• Eliisa (8/5): Edelliset arviot antoivat turhan positiivisen kuvan. - Sijainti hyvä. Luvattu aamiainen oli suuri pettymys. Asunto hieman kylmä. Pieni kylpyhuone ja olematon keittiö. Hinnan olisi pitänyt olla alhaisempi. Samalla hinnalla saa saunallisia ja viihtyisämpiä asuntoja.
• Matleena (9/5): A very cozy apartment with all the necessities - -Walking distance from the train station and the city centrum -Easy pick up of keys -Cozy bedroom and living room -A tasty simple breakfast waiting for you in the fridge -Parking space included in the price -A relatively calm street and we slept well thanks to that -The kitchen and bathroom was quite small and might therefore not be suitable for bigger persons or for example wheel chair users

• Maarit (10/5): Kaikenkaikkiaan 5/5 - - sijainti - sisustus - aamupala - sisäänkirjautuminen - rauhallinen taloyhtiö - hyvä sänky - tv:n sai helposti päälle - hiukan oli viileää (oli toki lisäpatteri) mutta villasukat oli mukana.
• Johanna (9/5): Viihtyisä ja hyvin varusteltu huoneisto hyvällä paikalla, joskin liikenteen äänet kantautuivat vähän huoneistoon. Todell - Tyylikäs ja viihtyisä sisustus. Löytyi hyvää ja mielenkiintoista luettavaa. Ilahduin suuresti keittiön ruokayllätyksistä niin jääkaapissa kuin kuivamuonissa (mm. mysli), mitkä olivat harvinaista herkkua. Hyvin säilytystilaa: Ihanaa, kun sai tulla koiran kanssa. Keittiö pikkuinen, yksinään ollessa riitti. Samoin kylpyhuone tosi pieni, kastui väkisin kokonaan suihkussa käydessä,
• Martin (10/5): - We really liked the apartment. Maybe a suggestion is to somewhere write whether the breakfast is lactose free, or any other allergens. Maybe an option to leave the luggage beforehand would also really up the level! But we really enjoyed our stay.

• Ramunė (9/5): I had a pleasant stay in Tampere, staying in a cozy, bright, and spacious apartment. - Apartments are very spacious and have everything needed for a short stay. Convenient location, the city center is within walking distance. The apartment administrators respond quickly. It would be helpful if it were more clearly stated what is included in the breakfast provided. It consists of bread, cheese, sliced ham, a liter of yogurt, cereal, bananas, coffee, and tea, which are left in the fridge. If this were clarified in advance, guests wouldn’t have overly high expectations.

• Katri (9/5): - Rauhallinen, siisti asunto, kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Tilava olohuone, kunnon ruokapöytä. Eipä nyt tule mitään mieleen...

• Claudia (10/5): The Hima Apartment felt like a second home! - I loved this apartment. It was probably one of the best accommodations I ever had. It was so comfortable and thoughtful, all facilities were great. It was like a second home.

• Jouko (8/5): Kivasti sisustettu viihtyisä asunto juuri kahdelle aikuiselle.Ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille. - Aamiainen riittävä ja monipuolinen,jääkaapissa. En huomannut hissin puuttumista tilattaessa ,radio puuttui(tv:stä en yrittänyt).

• franck (7/5): Séjour correct - La proximité des quais et la présence d'une cafétéria ståhlberg ouverte le midi trés abordable et pas loin. La facilité du ckeck-in La literie pas terrible, la salle de bain et la cuisine très étroites et pas adaptés à toutes les morphologies.

Nous sommes d’ailleurs partis avant la fin prévue de notre séjour. cet appartement est manifestemen - sa description, sur le papier 1/ un emplacement très difficile à trouver 2/ un immeuble de mauvais standing très mal isolé 3/ un 4eme étage sans ascenseur, ce qui n’etait pas mentionné 4/ une isolation inexistante, et une chaleur infernale qui a largement perturbé nos nuits 6/ des fenêtres qui n’ouvrent pas complètement et rendent difficile le rafraîchissement nocturne 7/ et de toutes façons l’appartement donnant sur une artère très passante, le bruit de la rue est la seule solution face au besoin de faire baisser la température intérieure 8/ des allégations mensongères sur les équipements : nous devions avoir un lave linge dans l’appartement, et nous apprenons finalement qu’il y a bien un lave linge, mais qu’il est interdit de l’utiliser. Dommage, il tient preque 50% de la taille de la salle de bain, qui est plus petite que celle d’un camping car. Idem pour le « climatiseur à glaçons » que l’on nous promet dans le livret d’accueil : absent lui aussi et soi disant remplacé par un pauvre ventilateur à 2 sous. 9/ une chambre qui communique avec la cuisine et on profite du bruit du réfrigérateur et des odeurs toute la nuit 10/ une propriétaire qui n’a jamais aucune solution aux problèmes qu’on lui soumet
• Mette (10/5): Exceptional - Nice location. Clean and perfect for our purpose of exploring Tampere. City bikes right outside was really practical.
• Cordas (8/5): Very good - Excellent position, very friendly staff, clean and tidy apartment Breakfast should be a little more varied. Relatively complicated technical systems, lift unnecessary with a card, opening and closing the door a bit complicated

• Maria (9/5): Great stay near Tampere city center - Easy check-in, comfortable bed and linen, breakfast included, clean and nice apartment The iron left brown stains when being used. There was quite a lot of noise from outside.
