Maike (10/5): - Die Lage gegenüber der Altstadt, mit Blick dahin. Leicht zu erreichen und Parkplätze vor der Tür. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer und Bett groß und bequem.

Shauni (7/5): Mooi zicht op de bergen - Personeel is erg vriendelijk en gratis parking aan het hotel. Receptie geeft goede aanbevelingen voor parking als je centrum wil bezoeken. Kamers zijn ruim en proper. Airco werkte goed. Leuk terras om te ontbijten. Zicht op de bergen is fantastisch mooi vanuit de kamer. Er was geen donsdeken, wel eentje dat vol vlekken en haren van anderen in de kast lag, voor de rest dun dekentje om onder te slapen dus vrij koud gehad. Ontbijt is ook niet echt lekker. Gordijnen zijn ook slecht verduisterend.

Parking très petit, nous n’avons pas pu nous garer dans le parking de l’hôtel car les quelques places étaient occupées… Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer, pas beaucoup de choix.

Salle de restauration et petit déjeuner (buffet le matin) agréable. Bruyant. La climatisation n'était pas allumée et pourtant il y a eu du bruit dans la chambre toute la nuit. Une des deux ventilation fonctionnait sans possibilité de l'arrêter.

Rachel (10/5): Beautiful hotel - Stunning hotel with great views over Gjirokaster. We stayed in the suite and it was huge and very luxurious. It was really clean too. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was nice but there wasn't a huge selection to choose from, this was no big issue for us though.

C'è la scelta dei cuscini e se dormire con copriletto o piumone. Set di cortesia. Colazione in una sala moderna e accogliente con ottimo servizio abbondante. Forse il bagno è un pochino stretto in rapporto alla modernità della stanza ma non è stato un problema

Ashwin (7/5): Not a professional staff! - The staff were quite rude, we have booked two rooms. We got a different room than what we booked. They said it's an upgrade. But it was obviously not. The washroom had no space at all, little suffocating to say. It was smelly, not at all modern as shown in the photo. This is still fine, but upon discussion with the staff they were not welcoming for the discussion. And just after that everything went downwards, the behaviour was not professional at all. It was quite visible in the face. We have stayed at four different properties in Albania on this trip and all the other places we found the sweetest people but this had the opposite experience.

Afrona (10/5): - The lady at the reception was so kind to upgrade our rooms. There is a nice view of the Gjirokastra fortress from the hotel. Lovely breakfast ❤️ There were not serving dinner, but were still very helpful to order and take care of food delivery for us at the hotel.
Sergio (10/5): - Habitación amplia. Colchón muy cómodo. Personal muy amable que nos dió información que preguntamos sobre la población. Buen desayuno tipo buffet (excepto los dulces que son mejorables). Tiene aparcamiento que aunque es pequeño y cuando llegamos estaba lleno, nos permitieron aparcar detrás de otro coche dejando las llaves. Está lejos de la zona turística para ir andando. Sólo lo recomendaría teniendo coche, ya que hay un aparcamiento subterráneo en el centro y desde el hotel son poco más de 5 minutos.
Leticia (7/5): - La habitación era grade y el personal amable. Las camas no estaban hechas como esperábamos y como habiamos encontrado en todos los hoteles en los que nos alojamos en Albania. Estuvimos en Abril, con temperaturas bajas, y nos dijeron que era así como las ponían en verano: con una sábana doblada sobre la camas.

Nathan Ince (9/5): - The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel had private parking. Breakfast was amazing. There is no restaurant at the hotel. You have to walk down to the main street to have dinner.
