• Castro Sanchez (1/5): Terrible - No Logré hospedarme, ya que llegué el primer día y las instalaciones estaban totalmente en desaseo. Entregaron el apartamento en pésimas condiciones de aseo.
• Anthony (10/5): - I love how close to everything was. I came for Art week and the location was close, clean, and quieter than expected. A little noise from the highway but it was just white noise in the background so not a bother at all. It was super close to a public, CVS and other restaurants. Quaint little spot I will be booking again in the future.

• Octavio (8/5): nice stay, older building , would stay again. - Nice cozy building, the rooms are big and spacious and have plenty of natural light, the kitchen was well equip if you need to make some food. beds are big and comfy, and big tv with nice internet connection. it's clearly an older building, could use a paint job and some details, you can tell that its due for a makeover. The AC unit is a bit small for the room, it would keep the entire unit fresh but not cold, so if you want to sleep with a very cold temp probably gonna have to not use a blanket.

• Jana (1/5): Awful! Sketchy area and the room is even worse. - Nothing. Everything starting with how sketchy the area is. There was no gate as advertised, the floor in the room had missing pieces out of it, no batteries in the smoke detector, and mold was everywhere in the bathroom. The smell from the mold made the entire room smell.
• Amy (4/5): Not for the faint of heart. - If you just need a place to sleep it would be fine. We arrived and the unit was not cleaned. Beds unmade, wet towels on the bathroom floor. There is also not a security gate, despite them giving you a code for one. We had a man knocking on our door about 10am looking for how to rent a unit. We woke up to a cockroach in the sink. The owner did contact the cleaning crew and sent them over to clean and luckily we had friend staying in another unit so we could drop our bags and go get dinner while they cleaned. Also it is in a very run down part of town. We were able to walk the short distance to the nicer part of town, but it wasn't a safe feeling area.

We were offered to be relocated for the first night and opted to come back when we could. The floor was still quite dirty. Many power outlets were not functioning.

• Roland (5/5): Good location, but we had higher expectations with regards to hygiene and facilities. - The location was good to explore most of Miami in a short time, not far from the wynwood neighbourhood and citibikes were also close by. Hygiene was not good. Every day there was some vermin in the accommodation like worms or a cockroach (which could come in very easily through the several holes and cracks). Several spots with rust, peeling paint and mold in the accommodation. Also very limited kitchenware (which was also not clean) and no dishwashing brush or liquid present. The accommodation looked dated and in need of a renovation.
• Keklik (3/5): Avoid this place. You can get a Motel 6 for the same amenities and on site staff who can take out your trash, etc. Or fo - The location is central but it is not necessary to be there. If you have a car, you can stay anywhere in Miami. The traffic didn’t bother us. This is an old motel without any staff onsite, with some face job done. Inside noise is terrible due to archaic AC unit and dehumidifier, which wasn’t even emptied before our arrival. It stinks of humidity inside. The bathroom faucets are from 30 years ago at least. When you turn the faucet, part of the wall moves with it. There’s no space in the bathroom to put your toothbrushes and contacts for example. Outside noise is horrible but the windows being shut takes care of it. There were only three bath towels, although we arranged for four people, no hairdryer. They put one small towel and two tiny towels for the four of us. With the humidity of Miami, this is ridiculous. The kitchen had never been used to cook before. There was no salt no oil even. The photo show two queen beds, where is the unit head one queen bed, and one pullout sofa, which I didn’t like. The queen bed was the cheapest unsupported bed: if one person wiggles a bit the whole bed moves. They sent the door code half an hour before check in. I got nervous because it was Christmas Day. Because they have no staff on site, they are scared to death that you will check in a few hours earlier than the given time. If you do they want to charge you extra for it. This place wasn’t even worth half the price they charged. I paid $637 for 3 nights.

• Leonor (9/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience at Oasis Accommodation in Miami, Florida! The owner was inc - free parking, early check-in, accessible to all destinations and tourist attractions. no breakfast served but you can cook and bring some foods in the room.
• Luka (9/5): Green oasis in amidst of concrete jungle - Practically everything. Great location, comfy beds, clean apartment Wall mounted A/C in our apartment only had on or off option (un-plugged) and was set to a rather low temp so we had to endure some chills during the night hiding under the blanket. Tried w/o the A/C but it was worse. Nothing fatal though. Electricity outlets could also be renewed.

• Gilles (8/5): Very good - Easy to access; next to freeway, two large beds, free parking, overall practical and spacious, kitchen with essentials but low on ustensiles, shower with warm water quickly. The concierge was very reactive and provided the necessary checkin information in time for a late arrival. He was very helpful. This is a perfect setup for a 1-2 day-trip . Next to freeway: bring earplugs. Kitchen cabinet has a door unhinged: needs to be fixed One tea cup was dirty : cleaning crew needs to inspect everything Bathroom: small, one person at a time, the toilet paper is presented the wrong way, it should roll out toward the customer, not the wall. Bedside stand : needs to be replaced with a real bedside table, my glasses could not fit next to my phone, my wife’s phone and her water bottle. No air dryer… bring one. If it were a hotel I would give it 2 stars. (I am in the vacation rental business) and am extremely meticulous about cleanliness and client satisfaction. This residence has a nice appearance on the outside and feels cozy but noisy because of the freeway. It’s price is attractive. The cleaning fee was equal to the room fee.

• Antony (7/5): Nice place to crash while exploring the area for the first time - Location is next to a hiway and next to route 1. Price is attractive. It was a bit confusing at first as I did not follow the messages and there was no receptionist at the property. A call to the manager fixed the issue. Some minor inconveniences as very noisy air-conditioning and old windows, difficult to open and close. Otherwise, the room was clean.

Perfect if you want to stay and save on some meals - The location was amazing, just a short-walking distance from Miami Design District, in a very quiet location. There is free parking available and the house itself has everything we needed. There is a big TV with streaming services available. The stove is good and the fridge is huge! The Wi-fi was a bit slow, and the TV crashed sometimes.

Bathrooms are small, ofcourse this is not something we can fix but shower might be a bit more cleaner. All orher things are good

Parking available AC window style with no controls and very noisy, we turned off to sleep despite an external temperature of 90 degrees. Some highway noise that is covered by the AC noise😀.

• Lana (8/5): A Great Location at a Reasonable Price! - Location & the fact that they provided a water filter pitcher in the fridge for potable drinking water. The bed was comfortable. I liked that some of the windows had external hurricane shutters. Onsite Parking was extremely helpful. Windows shades did not provide full privacy or completely block out light from outside right next to the parking. I had to place a sheet across them to feel comfortable. It was odd to me that they did not have hurricane shutters like the other side. There was a very low pressure with the shower that I was barely able to wash off my body because it felt like a trickle. I’m grateful I didn’t have to wash my hair. The sink also seemed to back up even when I didn’t use much water.
