• Carmen (9/5): Agradable y acogedor - Los anfitriones no hablaban inglés pero nada que no se pueda arreglar con el traductor! Eran super simpáticos y agradables. El desayuno estaba muy rico. En 10/15 min andando estás en el centro, hay muchos bares y restaurantes cerca y un mercado de ropa justo enfrente de la casa. Recomendado!

Malgré la barrière de la langue, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et l'envie évidente et sincère de nous faire plaisir. Fruits frais, maison nickel et chambre spacieuse comparée à celles des hôtels dans lesquelles nous avons dormi. Nous recommandons cette guest house 😊 dans cette magnifique ville de Berat ! Attention cette guest house est à 20 mn à pied du plein centre de Berat ! Mais nous aimons marcher, flaner, déambuler et prendre le temps, alors pas vraiment un problème pour nous 😊

Nous avions une chambre avec salle de bain privée au deuxième étage de la maison familiale. Hôte très gentille et discrète. Accueilli par un verre d’eau et du raisin. Hôte ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et un local nous a indiquer où se rendre pour aller à sa rencontre car rien d’indiquer à l’arrivée.

• Marcos (10/5): Hospitalidad y desayuno típico, recomendado! - Nos recibieron con una fuente de sandía que estaba tremenda y agua embotellada, que nunca viene mal. El desayuno que venía incluido fue súper completo. La hospitalidad no pudo ser mejor. Está más alejado de lo que es el casco antiguo céntrico pero solo es un paseo que no llega a 15 min. A nosotros nos mereció la pena, y salimos muy contentos.

• arnaud (3/5): - Le prix, la qualité, la propreté et espace des chambres top ! Le logement est à 1,6km(20min à pied)du centre ville et non 0.6km comme mentionné sur le site. J'ai réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes pour 1 nuit, arrivé sur place je règle direct et la propriétaire me demande de payer un supplément pour la 2ème personne présente, ce que j'ai refusé. Au petit déjeuner nous constatons avec étonnement que nous n’avons pas eu la même composition du petit dejeuner que le couple qui séjournais en même temps que nous. Notre petit dejeuner était composé de pain, beurre, marmelade, thé, lait et une boisson sucré quand nos voisins eux ont eu en plus une assiette garni avec des oeufs au plat, concombre, tomate, saucisse ect ..?!? Pourquoi cette différence de traitement ?Sachant qu'à l'arrivée elle m'avait demandé ce que je souhaitais manger au petit dejeuner et je lui avais montrer en guise d'exemple une photo d'un petit dejeuner local complet que j'ai eu auparavant. Qualité de service et localisation non conforme et concordante avec les qualités de prestations du logement.

We had no problems with the noise of the market in the morning, but we did enjoy the darkness in the room, which is rare! A special mention for the owner; I had a minor health-related mishap during my stay, and she took care of me. A huge thank you! Absolutely recommended. The bathroom doesn't have shower curtains and everything gets wet, but I think that's normal here, so it doesn't affect the judgment.

Aunque parece lejana son 10 minutos andando y puedes tener tu coche en la casa aparcado. La dueña rompe la barrera del idioma con Google Translate y, además, se esfuerza por hacerse entender, de una manera muy cercana. ¡Nada!

Był upał, więc na powitanie woda, później kawka i kieliszek czegoś mocniejszego dla dobrego snu :-) Motocykl na noc wstawiłem za zamykaną bramę. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Google Maps doprowadza do innego pensjonatu, usytuowanego przy głównej ulicy, ok. 100 m od tego właściwego.

• Marek (10/5): - A cosy room in a walking distance from the city centre. The owners were very kind, offered us a water melon upon our arrival, also the breakfast was very tasty. Although they dont speak english we managed to sort everything out via translator in phone. Great value for the price. Definitely recommended for stay in Berat. no coat hangers in the room but thats not a big deal.

• Klement (10/5): Perfect if you enjoy adventures and travel on a budget, very lovely! - The mom was super nice with us, she showed us the room and made super nice breakfast as well. The matress was very comfortable, there was air comditioning and we could darken the windows as well. City centre was walking distance, and we could park the car inside the property as well. You can drink the water too and it is very tasty. Perfect if you enjoy adventures and travel on a budget. We will definetly come back! The surroundings were a bit scary, but nobody wants to hurt you so it is no problem!

• Dagmara (10/5): - Jedno z najlepszych miejsc, w jakim nocowaliśmy w czasie naszej podróży po Albanii. Duży, komfortowy pokój z prywatną łazienką, w którym nie brakowało niczego. W części domu, w której nocowaliśmy mieliśmy również dostęp do super wyposażonej kuchni i pralki. Właścicielka jest przekochana i ma się wrażenie jakby było się u mamy, która rano zaserwowała nam też smaczne śniadanie. Lokalizacja w spokojnej części miasta, kilka minut na pieszo od centrum. Polecam! Jeśli będę miała jeszcze okazję być w Beracie, to na pewno tam wrócę 😊

I arrived at the address which I got in the reservation, no place like that in the surroundings. I called the phone number in the reservation and no answer. I entered the name of the place in Waze, I arrived at a house 1 km from the supposed place, without any sign but I recognised it from the pictures. They advertised 0.6 km from the city center... It is 1.6 km from the city center, at night it is a little bit challenging because the light is very poor on the street. I got a room which was in the apartment of the owner with all her family. If I knew it, I would not have booked it, I do not like to like such a situation. For everything you have to contact the daughter by WhatsApp. So be careful when you book this place.

• IURII (10/5): Гостеприимный дом в старинном Берате. - Это гостеприимный семейный дом, где сдают комнаты со своей ванной. в остальной части дома живет семья. Всё организовано очень удобно. комната просторная. теплая. Все очень чисто. комплимент от хозяев - блюдо фруктов из своего сада. Кухня общая, но если нужно, можно пользоваться с разрешения хозяйки. Вай фай отличный. Парковочное место предоставили на территории. И вообще с парковкой проблем нет. Утром хозяйка готовила завтрак , каждый день разный, очень вкусный, обильный. Чувствовали себя как будто мы личные гости, очень признательны. Центр города примерно в7-10 минутах ходьбы, зато вдали от туристического шума и суеты. удобно расположение, если ехать на машине, не на узкой старой улочке, а рядом с главной дорогой . За вполне скромную плату, мы провели приятные и камфортные 3 дня в Берате. Проблем с кафешками, барами и магазинами нет. Все близко. один маленький минус, даже не минус. а просто информация - не говорят по английски, только по албански. Но он лайн переводчик спас от любого недопонимания. а желания понять было

Jedyny problem to komunikacja. Gospodarze używają tylko lokalnego języka. Obiekt znajduje sie w sąsiedztwie targu odzieżowego.Też polecam
• B (7/5): Fijn verblijf voor een kort bezoek. - Locatie was buiten het centrum, maar ca 10-15 min lopen, vriendelijke mensen, je woont er als het ware in huis. De kamer en badkamer zijn heel schoon. De keuken is ouderwets, wij hebben daar niet gekookt. Via google is communicatie goed mogelijk. De eigenaar heeft ook een autowash, voor 10 euro is je auto helemaal schoon. We kregen fruit uit eigen tuin en een keer een soort puddinggebak ‘s avonds. Je kan voor de deur op de eerste etage buiten zitten om o.a te ontbijten. Er waren eigenlijk geen koffie of theevoorzieningen, je kon evt in de keuken, waar men zelf ‘s avonds t.v keek, in de magnetron water heet maken maar er waren geen theezakjes meer. Evt oploskoffie stond ergens in een kast. Het ontbijt was lekker maar eenvoudig: sneden brood, geen boter, wel zelfgemaakte vijgenjam, omelet of gekookt ei met geitenkaas, tomaat en komkommer. Tegenover het gasthuis is een overdekte markt waar men lokaal kleding en gebruiksvoorwerpen koopt. Geen toeristenmarkt. Parkeren kan op eigen terrein.

• Szymon (10/5): - Mój pobyt w guest house w Berat był fantastyczny! Miasto jest wspaniałe, a miejsce, w którym się zatrzymałem, oferowało super wygodne łóżko i świetne warunki. Śniadania były przepyszne, a gospodarze niezwykle serdeczni i pomocni. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto odwiedza Berat!

Bydlíte v byte společně s majiteli, do noci křičelo dítě, od 5 ráno strašný hluk ze silnice, vedle v objektu automycka, která hučela od rana. Žádná lampička, na nočním stolku lednička. Balkón společný s majiteli, paní domácí v noci věšela prádlo. Snidane katastrofa, byli jsme domluveni na 9:00, jiz v 8:45 byly na stole talire, nikde nikdo, jidlo studene, okorale pecivo, stare mleko, vsude spina. Zadne piti, ani voda, dzus, kava. Neda se srovna s ubytovanim, co jsme meli v okoli. Rano tam nikdo nebyl, nebylo mozne se rozloucit. Jedina pozornost - pani se snazila a po prijdezdu nam dala kousek nakrajeneho melounu. Neumi tam nikdo ani slovo anglicky, a to ani zakald - pozdrav, snidane, parking. Nic nerozumi. Zachod bez prkenka, spinavy. Maji prekladac na mobilu. Par zakladnich slov by se mohli naucit….

The hospitality of the owners was fantastic, they cooked a lot for us even besides the included breakfast. The bathroom could have been a bit more well-equipped, but apart from this everything was amazing.

• Piriz (10/5): - Victoria es una excelente anfitriona, nos recibió con un plato de frutas y jugo. Fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. La habitación grande, cómoda y limpia. La ubicación estaba bien, a unos 15 minutos caminando al centro.

Walkable to Old town (approx 20 minutes). Off street car park. Very comfortable bed. Nice and filling breakfast included in the price. Spotlessly clean.

Is a beautiful city, and Zotkaj guest house Is a perfect base to visit: far enough from the noise of the city center yet within walking range from Boulevard Republica, that's the main entrance of the town. The highlight are for sure the cleaness, the wonderful breakfast (something salty and something sweet) and the fridge in the room. Finding the structure isn't very easy because there's no sign, but the owner owns also the car wash next to, so just enter the car wash. Owners are incredibly gentle, they greet us with fresh fruit. Last but not least, the quality/price ratio is amazing

We had a lovely traditional breakfast in the morning too! The room is simple but has everything you need. It isn’t the best location, but it is also not too far to walk into the centre (15 mins).

Přijeli jsme unavení z dlouhé cesty a hned nám nachystali jídlo, navedli nás na správnou cestu do centra a doporučili restauraci. Pokoj byl čistý, krásný a dobře zařízený. Klimatizace funguje, lednice taky. Sprcha wc ok. Snídani jsme dostali v čas, který jsme si určili a byla velmi chutná a sytá. Moc děkujeme za příjemný pobyt😍 Nic

Danke nochmal an die Hausherrin und den Hausherrn! Gerne werde ich wieder kommen! Es ist ein kleiner Fußweg bis zum Zentrum, der Weg ist dafür simpel und man kommt an vielen Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten vorbei.

El desayuno estaba muy muy rico!! Tortas fritas, tostadas, mermelada y ensalada griega. Nos dieron muchas toallas, shampoo, jabon. El cuarto tenia aire acondicionado y una heladera pequeñita. Lo único quizas a mejorar es que no habia tapa de baño ni para sentarse, y que el duchador no se colgaba a la pared. Pero igualmente no fue un problema para nada! Mismo ellos no hablan ni ingles ni español pero nos entendimos con el traductor y con señas. Algo raro es que en el desayuno no habia nada para tomar, pero comimos riquisimo!
