We komen zeker terug met zijn 5en - Het dakterras en ligging is fantastisch Het is jammer dat er weinig keukengerei is, we missen snijplanken, te weinig koffie koppen theekoppen , schilmessen etc. Dus dat is echt jammer. Verder was het heel erg lawaaierig, kunnen jullie weinig aan doen, maar het schoonmaken van straten en containers hoef niet van 1 tot 4 uur in de nacht. Mijn horloge gaf in de slaapkamer een geluid van 104 decibel aan , niet normaal….

Abgesehen von der Straßenbahn sehr ruhig, wenn man nicht gerade, wie wir, mitten in der Semana Santa Sevilla besucht. Der Swimmingpool auf dem Dach ist eher eine große Badewanne, reicht aber zum kurzen Abkühlen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern erfolgt per KI, was im Fall eines Problems (in unserem Fall öffnete sich in der Nacht die Haustür trotz richtigem Code nicht) zu erheblichen Zeitverzögerungen führt. Statt der WhatsApp-KI sollte man dann wohl gleich die Notfall-Telefonnummer wählen!

Difficulty getting entry via key-code, requiring interaction with remote management - very annoying and stressful standing at a doorway in inclement weather for almost an hour. Apartment was very noisy; sirens, trams, people talking (loudly) in the street at all hours of the night and early morning, workmen in the street at 4am, cafe below start set up at 6am - I got limited and broken sleep.

Für jeden ein Wasser, Shampoo, Duschgel und co vorhanden. Gutes Toilettenpapier, wie zu Hause. Wenn man als letztes geduscht hat, war kein warmes Wasser verfügbar.

• Asier (3/5): Gran edificio. Pésima gestión - El edificio, los apartamentos y la ubicación La gestión es un completo desastre. Inaceptable. Me facilitaron un código que nunca funcionó. Llamé al servicio de emergencias y la persona que me atendió no tenía ni idea: me dio otros tres códigos y ninguno funcionaba. Incluso me sugirió que verificase si estaba en el edificio correcto… Finalmente y gracias a mis propias indicaciones, logró darme un código que abrió la puerta del portal. Una vez dentro, la puerta del apartamento tampoco se abría con ningún código: ni el inicial, ni el del portal. La misma persona, que seguía al teléfono, acertó a la tercera. Por si fuera poco, el ascensor no funcionaba. Haces la reserva en castellano y todas las comunicaciones te llegan en inglés. Además, envían mensajes con plantillas mal configuradas y campos vacíos. Una pena, porque el edificio, los apartamentos y la ubicación son estupendos.

• Chantal (8/5): - Emplacement parfait, facile d'accès, la vieille ville est à deux pas. La propreté du logement ainsi qu'un espace très confortable pour 4 personnes nous ont séduit. Deux des fenêtres du logement n'étaient pas correctement isolées, la pluie conséquente du week-end ayant passé à travers les joints. Il a fait froid (oui, même à Séville !) et une couverture supplémentaire aurait ajouté un confort appréciable pour les nuits.

• Cornelius Pieter (7/5): Geweldig appartement maar ……. - Prachtig nieuw gerenoveerd, comfortabel appartement met geweldige bedden in een mooi deel van de stad met alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand, zelfs Triana aan de overkant van de rivier. En op 100 een Spar voor de boodschappen. Dakterras met ligbedden en mini zwembad om af te koelen. Het zou een 10 kunnen zijn maar …… Ik houdt het erop dat wij pech hadden maar de incheck met pincode was een drama. Zowel het gebouw in als de kamer. Er is een hulplijn die je kan appen maar werkte niet. Dan moet je je eerst via Whatsapp door een chatbot heenworstelen en uiteindelijk via een tech de codes gereset. Daarna werkte het. Verder was de lift defect en als je veel bagage hebt en de lockers zijn op de 3e verdieping die je wil gebruiken omdat het appartement pas vanaf 15:00 uur beschikbaar is dan wordt je niet blij om het via de trap omhoog te moeten slepen. (Als je ouder of slecht ter been bent is dit een drama en er is geen conciërge of iemand om te helpen, alles gaat op afstand) Wat mij betreft is het “op afstand runnen van een RBB” veel te ver doorgevoerd.

• Steven (4/5): We would not recommend this property. - There were ants all over the living room, hallway and upper bedroom, coming out of the wall. It took over 24 hours and several messages before anyone came to spray. The flooring in the hallway is falling apart, with what feels like a hole. The pictures of the pool make it look much bigger than it actually is. It is a glorified bathtub.

• Digiglio (8/5): Stunning apartment in fabulous location - highly recommend - The apartment is stunning. The architecture & balcony’s are divine. The apartment is spacious & accommodated 6 adults very well. Beds were very comfortable. The view & location is excellent. Location is very close to Alcazar & the Cathedral. We walked most mornings in the surrounding gardens which are beautiful. We walked every where to all attractions, including the Triana Markets. The view from the terrace is fabulous & we did use the pool to cool off in the late afternoon/evening. Washing machine a plus too. Some bottled water for free was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If it wasn’t for the air con not working in all rooms & the clunky check in/check out, we would rate this a 10/10. Check in & checkout which is automated through codes & an AI chat tool didn’t work. After a few calls all was sorted. Air con in the main bedroom does not work, I messaged through booking.com but they just sent instructions on how to get it to work. It worked well in the other two bedrooms & the living area so we didn’t worry about following this up. I note another reviewer reported a similar issue. No tea towels for the kitchen so we used a bathroom hand towel. We cooked one evening & kitchen utensils could be expanded to include a few more basic utensils & a larger fry pan.

• Christa (8/5): Lovely location and Accommodation - The location was perfect for accessing the old town, we were able to get to the Cathedral and Alcazar easily. The property is located above a lovely café which was great for morning breakfast and coffee, there was also a Spa a 1 minute walk away. We were able to reach all our planned activities / restaurants within 15 minutes. the accommodation itself was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The amenities provided were great both for the kitchen and the bathrooms (although they don't provide pool towels). The pool is more of a plunge pool but it is really nice for cooling down in the Seville heat and the overall atmosphere is lovely. I would recommend. The directions provided upon arrival in Seville were inaccurate, leading us to the wrong part of the city. Fortunately, we stayed in the taxi and used the address from Booking.com to reach the accommodation. Upon arrival and the next day, we struggled to access the property having been given the wrong entry code and a with the keypad not working. Although staff were quick to help, it was still a frustrating experience. Additionally, I felt the rooftop area lacked sufficient seating and shade, on our last day, a large family occupied most of the space. Although the space is fine with 2 or 3 people when there are more it becomes more challenging. Therefore, having access to more furniture if required would have been helpful.

Great amenities and supplies in the apartment. Very nice rooftop area with small pool and relaxing area. The a/c worked very in all but 1 room for f the apartment.

We were fortunate that our stay coincided with Pride which was meters away from our apartment. The beds and bedding were super comfy and the apartment was really clean. Loved the three balconies at the front and the private terrace. Great shared roof terrace with plunge pool. Loved it all.

• Angela (9/5): Comfortable apartment with plunge pool close to centre - The apartment was lovely with very high ceilings and felt very spacious. There were balconies to the lounge and bedrooms which overlooked the Royal Tobacco Factory and the pedestrianised area of the Calle San Fernando. The beds were king size and very comfortable. Plenty of storage space for clothing and cases plus a safe for valuables. There was air conditioning throughout the apartment. Entry to the property from the street and into the apartment was by key code - worked really well and no possibility of lost keys! The kitchen was adequately equipped but has the bare minimum. The coffee machine is a Nespresso one and some capsules were provided along with some tea sachets, herbal tea and milk. Water was provided in the fridge along with a few other bits like beer. Washing up liquid, washing machine pods and dishwasher tablets were all provided. There were no tea towels or kitchen hand towels which would have been useful. They did provide kitchen roll. The showers in both bathrooms work really well with towels (1 large towel + 1 small towel per person) hairdryers, toilet paper, Ren shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all provided. The upstairs terrace with the plunge pool was great to cool down after a long day of sightseeing and was very welcome. Lovely views over the city from there, too! There are luggage lockers up here where you can leave your luggage if you arrive early or want to leave your luggage before catching a late flight. You can still access the building to get your luggage from the lockers even after checking out of the apartment. This is a well-thought out facility. Well done to whoever thought of that! Nearly forgot to mention that there is a lift to all floors. Communication with Numa was fantastic and made things very easy! The kitchen equipment is a bit lacking with only the bare minimum of equipment. No tea towels or kitchen hand towels were provided which would have made life easier. More loungers with another shade canopy on the terrace, please! The door to the pool/terrace was not always open at the stated times which was irritating. There is a large notice on the stove stating that if the fire alarm goes off and you get a visit from the fire brigade, you could get a fine of €2500 and that you should open the windows when cooking. I suspect this is the reason that there is no toaster in the kitchen. We didn’t do much cooking because there isn’t much equipment and combined with the risk of setting off the fire alarm, it was easier to eat out.

The apartment had a lot of sunlight which was perfect for an April trip. There were tramways just outside the windows, so in the morning you could hear them, but it wasn't a terrible noise

The rooms are huge and the roof terrace is amazing! The staff are so friendly aswell

The location is perfect, we found everything we needed close by. Comfortable beds and fabulous showers, the accommodation was really good value for money.
• Lisa (7/5): It would’ve been a more enjoyable stay if the staff had fixed the issue we had right away. - We liked the modern amenities, the size of the apartment and the central location. Unfortunately the smoke detector batteries needed to be replaced as the detector let out a loud beep every minute. The staff weren’t able to fix it, and they didn’t replace the batteries during our stay.

• Justina (3/5): Good place for families - Good location, next door to Alcazar. Big apartment comfortably fits 6 people with 2 bathrooms. Not enough hot water for everyone! Some have to bathe in cold water. Water heater didnt work on the first day. Air conditioner does not work even though tuned to cold air.

• Angela (10/5): Exceeded our expectations! - The accommodation was excellent. The apartment was modern, stylish, very comfortable, and immaculately clean, with everything we needed. The amazing roof terrace was an added bonus, overlooking the gardens of the Real Alcazar. The location was perfect for exploring the tourist areas. The café downstairs was lovely too. Highly recommended! It would have been a bonus to have been able to access Netflix or at least one English-speaking news channel on the TV - but it didn't matter too much.

Would stay again - Good amount of space and had weather been better, outside terraces would have been fab Kitchen had a drainy smell which was a bit unpleasant:needs looking at as impacted other rooms given open plan On our 2nd morning, showers were cold after only two people had showered.

Exceptionally clean, and spacious It wasn’t that I didn’t like it , but the roof terrace didn’t open till 10.00am . It would have been lovely to take a cup of coffee up there first thing. Also , when checking out , if you are to leave your luggage in the lock up , you can’t get to it until 10.00 am as you access it via the terrace .
• Babita (10/5): Wonderful, comfortable stay in Seville - Location is excellent near very good restaurants and bars. All the main tourist attractions within 20 min walking distance. Comfortable beds all the toiletries and kitchen extras provided were excellent. Easy check in and check out. Pool and terrace wonderful to relax after sight seeing. Nothing it was all very good !
