• Nicolas (10/5): Perfetto - La struttura oltre ad essere a 5 minuti dalla stazione è a praticamente a 15 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni della città. Anche il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile, se si riprensenterà l’occasione ci torneremo sicuramente.
• Sonno (9/5): - La posizione è eccellente accanto alla stazione, vicino a tutti i monumenti.Lla struttura è modernissima ben arredata, con una cucina molto fornita di elettrodomestici, bollitori ecc. Un po' rumorosa per via della strada sottostante. Necessità di qualche piumino o coperta in più, perché in inverno fa abbastanza freddo, soprattutto dormendo sul divano che aveva una coperta leggera. Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità prezzo, assolutamente da consigliare.

• Paco (8/5): - La ubicación del alojamiento hace que sea excepcional para la visita a Florencia, a 5 minutos de la estación central y a 15 andando del Duomo. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Nosotros paramos 3 noches y muy bien todo. La cama está en alto, pero es cómoda y se descansa bien. Hay mucho tráfico por la calle, al ser una principal, pero para nosotros no fue problema alguno. Repetiría.
• Yuvanesh Jeyaraman (5/5): - The place was really big and spacious. It was clean as well as having a nice living room with netflix access to have a chill night. Location was really good and really accessible to the train station and attractions. The water pressure in the bathroom is quite poor. The only other thing was that the host / owner got to us really late regarding check in timing until it got to a point where i was wondering if i needed to start looking for another place. Tried contacting him from 12.30 to 3 pm and got a response at 3.30 pm. He had an emergency but this left abit of a sour taste at the start of our stay.
• MyeongJu (7/5): 역과 가까운 쾌적한 집 - 역과 가까워서 좋습니다. 숙소가 넓고 쾌적한 편입니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 캐리어를 들고 한층 올라가야합니다. 생각보다 바깥이나 층간 소음이 잘들립니다. 예민하신 분은 참고하세요.
• Rob (6/5): Florence in a pinch - The decor was updated, including the bathroom and kitchen. The location was great for accessing the train station and attractions. THE NOISE. Saturday night, especially, was incredibly loud. The windows did nothing to block the street noise that continued until 2:30 am and started again at 6. The kitchen was full of fruit flies. The place did not have some basic essentials: ONE wine glass, no napkin or paper towels or tissues. Though it is supposed to be a non smoking apt, smelled horribly of smoke. The bed was hard as a rock and the loft was hot and claustrophobic.

• Ying (10/5): we enjoyed staying there. - the room is big and clean. the kitchen is well equipped. we cooked nice dinner there. locations is good, close to central station. Also walk to all the attractions. a bit noisy due to very close to central station. otherwise all good!
• Nicola (10/5): Very well equipped apartment 12 mins walk from the Duomo and around the corner from train station - A very well equipped property which has everything you need - dishwasher, washing machine, Fridge Freezer, microwave etc and a great sized TV in the lounge area There is the loft bed and a sofa bed, we did stay on the sofa bed for our stay which was surprisingly comfortable There are a few stairs to go up (15) in 2 sets of 5 and then a few to the apartment door - a short easy stroll to all the main sights and literally around the corner from the main trains station. The host is ready to help with any problems and was great with communication It is on a busy road which can be a little noisy late evening
• Yuki (10/5): nice and comfortable room for good value! - the location was nice and close to the train station. the room was quite modern and functional. we used the kitchen once and washing machine twice. no problem! Stefano was really kind. he even came to show us how to unlock the door to the room, as we struggled to work it out. we had a problem with unlocking the door to the room. apparently that was a normal lock in Florence, but took ages for us to work it out on our first day of staying here. after Stefano came to show us how to do it, we had no problem though. had to pull the door a little bit to turn the key properly.

• Anusha (9/5): Great little gem! Would definitely recommend! - Absolutely loved our stay at Lola loft. After a long time I got a fully furnished kitchen and took advantage to cook some homemade food after eating out for weeks straight! Very Cosy, close to the station and restaurants. It was perfect. The place had everything you would need in it. Felt like I was home. Very thoughtful. Owner very responsive. Thank you so much ! Just one tiny thing which is not of great concerns. Husband was not feeling well during our vacation. The apartment was close to the main road and had a bit of furs in the apartment. He coughed a lot on the first day almost all night. 🤦‍♀️But it was solved the next day when I vacuumed the whole apartment. I was well btw.
• Yu (9/5): Superb - We did not meet landlord in person but all the directions are clear enough. The apartment is really lovely! Clean, new and comfortable. It's really nice to have washing machine, fridge, full kitchen, living room and air conditioner while traveling. - Room is at first floor you will need to climb up 12 steps of stairs. - There was a restaurant just downstairs, our first night was really noisy. People chatting and laughing loudly till 01:00 I believed. But the second night was okay.

• Amber (7/5): Its ok - It is within walking distance to town Center The layout of the furnitures are weird. It took us ages to figure out where everything is. The furniture next to the front door is kind in the way. The bed is upstairs it’s really hot sleeping there in hot summer. The aircon is good however cold air doesn’t travel up.

• Ying (9/5): Superb - The loft provides everything, even the tools in kitchen are completed. The loft is nearby the center station and streets, it is noisy in the night.
• Jon (6/5): Very central but Very noisy. - Great location, very central. Easy instructions for entry. Everything is walking distance. Very noisy with the road noise outside. Air con isn’t the best. Shower is either red hot or cold, cannot adjust. Told the owner but no response ref the shower.

• Rose (10/5): Great place, very comfy bed, amazing shower with plenty of hot water. - Great apartment, very close to the train station in a safe neighborhood. Very close to all the attractions as Florence is a walkable city.

• Shantell (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great for walking around Florence and seeing the sights. The apartment is lovely and well kept and had everything we needed for our trip. There was street noise at night but that was understandable due to the location, but would still definitely recommend this apartment.
• Schaefer (10/5): wonderful stay! - everything, it was perfect and easy to find and the host was lovely and extremely helpful it would have been great if there had been an iron, but it’s a very small thing and didn’t really affect us at all!
• Ewelina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is just .3 min walk from the central train station, which is extremaly comfortable. Stefano gave us all necessary indications the day before so we easily accessed the apartmnent. It had all we needed, lot of space, modern bathroom, nice fully equipped kitchen (coffee, big fridge, wine glasses) and even heating system. There is Carreffour sueprmarket 2 min walk. Communication with Stefano was via messages and he made sure we are comfortable. It was nice and surprising to see that Juliusz Slowacki, lived in that building in the past!
• Diana (10/5): I recommend it - The apartament is near everything. it looks really Nice and cozy and has everything you need It Was cold inside even if the Heather Was on but after discussing with the owner we got this problem fixed
• Paul (9/5): Superb - I had a wonderful stay in the apartment, only downside would be the noise from the street from time to time but it’s bearable for me, bed can seem a bit small if sleeps two. I didn’t get to meet Ste, we communicate via WhatsApp, he’s very helpful and easygoing I’d say :) Nothing

• Rachelle (9/5): Great host, convenient location - would stay again! - Stefano's flat is conveniently located close to the main station. There is a luggage storage facility within metres of the flat, which was really helpful after checking out. The flat is spacious, modern and has everything you need for a short stay in Florence. There is Netflix and Amazon Prime available on the tv, which is a nice bonus. In general, the facilities are great and Stefano was a helpful and responsive host. The flat is on a main street so can be a little noisy. This is of course outside of Stefano's control. The bed is upstairs on a mezzanine level. This wasn't a problem for us however if you are older or have mobility issues, take this into consideration.

• Wyatt (4/5): Nice apartment, but quite uncomfortable to sleep in - Very close to the train station, host was very responsive and apartment was a good size with modern finishes Apartment is located on a busy street and is very loud at all hours of the day even with windows completely closed. Mattress is on the floor of the loft area and as a result is quite uncomfortable. Also the mattress has no room on either side of it so you have to crawl into it from the bottom. On hot days A/C unit wasn’t able to produce enough cool air to cool down loft sleeping area
• Xavier (9/5): A great place to stay for your visit of Florence. - - Great location for both transportation and to visit Florence on foot - Luggage storage at the hotel next to the appartement - Spacious & clean - Stores & good places to eat nearby (if you're vegan, very good pastry / café five minutes away) - Host replied quickly through Whatsapp - Restrictions about the AC: couldn't sleep without, the mezzanine bed made it even harder to sleep if turned off - Matress could be larger and a tad mor comfy - If you are a light sleeper, it's a noisy street and you will hear it with the windows closed
• Steven (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed the multitude of kitchen appliances and completely newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. All the necessary amenities were available and it was nice to be able to use the washing machine too. Stay was very nice. However, poor insulation of the windows facing a street with many loud vehicles passing by made it hard to fall asleep and would often wake me up in the night.
