• Kamaruddin (6/5): Just a secluded place if you want privacy - Layout of the room A bit noisy due to facing main road. Should be more cleaner. No wifi. No resto, cafe, minimart you hv to walk 500m uphill to minimart. There's at site. Gym is OK, Swimming OK but Sauna was totally gone aka No usable.

• VALARMATHI (1/5): Unworthy - Worst experience. The facility was terrible. There was a foul smell once I entered the Lobby. The rooms itself unhygienic, smelly, all doors not able to slide, toiletries were not provided, lights were off at certain places.

• Shakti (1/5): - The location is very centralized. Shops were nearby and convenient to travel. Parking was just outside. The place has started to show its age. It looks run down and not maintained well enough. No t coming back again definitely.
• TCL (1/5): Horrible - The room was in terrible condition, especially the toilets where it seems to be under maintained. The entire room look gross and not clean at all. Flooring and Bath Tub with cracks. Door cannot be closed properly Asked reception to change a room but they replied no room for exchange. What you see in their picture is totally different than what you see when you checked in. We have no choice but to immediately check out on the same day we checked in and find another hotel. Demanded a refund but being ignored.

The glass door to verandah cannot be locked. I do not feel the security and there is no room for exchange. The person in charge suggested to cancel the room which I had emailed to customer service @booking.com but I have not heard from you yet. Please process my cancellation. I moved out and stayed at another hotel instead through last minute booking. Cleanliness needs to improve. Dust on writing table and wooden rack. Sofa is rather old.
• Ronald (1/5): Really bad experience at the old run-down and poorly maintained apartment. - Nothing Everything. The room was runned down and very poorly maintained and smelled of cigarette smoke. Some of the lights, switches, and wall socket are not working. The air-conditioning was not cold. There is no Internet connectivity. The TV was not functioning properly. Kitchen utensils were not properly washed. Iron was faulty. No shower gel, no shampoo, no toothbrush, no soap.

• Hemy (2/5): Very poor - The staffs were friendly and very helpful. The place was not to our expectation but not too bad as well. The location. There's nothing to eat or go around in walking distance. I suggest not to take here for more than a day.

• Evy (1/5): Horrible - nothing The room was very dirty and in a very bad condition. The aircond in room is not cold at all. When I call the host asking for another room or to come check the aircond in our room, he simply rejected our request saying there is no available room. Other than that you can see the bathroom is so horrible. We couldn’t even shower in it!
• Mohd (9/5): A satisfying stay - The location is strategic. Nice swimming pool with a great view. Free parking space in the basement. The key handover was quick and straightforward—recommendable host. The TV loses its signal almost all the time. Since the apartment is quite big, don't stay there all alone. 😂😅

• Mohd (7/5): Cosy unit in the middle of Damansara - The location was exactly where I wanted to be for the trip. For the price, the size of the apartment was very good value for money. Nothing not to dislike. Perhaps the fact that it was not a new building meant that the overall condition of the unit was not top notch. The 2 heavy sliding doors to the bathroom needed effort to close. But that is about it.

The room got a spooky and creepy feeling.. all build in furniture is really old and the shower room, toilet, attached directly to the room and the kitchen sperate by a sliding door and a can see through glass window.. people in the room can see people in the shower room.. there is no privacy at all.. plus, you can always hear the sounds of the pipe squeaking.. it is so loud! I booked for 2 nights.. but only stay one night.. have to find better hotel.. such a waste of money!

• Narentharan (4/5): Disappointing - The room service was totally unefficient. Order some food and had to call them 4 time asking on update because they dont have courtesy to return the call even after asked for it. Waited 1 hour before called up to cancel and the service person didnt even mind to say sorry n immediately hung the call. :(

• Sujen (1/5): hopeless - the whole place was a run down building. it dosent look safe at all. room were filthy dirty, not maintenened, not clean. totally and unpleasant environment to stay. it's looks scary, no receptionist, or a reception counter. bit worth it for the money even its a suites, better to go for budget hotels or rooms. not recommended at all
• Zubaidah (8/5): Very good - Sng cek in cek out.. fleksible time.. brg asas complete like pgan, mgkuk, sudu, cwan, sbun, iron, hairdryer, peti sjuk, gym n pool also can use.. berbaloi dengan harga.. I tot most of apartment parking need pass, unfortunately this one nope.. so kurang sikit safety.. tndas agak kotor sikit.. mintak bagi air mineral botol bsar sikit since x de air tapis and convenient store yg trdkat..
• Cai (7/5): Good - Very clean. Very Spacious with a small kitchen, living room and balcony Full with electrics such as refrigerator, tables for writing, sofa, micro oven and a TV. Three air conditioners in one room. Bed was comfy and clean. Everything worked pretty well. I checked in smoothly too. Very quiet and near KL Sentral. Luckily I was not the only one at my floor though Recommended to those travel in groups given the space and price Facility. Hot water is only slightly less cold. The walls are chipping away. Bathtub is broken 🙂 No security guard whatsoever. No wifi. Maybe not so suitable for lone traveller or those need hot water for bath.
