• NCB (9/5): A stylish and comfortable apartment - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the apartment impressed us with its spacious layout, elegant modern design, and excellent cleanliness. The three bathrooms were a real convenience, and the location made it easy to explore the neighborhood and nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the apartment lacked adequate noise insulation, and being on the ground floor, it was affected by noticeable street noise. In addition, the Wi‑Fi signal did not reach the basement rooms, which was somewhat inconvenient.
• Emer (8/5): - Location was excellent, near to plenty of cafes, eateries, metros and within walking distance of some of the main attractions. The owner was very helpful and extremely responsive to all my communications. Some extra towels would have been nice! Only one of the three bathrooms was actually private, the other two were on view from the bedrooms.

• Marcy (9/5): Great neighborhood! - Located in a great neighborhood for bars, casual restaurants and access to public transit. There were no blankets or extra towels. One bathroom was missing a trashcan.

• Оlsi (1/5): Disappointed - nothing. Close to the center but almost on the road. It was a store and basement suitable for airbnb. The entrance door was broken, it took force to open it. If you stayed in the lobby, you could also hear people's footsteps. Cleanliness left much to be desired. The refrigerator had signs of previous customers and the carpet was visible to the naked eye and had not been cleaned. The towels were dark gray and not white. Furniture of a low quality and, above all, the toilets are a problem. The house had 3 toilets, but only the one in the corridor could be used, as the other two in the bedrooms were with glass, had no door and had neither an extractor fan nor a window. If I could, I would avoid this basement apartment as a choice

The area was good The price was very reasonable in comparison to other spots Fast internet Over all it was a cute place, good price, grocery stores close to the place The stairs going downstairs are weird and a bit freaky. The showers get super wet on the outside when showering. The electricity pops if you turn the stove, a/c and the microwave. No oven Only one a/c unit for the whole place. We got lucky it was less hot this week, but it would be nice to at least have fans for the rooms, specially the downstairs.

• Patrícia (10/5): Exceptional - The location was very good. The apartment was close to several restaurants and bars, which is very good. It's close to 2 metro lines, which makes getting around the city a lot easier. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, with a dishwasher and a coffee machine with capsules. The team was ready to help at any time of the day and week.
• Grace (7/5): Good - The appartment used to be a store. It’s entrance is directly on the street.it should have been mentioned upon booking.one of the baths wasn’t working and it flooded the room. They offered to fix it but we didnt want anyone to enter the appartment while we are gone and we didn’t have time to stay till the handyman arrives. They should fix this problem before guests arrive cs im sure it’s not news to them.Other wise good location,easy access and ok for the value of money.
• Wistre (8/5): To enjoy Madrid from princesa street - Street level apartment, very secure, and ample inside with 3 bedrooms with own bedrooms. Nice kitchen, and living room. Nothing to report.
• Linda (7/5): Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, despite a couple of gripes . - The fact there were 3 bedrooms and 3 showers . Three females staying . Spacious lounge and kitchen area . Comfortable . Enjoyed It’s position and locality . Easy to get everywhere of interest , cheap travel costs . The toilet and shower were open in the bedrooms , fine for 3 individuals but couldn’t have shared even with a partner . The cleanliness issue was mostly around the bathroom areas , probably wear and tear too. Quite noisy at night , during the night , as it’s on a busy road and cleaning etc goes on at that time .
