• Riccardo (5/5): - Ottimo Appartamento, Accogliente, pulito, Letti comodi, ottimo quartiere centrale ad una fermata dei taxi per eventuali spostamenti e vicino a vari centri alimentari. Strategico Assenza dell host con cui era abbastanza complicato mettersi in contatto se non tramite booking e con tempi di risposta certe volte un po' lunghi. Voto basso a causa di un disservizio non indifferente causato dall'assenza totale di acqua in struttura per l'intera mattinata fino al tardo pomeriggio causa lavori condominiali di cui l'host non mi aveva informato. Unica grande pecca

• SALVATORE (7/5): - struttura nuova e accogliete, molto risevata, ecompleta di tutto la cosa che non mi e ' piaciuta e stata la mancanza di pulizia, sugli armadi ci sono due dita di polvere, in bagno se si guarda sul davanzale della finestra, ci sono gomitoli di polvere datati, sulle pareti della camera nel semiterrato ci sono ragnatele, viaggiare con un bambino allergico alla polvere non e il massimo,

• Natalija (10/5): Würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen. - Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen, in 3min findet man den Metro für dad Zentrum. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig, auch Abends. Die Unterkunft war SEHR sauber, groß, sehr schön.

• Carla (8/5): Soggiorno di lavoro a Milano - L' appartamento era molto carino e in una bellissima residenza ristrutturata . Ordinato ed accogliente ho trovato anche una grande disponibilità da parte dell' host nell' assistenza per l' apertura del cancello. Ho apprezzato e gradito l' appartamento. Assolutamente da consigliare

Absence de papier toilette à notre arrivée, juste 2 petits savons et 2 sachets de shampooing de 7ml en guise de « kit de courtoisie » pour un séjour de 3 nuits pour 2 personnes… La chambre donne sur l’avenue qui peut être bruyante (appartement en rez-de-chaussée).

• Julie (9/5): Excellent séjour - L’emplacement était bien, proche station métro et même à pied le centre est à 30 minutes ce qui permet aussi de visiter. Le studio était grand et tout était à disposition. Rien tout était parfait

• Tammaro Menale (9/5): Ottimo - L'appartamento si trova in una zona ottima, residenziale e tranquilla. È vicina alle diverse linee della metro, ideale quindi come base d'appoggio per gli eventi che si tengono all'Ippodromo o a Rho Fiera. Camera moderna, spaziosa e pulita.

• Nguyen (1/5): Le propriétaire ne répond plus aux messages quand il y a un problème majeur - Nous avions réservés 2 nuits dans l'appartement, à notre arrivée, le lit était cassé et réparé si on peut dire ça, je dirais plutôt camouflé A peine allongé sur le lit, celui ci s'est cassé et nous avons du dormir avec le matelas au sol Le gérant n'a plus donné de nouvelle une fois les photos envoyées, nous avons du prendre une nuit dans un autre hôtel pour la 2eme nuit et nous n'avons pas été dédommagé bien sur

A major problem we faced on our stay, we contacted the host and sent a maintenance guy to check it out. Nothing was fixed during the stay.

• qiang (5/5): - Está bien al tener un sofá cama y tele donde puedas ver youtube, disney y netflix. No me gustó NADA que los platos, vasos, ollas, sartenes, cubiertos,.. estuviesen todos sucios, que asco, encima ni había estropajo. Las escaleras muy pequeñas, me he caído al bajar y vaya dolor, esas escaleras son para niños de 5 años, tened cuidado. Del salón al dormitorio no hay puerta ni nada, ¿adónde queda la privacidad? La ducha súper pequeña y no funciona la manguera, encima no te viene champú para el pelo y el champú para el cuerpo vienen en unos sobrecitos súper pequeños.

• Jesica (1/5): FATAL. Humedad irrespirable del 53% - La localización estaba bien en una zona tranquila. Me sorprende la calificación del alojamiento. Para empezar, no nos dieron facilidades para acceder a la vivienda. La entrada es a las 2 de la tarde pero a las 10 ya te piden que salgas… las instrucciones de entrada MAL también. Tuvimos que buscarnos la vida para averiguar la forma correcta de abrir la puerta con código… pero lo peor vino al entrar. La casa tiene la habitación en un SÓTANO cuya HUMEDAD se aprecia según empiezas a bajar las escaleras (se puede ver en el panel del termoestato una humedad del 53%, y eso que solo estaba en la planta de arriba). No se puede dormir abajo y las humedades se ven también en la pared, tuvimos que dormir todas en el sofá cama de mala manera. Las toallas no se secaban de la humedad que había, el aire acondicionado goteaba, no entiendo cómo pueden tener eso así y no lo arreglan. Una de las integrantes ha tenido que recurrir a un inhalador siendo asmática. Adjunto foto de todo…. Las telarañas hablan solas de la limpieza. Y la “ñapa” de la cama es alucinante. Para terminar, Milán es una zona de muchísimos MOSQUITOS, pero muchísimos. Y que no tengan en la casa ningún producto para combatirlo también habla de la dejadez de los propietarios. Es decir, no solo no volvería sino que no lo recomiendo para nada.

• Andrés (2/5): Dirty & uncomfortable - The location, walking distance to Duomo. There is a private parking nearby where you can leave your car. Most Important is a good bed when you do tourism, because you spend most time out. Well, bed was awfully uncomfortable, and bed frame was broken. Flat was extremely dirty and the minus 1 floor was super humid. My worst stay in booking by far!!
• Mark (6/5): Good location but ... - The location suited us. Neither the air conditioning nor the washing machine worked properly. The outside temperature was 35 C and inside 29 C, so we sweltered. I got no response when I asked how to make it cooler. There were no kitchen towels or oven gloves to remove hot items from the oven. It wasn't clear that the apartment was on 2 levels. The entry instructions weren't clear (turning the lock should be clockwise, not counter clockwise). When exiting, you need the keys to open the gate, which makes it hard to leave the keys inside the apartment.

Tv, oven, microwave,dishwasher, kettle, storage, No communication with the staff, I sent messages and never got replied, we struggled to understand how to lock the door, didn’t have coffe refill, and been given only 2 codes for 2 nights and 2 people. No hand towel in the kitchen, no dishwasher tablet, no kitchen paper roll

We couldn't get heating through the AC and there were no other options for heating. Maybe one time use slippers would've been useful as the floor was quite cold at the time of our stay.

• Sofia (9/5): It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay - The apartment was clean and well furnished, there was everything we needed and other things that could be useful for longer stays. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was well lit. We called the owner multiple times but they didn’t answer, not even to the texts. They weren’t reachable at all. Plus, the trivet had mold on it (we weren’t able to take a picture of it due to lack of time)

The Wi-Fi password didn't work. The air conditioners didn't work. there were no working batteries in the remotes. there was no kettle. there was hair in the shower. dusty and not working heated towel rail.

• Milica (9/5): Good location, clean apartment, cozy bed :) - This was one of the cleanest apartments I have ever been to (and believe me, I am Monica clean) :) The apartment and the building are new, the location is great, the neighborhood is as well (you have nearby a supermarket, the market, metro station is 7 minutes away),... The apartment is halfway to the center and "Parko Sempione", so really good position We have missed some little items e.g. lemon squeezer, salt (I have to buy a whole kilo just to prepare one or two meals), dishwasher capsule...

• Rockinman (5/5): Passable - Good location. Modern apartment (we had one-level one). The host was not really welcoming. No "hello", no "goodbye". We had to wait for more than one hour sitting at the stairs with our luggage (!) due to key issues — no basic apologies, didn't even offer a glass of water or to use the facilities from the next door apartment, nothing. The floors were dirty as hell — after 30 minutes walking barefoot, our feet literally went black. Not recommended.
