Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.
Due to the characteristics of the house, children under 12 years of age are not allowed, since we consider that the stairs may pose a risk to them. Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

- László (7/5): Némi kompromisszumokkal elfogadható, mivel az elhelyezkedése kiváló. - Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, szinte minden fontos hely elérhető sétatávolságra A tetőtéri szint egy meredek és keskeny létrával érhető el, és fent csak négykézláb lehet járni. Nem volt só, bors, cukor; amit az ember nem vesz nagy tételben pár nap miatt. A kapszulás kávégéphez adhattak volna néhány kapszulát induló készletként, ill. mintaként, hogy milyet kell vásárolni. Törlőpapír egyáltalán nem volt, a vékony wc-papír 3-4 alatt elfogyott. A meleg víz 2 zuhany után elfogyott.

- Andrea (8/5): Ótima localização - A localização é muito bom, perto de muitos pontos turísticos, tem um mercado em frente, metrô e estação de trem próximo Fiquei 5 diárias e não tinha toalhas para troca, meu filho quis dormir no sofá e tb não tinha roupa de cama. A água quente acaba rápido, tem q controlar o banho.

- Natasja (7/5): appartement op geweldige locatie, alles lopend te bereiken en/of dichtbij metro - Ruim op tijd kregen wij informatie over hoe we de accommodatie konden binnenkomen, dit was zeer duidelijk en voorzien van uitleg met foto's De trap naar de slaapruimte is erg stijl (dit ook wel zichtbaar op de foto's) de slaapkamer zelf is erg laag, je kunt er niet staan en de matrassen liggen op de grond.

- Nicole (7/5): Bel appartamento e posizione perfetta - La posizione centrale. L’appartamento è molto carino, arredato con gusto ed è ideale se si vuole vivere la struttura. Lo staff rispondeva subito, ad ogni domanda o esigenza. Molto gentili. Purtroppo devo segnalare alcune cose. Abbiamo alloggiato 4 notti e c’erano solo due rotoli di carta igienica. Inoltre il sapone liquido delle mani non era stato riempito (però c’erano due saponette). Le scale per accedere al letto in mansarda sono davvero strette e bisogna stare molto attenti, consiglierei di rinforzarle un po’ o aiutare nella discesa. Altro problema l’abbiamo avuto con l’acqua calda, nella doccia terminava quasi subito.

El agua caliente no funcionaba, nos bañamos con agua fría. El check in es eterno, burocratico y encima te exigen pagar 250 euros no previstos como garantia. Pésima experiencia.

- Ilaria (7/5): - La posizione centrale rispetto a tutto: in media con 15/20 minuti di passeggiata si raggiungono quasi tutte le mete turistiche. Facilità di accesso allo stabile e all'appartamento grazie a istruzioni chiare e molto esplicative (NB: necessario lo smartphone). Kit di benvenuto con spugne e detersivi. Macchina del caffè a cialde, facilmente reperibili nel supermercato di fronte. Discreto silenzio notturno rispetto agli standard di Madrid. Alcuni problemi idraulici non risolti. Appartamento abbastanza usurato e trasandato rispetto alle foto. Scaletta di accesso alla camera più ripida di ciò che può sembrare dalle immagini. Area notte con soffitto molto più basso di come appare, sconsigliato a persone claustrofobiche.

- Segev (8/5): Very good - The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was big, the location was great and everything was in walking distance There wasn't much hot water but definitely enough for a quick shower, the roof on the bedroom level was a bit low and it's not possible to stand.
- Erika (7/5): Good - The location is excellent, the kitchen is very equipped. Some points... The stairs to the bedroom are vertical, and require a lot of attention. Imagine waking up sleepy at night to go to the bathroom. In the bathroom, the hot water is only enough for one quick shower, the next one have to wait a long time for heat up.
- Benjamin (8/5): Great location, comfortable apartment, low ceilng in attic, and contracts/deposits handled outside. - I'm glad to find out that I can just press the doorbell to unlock. I was very nervous when given all these codes and and app on my phone to unlock the front door. Would have saved time to just say ring the doorbell and it will let you in. Wifi was good, room was clean. The attic is quite low. I'm only 5'8 and still couldn't stand up when crawling to the bed. That said, the bed was very comfortable. I ended up getting food poisoning so it was nice to lounge on the couch and watch Netflix while having to stay close to the bathroom :( I didn't like that I had to sign some separate contract, fill out all these forms before getting in, and funding a deposit the day of. Moreover, after you leave, it took me well over two weeks to get confirmation that the deposit was returned, and speaking of, I still need to check and see if it was returned. I hate having to look at this extra stuff when it should all be handled by booking.com

- Jakob (9/5): Superb - We could cook and spend ‘hygge’ time by ourselves while being still smack in the middle of the buzzling city centre with easy access to markets, shopping, theatres and sights. Not a lot of daylight in the kitchen area but actually it doesnt matter. The studio is cozy and all amenities worked well for us.
- Doina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is right at the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the key attractions and, very important, of the express bus to the airport. It is well equipped, very clean and, being on 2 levels, it has a bohemian air and plenty of space.
