• Nur (6/5): - What I liked about this hotel was that the price was reasonable and affordable.The view was also quite nice. While it was not anything extraordinary, it was still pleasant enough and added to the overall stay. First, the hot water in the shower was not working properly, as the water was not hot. There was no Netflix service provided in the room, and guests had to use their own subscription account. the lift service was quite problem, especially during checkout time at 11AM .. waiting time could be as long as 30 minutes, which caused inconvenience and delayed the checkout process. Lastly, I was disappointed with the service at the checkin and checkout counter. The staff were not friendly, seemed to show an unfriendly expression, and did not treat me well even though I was a paying customer.

Problem not solved although reported on day 2 Was not clear that if you pay the security deposit by debit card, the refund is then organized by the agent. I mislaid the deposit receipt but have proof of payment from my bank.

The homestay itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

• intan (10/5): - i like it because the registration like a hotel, have lobby and front counter.. the studio very nice, simple and look classy. definitely i will repeat it again. if would be better if there have a free parking for person who staying there since the normal hotel also provide free parking for their guest. rm5 per entry can be waive off for guest.

• Fontaine (8/5): Very nice location. Clean and close to the Petronas tower (~10-15 minutes walk) - Good location and sound isolation. Staff is always reactive but they can sometimes take long to answer. However, they always answer to your requests.
• Ciara (6/5): Pleasant - Pool area was nice, room was spacious, good location. Coffee shop and supermarket in the building The room smelled slightly, the bed was small. The lift is very slow. I found the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We had to check out a day early and informed the staff on the desk, we followed their instructions yet I still received a number of messages from the contact person saying we were late to check out when we had returned our keys a day earlier and checked out. We had to store our luggage as we arrived before 3pm, we paid the person on the luggage storage and he said we would get our money back when we collected our bag. He was not there when we returned so we did not get our money back.

• Aleksander (6/5): Nice room, but too crowded and loud building. - The host was super nice and really helpful, bed and room was very clean and comfortae, all utilities were new and in good condition. The elevators were a nightmare, going up or down took forever. In some part of the day it took 15 minutes for the elevator to arrive and it was always . The pool was always crowded. Our room was separated by the thin doors from the next room, so you could hear screaming children all day. The shared space in the building was not so clean.
• Chelsey (4/5): Disappointing - Good Location The staff at the entrance lobby were extremely rude - note they don’t manage the apartment but do manage the building. Not enough lifts so be prepared to wait. 1 x towel each no hand towel, the wifi password given was incorrect and had to chase the correct one. The TV in the room doesn’t work.
• Laurens (7/5): Good - The room was really nice and clean. Good Airconditioning, good Wifi, comfy bed. Everything is there that you would need and expect. Gym was quite good with lots of machines, there was even a (paid) laundry service at the lobby (I am a backpacker). I tried to extend my stay, I had to make a bank transfer which was not that easy to do. Was unable to pay by cash or pay by card for that. Also, the swimming pool on the roof is quite cold and has salt water.

• Tomáš (6/5): Pleasant - Beautiful views from rooms on higher floors, modern and comfortable furnishings, we appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, excellent location, decent fitness facilities with a view. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that our room was infested with ants. We requested a room change and had to wait a long time at the reception. We were given another room, but it was not the size and category we had paid for (non-functional fridge, missing washing machine, toiletries, and towels, no couch or dining table). We had to transfer toiletries from the original room ourselves. The hotel manager did try to accommodate us the next day, but the hotel was fully booked, and there were no other available rooms. Long waits at reception, the pool was closed throughout our stay (even longer than indicated at the reception).
• Winny (1/5): Bad irresponsible service - Bad experience! The response and customer service is poor. Our unit water heater is not functioning, and we was told that the unit has all fully occupied and not able to change. Water heater is a very basic facility and the water were so cold and we have to take cold shower in the night and next day early morning at 6:30am. Very disappointed as the customer service told us that they are not hotel, not providing 24ht services to guests. I was so speechless as my point is, I will not request for any“service” if the water heater is functioning. Isn’t this is the management responsibility to check and make sure all the facilities are in place and good to use before renting out? So this means if the guest found out any of the appliances, electronic devices etc were spoilt,lost, or not functioning, would be solely based on guests luck? And please return my deposit asap. I’m not receiving it yet.

When I went to pick up my key, everything was ready and I had good few hours sleep before going to work the next morning. Bed is clean and very comfy, all in all excellent. The shower gel is not a proper one. It's mixed with water but overall is excellent

Poor customer service - views from the swimming pool on floor 47, decent gym, nice bar. room is comfortable and big enough for one person staff at reception were not very friendly. I was given a business card to hail a taxi and the fee a transport service to the airport from this provider was 150 local currency. the guy at reception was very pushy I had to take this service. in the end I booked a taxi through grab (app) and price was half of that. Linen bed was not clean( pillow cases) and the response from the host was rather slow. this is some sort of Airbnb accommodation booked through booking.com so I believe every room in the building would have a different host. Location even though is advertised as KLCC, if you need to walk to KLCC train station, bear in mind it will take you at least 20-25 mins

• James (1/5): terrible - the pool although it was cold Scarletz suites stay 7-11 Firstly the check in was anything but smooth even after we had called the host to let them know we would be checking in after 3pm when we arrived at the property the front desk knew nothing about the booking we then called the host again and after a 45 minute wait we were meet at the reception by the host who had no record of our booking… After checking in to the room beside being no tea or coffee there were no cups or glass’s for drinks other than the mouth wash glasses in the toilet.. To top this experience off the apartment was very noisy with young children in one of the apartments next door screaming and dragging furniture across the floor till the early hours we were then woken in the morning by someone drilling against the wall behind the bed at 11am on more than one occasion

Nothing was ready for my stay. - I liked the location and the view before they moved me to a room with nearly any view cause the room with the view wasn’t ready for guests and they still checked me into it. The room washer ready Wifi wasn’t even installed,they fought with me about it saying it works for them until they admitted it essentially installed. I asked to have someone come fix it before 5 as I was leaving they stopped answering my massages then after I was calling for 5 times they picked up saying they will come today,made me wait and after said they won’t have anyone come and all they can offer is another room but 9th floor with nearly any view. Forgot cups, sheets has black marks on them.
