• Geoff (8/5): - Welcoming host. Roomy, comfortable house with good heating and hot tub. Used large inset wood burner in the kitchen to cook homemade pizza in. The upstairs wet room was nice. Beds are comfortable and the house was warm. Nice quiet location with parking right outside. Ideal for visiting our friends in the next village. Would be great facilities for children to play in the summer. The downstairs shower had the doors missing so we didn't use it. Both bathrooms/ toilets had full glass doors. General finishes were to normal Bulgarian standards, electrics similar, lots of wires and multi plugs.

• Светлин (9/5): Прекрасно 😊 - За трета поредна година нощувам тук и със сигурност мога да кажа, че домакините ни влагат пари в къщата и двора. Нови климатици, нови постройки. Наистина става все по-уютно с всяка изминала година, живот и здраве отново ще избера вас! :) Банята на първият етаж се нуждае от лека поддръжка. Гъвкавата връзка и смесителят текът, душ слушалката е за смяна и няма стойка на която да я оставим, а трябва да я държим и/или оставим на земята. Ако компанията е по-голяма трябва да се изчакваме за банята на вторият етаж (която е перфектна) и става доста неудобно. :)

• Keren (10/5): A perfect dream house for a family vacation - The house is just perfect! A small villa in a tiny village that has everything you can possibly need… the indoor has 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. It even have a laundry machine and a dishwasher. The yard is big and has a playground, ping pong table, pool and jacuzzi, perfect for families. On top of everything, the host is extremely nice and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Finding the property might be a bit challenging, but if you contact the host he will just guide you or lead you with his own car. It was the best property we stayed at in our entire trip, so unique and beautiful. It has everything, our kids wanted to move in for good

• Gergana (10/5): - Highly recommend. The village is very quiet and peaceful and the view is outstanding. Close to Dryanovo monastery and Bacho Kiro cave.The host is very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Convenient free parking in front of the house. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.
• Dimitar (4/5): Димитър - Гледката, забавленията за деца, лятната кухня и външното барбекю. Добра идея, но като цяло занемарено. Чистотата не беше на ниво, нямаше питейна вода, а такава престояла в контейнери и обработена с някаква химия, която се пенеше. Проблемът е във водния режим, обявен от 15.08.2025, който гласи, че вода ще има само в Неделя, която така и не стигна до вилата. В градината през светлата част от деня не може да се стои, защото е пълно с оси. Бих прекръстил вила "Липите" на вила "Осите". Собственикът, беше любезен и отзивчив. Донесе ни препарати за след охапване от оси, но мисля, че трябва трябва да обърне сериозно внимание на гнездата, които вероятно са в кладенеца и около къщата. От кърпите и хавлиите нямаше една с една еднаква, същото беше и при чиниите. Имаше само една тенджера и нито една тава, освен тази, която е от старата печка. За съжаление като цяло не бихме повтирили.

• Kaloyan (10/5): We’re super pleased with everything. Would visit again! - Pretty much everything. All the amenities were very well maintained. The care they’ve put into the place to make it a family vacation spot is beyond satisfactory. The 1-year old baby was living its best life.
• Stoeva (10/5): Exceptional - The owners were helpful and provided everything necessary during our stay (shampoo, shower gel, coffee capsules, dishwashing capsules, washing powder, etc.) The place was clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning. There were sporting options like basketball, football, table tennis, volleybal.
• Danielius (10/5): Exceptional - The location was extremely peaceful however no shops in the village. Many different things for kids like football, basketball, tennis, chess and the list goes on. BBQ had wood and charcoal ready, everything seemed to work, pretty modern and some nice areas like the ' Ivanili Waterfall Иваниловски водопад ' nearby! Recommend! 👍🏼
