• TREBUCHET (4/5): Faible prestation - La proximité du cœur de ville. Nous sommes déçu par cet appartement. Nous avons eu les informations d’accès et lieu exact au dernier moment sous prétexte que le temps du ménage n’est pas controlé. De plus, la réservation était prévue pour 4 , hors un lit n’était pas préparé ainsi que les grandes serviettes pour 2.
• Sandra (10/5): LOVED! - The location was super, Centro Historico is a few steps away. The exterior of the apartment building looks like it could use some renovations.
• Susana (10/5): Céntrico, amplio luminoso , muy bien equipado y con mucho gusto decorado apartamento en Santiago. - Ubicación fantastica, a 3' de la catedral , en pleno casco antiguo.Maravillosa terraza con vistas. Muy bien equipado, y decoracón moderna y alegre. Te sientes como en casa.
• Ana (4/5): - La ubicación, aunque se encuentra en la parte trasera de la catedral y el acceso es una cuesta bastante pronunciada y larga si vas con personas mayores. Estuvimos 4 noches. El primer día, había un olor a humedad insoportable. En la planta de arriba, donde se encuentra el dormitorio principal, había moho en el techo. Los armarios estaban repletos de moho, no podías colgar la ropa ni guardar nada. En el comedor se estaba mejor respecto a la humedad, pero el sofá cama era incomodísimo. Nos costó bastante abrirlo, y al abrirlo estaba la cama montada pero nos encontramos un par de pelos, además que estaba bastante sucio. El baño olía a cloaca, teníamos que mantenerlo cerrado para que no oliese el resto de la planta.
• Vanedofer (9/5): - La ubicación es perfecta El sofá cama es insufrible, eran niños y aun así era imposible dormir allí. Se levantaron con dolor de espalda horrible.
• Doris (7/5): - Positiv fanden wir, dass Kaffee, Tee und Waschmittel bereitgestellt wurden. Allerdings fehlte eine Salatschüssel in der Küche, und das Besteck war sehr einfach. Außerdem funktionierten die beiden rechten Herdplatten nicht. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war leider nicht unkompliziert. Bei Fragen mussten wir mehrfach anrufen, bis jemand abnahm. Das Sofa unterscheidet sich von den Bildern: Es handelt sich um ein ausziehbares Sofa mit einzelnen Elementen, die beim Hinlegen verrutschen, was wir als nicht ideal empfanden. Das Apartment war zudem ziemlich staubig.

• Peter (8/5): Very good - Great little apartment close to the action. Quiet with windows closed, no AC but good fans, nicely furnished, wonderful deck on the back. Didn't meet hosts but they were helpful online, Check in was easy. Beds were soft but comfortable. Bedroom (attic) ceilings and exterior (historic) doorways are very low, but you get used to it after you whack your head a couple times ;-) Nice Italian coffee maker and some Nespresso pods. Free laundry machine and soap is nice after the Camino! No microwave. And watch out with the laundry machine, it only has HOT washing, no cold temps.
• David (10/5): Great location, atmospheric inside and out. - Code and lockbox for the keys, which was great for allowing each of us to come and go separately. Very sweet and authentic inside. Lovely porch off the kitchen was perfect for hanging out in the morning. The inside ceilings were high enough, but the doors to the outside were about 5', which was actually fun. Note that the upper bedroom had a pitched ceiling, which was high only at the middle. Great location that was close to things. I hit my head a number of times going in and out of the porch. Only 3 towels for 4 people, Parking garage was not close, but still walkable.

• Charles (10/5): Diamond in the rough - It was a great value and a great location and very comfortable. It is complete with many nice amenities such as the kitchen and the view. It wasn’t a problem but people should know there will be two flights of stairs to get to the bedroom.

• Wendy (10/5): Best experience during our Spain roadtrip! - This was the BEST stay we had in our 9 day roadtrip! The house is in the best location.. the cathedral is at the end of the street! The accommodation looks a bit old from the outside as it is in the viejo casco of the village, and most probably they are not allowed to change anything on the building. But once inside it is cute, pleasant and beautiful! It has a complete kitchen and .. so nice.. material like salt pepper etc.. as well tea and coffee.. and a washing machine for those who stay longer. It's great to sit on the nice terrace with view over de gardens in the back.. The steps mentioned in the other reviews are really not a problem..(see picture) And the extra bed in the couch is practical and very comfortable! Parking is about 8 min walking away, for only 8 euro special price for the guests of Blue Home.. We had the best experience during our Spain trip here in Blue Home. Thank you so much! Just 1 remark; The shower needs a bit of a check up.. It s a great rain shower with 6 massage points.. but there is not enough pressure to function properly.. That's my only point.. but we can live without that.. We really enjoyed Blue Home, wished more accommodations would be like this!
• Thomas (9/5): Superb - The location was great for walking around the old town and cathedral. The apartment is unique. There are stairs that someone with mobility issues might find difficult. We had no problem with them..
• Belfil (9/5): Quiet and convenient location. - Convenient location. Quiet Area. Close to the Cathedral and the Pilgrim Office to get your certificate just around the corner. Easy communication with the hosts, fast reponse. Clean. Good waterpressure in the shower. Comfortable bed. The stairs to the bedroom are EASY and not steep at all like some reviews say. First stairs to the kitchen are normal. For tall people it is indeed less convenient. But if you can walk the camino (senior or not) than you can get up the stairs.

• Colm (4/5): Nightmare. - You cannot park to load or unload your car at this property. It is located on a one way very narrow roadway. They say ( Parking is available at a location nearby) It's fifteen minutes walk up and down hills if you can find it. The parking is an underground public car park. The property is unsuitable in my opinion, for Senior citizens, children, pets, and any human with mobility issues. When you find the property, which is a experience on it's own, you have to enter one front door, close it, and then open another door to get up the first flight of stairs to the kitchen, the bathroom and sitting room. The bedroom is in the attic . Access to this bedroom is via a very very steep stairs which is unsafe. Coming down this stairs is dangerous due to the steepness of it. My little dog was petrified and would not go up or down the attic stairs. The outside front door, (As they are two doors) is very low, so be very careful you don't gash your head ( I did twice) Location wise , it is very near the Cathedral, but that is all that I can say good about it. Mostly everything.
