ouverte ! ... Il n'y avait pas de savon. Il ne s'agit pas d'un grand lit double, mais de 2 lits juxtaposés. Seul le surmatelas est double largeur, mais simple épaisseur : on s'enfonce très facilement au milieu du lit. L'enduit du plafond du palier de l'étage supérieur menace de tomber laissant imaginer un défaut de sécurité. L'extincteur (de 2017) est tellement poussiéreux qu'il n'a probablement jamais été contrôlé. Il n'y a pas de date de contrôle du détecteur de fumée. La chambre comprend une table "coin repas" avec assiettes et couverts disponibles, mais aucun point d'eau ... Nous n'avons vu de responsable, ni à l'arrivée, ni au départ. Seul un homme qui a passé un très rapide coup de lingette humide au sol, alors que nous étions déjà dans la chambre, et qui nous a expliqué dans un anglais très approximatif le fonctionnement de la seule clé ...

• Stephen (1/5): Not as described - The location was excellent. And the instructions given for self check in were simple to follow. But as below, this became a big problem We booked a ‘family suite’ for 4. On arrival we had been directed by email to one room with a double bed and bathroom. After sending messages, we were told the ‘suite’ included an adjacent room. The window had been left open, presumably to try to hide the over powering smell of cigarette smoke. This extra room had no facilities at all (not even a sink). The only way it could ‘share’ the bathroom was by leaving the doors unlocked on the other room which is hardly safe. We had to find a separate room for 2 of our party of 4 as a result. We were offered only a derisory sum of €35 compensation (not charging us to clean the room we had not used) but only then if we gave a positive review. I would rather provide a truthful review - for 2 people, one room was fine but very basic. For more than 2, I suggest you look elsewhere…
• Daniel. H. R. (4/5): Parecía mejor de lo que fue realmente - La ubicación Nos quedamos sin luz (no es culpa del propietario) varias horas. Nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría cuando hace muchísimo frío fuera. El tema limpieza regular, había tickets de otras personas encima de la mesa del 3 de diciembre. La casa es vieja y hace mucho ruido todo y para ir al baño tienes que salir de la habitación con una llave.
