• Tania (7/5): - Muy buena ubicación. El apartamento es grande, cuenta con dos habitaciones y está equipado con todo lo necesario en todas las estancias de la casa. A señalar, estaba muy limpio. Hay un local donde se reúne la iglesia y se escucha bastante. A veces costaba encontrar aparcamiento cerca.

• Berthold (8/5): - Die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas sperrig. Am Ort der Übergabe war niemand. Ein Zettel mit einer Telefonnummer hing an der Tür. Angerufen : schlechte Verbindung - Telefonat abgebrochen. Nochmal probiert : Nun nach einigen Rückfragen Hinweis auf eine Zahlenbox. Nach Eingabe des Codes Schlüssel erhalten. Ansonsten : saubere , sehr große Wohnung - alles bestens, viel Stauraum, großzügige Küche mit Alles was man braucht. Alles gut .

Adjuntó algunas fotos - La ubicación Como muchas VV en San Sebastian está gestionada por una agencia de alquileres de aptos y coches que se encuentra justo en la capital. Hemos venido varias veces a la gomera y cada vez nos enfrentamos a este señor. El año pasado hemos tenido una experiencia terrible en otro apartamento,por un tema de limpieza. No había sido limpiado después del checkout de los huéspedes anteriores. Se lo comuniqué al señor que nos dijo que era culpa de la encargada a la limpieza que no había limpiado debido a un tema de manutención en el baño .Nos ofreció reubicarnos en el mismo palacio,justo la puerta en frente. La situación estaba mejor pero la cama estaba llena de pelos,asi como el water y la ducha. Y el fregadero sucio. Al final decidimos limpiar nosotros y nos callamos. Este año nos pasó lo mismo. El apartamento estaba en condiciones asquerosas, restos de comida en el fregadero,la puerta se abría sola,la bombilla del cuarto principal estaba por explotar ya que no funcionaba y hacía un ruido raro,así que no teníamos luz por la noche en el cuarto. Pelos en cualquier rincón de la casa. Muchas hormigas entraban por la ventana de la cocina y estaban por todos lados,las ollas y las cacerolas no se podían usar,ya que estaban todas rayadas y sucias . Los cubiertos especialmente los tenedores sucios con restos de comidas. No nos hemos podido cocinar. Yo soy celíaca y tenía mis cosas conmigo y no he podido comer. La bañera estaba tapada y al ducharte subía toda agua sucia entre los pies. La vidroceramica estaba llena de grasa. Para no amargarnos las vacaciones esta vez también nos hemos callado y hemos comprado cosas para limpiar.Hemos ido a su oficina el día siguiente para comentarle lo que estaba pasando,ya que credo que debería hablar con su encargada de limpieza pero él no estaba. El secador de pelo no funcionaba bien,parecía que era el cable ya que moviéndose se apagaba el secador .

• Adan Andres (9/5): - La ubicación del piso es muy buena, esta justo en el centro de San Sebastián. El piso es amplio, estaba muy limpio y con una decoracion moderna La escasez de iluminación del piso, puesto que las habitaciones y la cocina estaban muy pobres en iluminación. Microondas no funcionaba ( no se podía abrir la puerta). Dificultad para abrir la puerta de entrada al edificio, problema de cerradura o de hacer una mala copia de la llave.

• Ian (9/5): Lovely apartment in a nice part of town - Good size and generally well equipped with comfortable beds and a useful washing machine. It was clean when we arrived and the apartment is in a pleasant part of town. Several minor things - the window shutters didn’t work and the sink plugs were faulty. A chopping board would have been useful. The roof terrace could be made better use of as well. Not of this was serious.
• James (6/5): For the price it’s a decent apartment close to all amenities. It’s a little bit old and tired and would benefit from a s - The location is great! Just close enough to the main town. Drain smell from the bathroom

• Louise (9/5): Very well presented apartment - The apartment was very clean and well presented. It was very well equipped. Very light and spacious. It is situated in a good part of town, close to the shops, restaurants and the sea front. Washing machine was very welcome too. I messaged the agent to inform him the oven was not working. We had bought pizzas!!! We had no reply or solution at all so be mindful there is no working oven. The noise from the neighbours in the downstairs flat echoed up the building til quite late in the evening.
• Jana (8/5): Overall though it was a pleasant place to stay and we can recommend it. - Picking up the keys at the mailbox near the apartment was handy as we arrived quite late in the evening. The apartment is close to the centre, bus station and market, and there is a vegetable shop nearby which we used frequently. The accommodation is spacious, clean, with a large bathroom, well equipped (we appreciated the washing machine, towels which saved space in our backpack, and blender). The furnishings are nice and bright. Lots of storage space. The place is quite noisy at some times, with cars disturbing the place quite early in the morning, there is a church hall downstairs where they often sang in the evening (badly, much louder, but not for long:) and the skylight carries sounds from the apartment below. But you are in the city, so nothing major. The key to the main entrance worked worse (probably an imperfect copy). The double bed was quite uncomfortable for us, but that's because we are used to a harder mattress. There was a lack of information about waste segregation and where to take it - whether the house has its own bin somewhere.
