• Bernhard (1/5): Warnung vor dieser Unterkunft, Details siehe unten - Wie in den anderen Bewertungen beschrieben handelt es sich um eine schöne Altstadtwohnung, die von einer außerordentlich freundlichen Managerin betreut wird. Wir waren Anfang September 2025 dort. Wir wurden kurz vor unserer Ankunft informiert, dass etwas mit dem Waschbecken nicht in Ordnung wäre und man würde sich bemühen das noch vor unserer Ankunft zu reparieren. Nach unserer Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass die Toilette unten am Übergang zwischen Toilette und Fußboden undicht war. Man stand diplomatisch ausgedrückt nach dem Toilettengang in einer großen Menge "Grauwasser" oder deutlicher ausgedrückt in den Fäkalien des Vorgängers und den eigenen Fäkalien (s.a. Foto). Nach dem ersten Toilettengang wussten wir auch, warum der Eimer direkt neben der Toilette stand. Repariert wurde erst nach der ersten Nacht. Öffentliche Toiletten in der Nähe haben wir nicht gefunden. Das war extrem unappetitlich, unhygienisch und gesundheitsgefährdend. Eine (teilweise) Rückerstattung zumindest der ersten Nacht wäre aus unserer Sicht angesichts der sehr späten Information am Anreisetag und der nicht erfolgten Reparatur vor der ersten Nacht mehr als dringend geboten gewesen und wurde auch in Aussicht gestellt, erfolgte aber nicht. Das Verhalten der Vermieter ist gelinde gesagt komplett inakzeptabel. Ich kann vor dieser Unterkunft nur warnen.
• Charlotte (10/5): - Out stay was perfect. The apartment is very nice to live in (nicely organized, confortable beds and couches, everything you need is there). It is near the beach, near the old center, near a supermarket. The street is calm. And not to underestimate - the hostess is really really nice. We loved everything. And we totally recommend.
• Danitsja (9/5): Heerlijke vakantie gehad! - Lekker ruim appartement. Goede locatie vlakbij het strand en het centrum.
• Kalvar (9/5): Meeldiv puhkus suurepärases Mataro linnas. - Majutuskoht on väga heas asukohas Mataro kesklinna piirkonnas ja ranna lähedal. Kõik vajalik on majutuses olemas. Võõrustaja on väga sõbralik ja abivalmis.
• Mario (9/5): Cómoda unidad cerca de la playa, para 4 personas. - Se trata de un departamento amplio, en un primer piso, bien equipado, y ubicado a 300 metros de la playa del Varador. A igual distancia del centro comercial de la ciudad, y de la parte antigua. Subir las escaleras con las maletas.
• Steven (10/5): Exceptional - Great location close to the city centre and beach. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had quiet neighbours. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. It would be nice if a free standing plug in fan was available for each bedroom for the hotter months.
