• Julie (8/5): Great location, very small and no natural light whatsoever. - The location was amazing and the room itself was clean. It was great to be able to get back easily while strolling in Manhattan. Many good restaurants around. The AC is right at the head of one of the beds and it needed to be on or else the place would become very hot very fast. The bathroom is fine but very very small. There is no glimpse of natural light either.

• Maria (5/5): Nice location, but cramped. - The location. We had minimal contact from the host and no clear instructions on where to collect our keys. Initially, reception staff said they didn’t know anything about them. Only after we insisted did they locate the keys in an envelope. The apartment itself had several issues. The air conditioning unit was noisy and positioned directly above one of the beds, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was extremely small, and the room developed a bad smell whenever we cooked—everything in the space seemed to absorb the odor. It was also quite cramped for five people and felt overpriced for what was offered.

• Ken (10/5): After a full day exploring, shopping and enjoying the sights, it was wonderful to return to the comfort of our lovely r - The location was terrific. We walked everywhere and felt safe both during the day but also until dark. Streets were always busy with people, both local and wandering tourists and surprisingly clean considering the number of people on the move. WE LOVED NEW YORK! Just a very small suggestion: The fridge door did not close properly without an extra push. Perhaps a small sign would be helpful reminding visitors to check that the fridge door had fully closed.

• Vanja (10/5): Exceptional - The place is awesome and extremely clean. Everything is so close by. Honestly, it's the best location in NYC. Easy metro access, many stores nearby, Herald Square is right outside with open seating - feels like a terace of your studio :) 24 hour check in! Amazing and responsive host, kind and helpful. By far, the best accommodation we had in NYC so far. Noises aren't too bad at all like other reviews say, and you can adjust heating as needed. Studio is situated in a historical building which adds to the experience. The kitchen stove was very slow.
