Byron Villacres (2/5): Irregularidades varias - Solo el desayuno Habitación exterior a la casa, drenaje tapado de la ducha por lo que se inundó la habitación, cobró del iva no autorizado por el gobierno, no emiten la factura, segunda habitación llena de polvo.

Q el día q llegamos, solo estaba una persona y no se encontró abierto el servicio de restaurant. Pero al siguiente día sí estuvo todo el personal listo y fue excelente atención.

Me parece que no es barato y el baño no tiene donde colgar las toallas, no hay algo que sostenga el papel higiénico 3. No hay un recepcionista 4. Hay que pedir que activen las activen las áreas húmedas para poder usarlas dentro del horario permitido 5.pagamos extra por el desayuno buffet y el día lunes no hubo desayuno 6. El área de la piscina está muy descuidada, sucia, y al estar alado de una quebrada huele muy mal
VIVIANA (5/5): El valor es súper alto como para una habitación, esto no es 4 estrellas ni tampoco spa - La amabilidad del personal La verdad lo ponen como 4 estrellas , un spa con piscina y el desayuno brunch , No es 4 estrellas es una casa grande con habitaciones pequeñas , el precio me pareció una locura , yo pagué como 340 dólares una noche por 5 personas pero es para las instalaciones decepcionante porque ni en Miami cobran tanto , les sugiero considerar su valor porque así las personas se hospedarán una vez y nunca más como en mi caso , el desayuno es básico café, pan, huevo y fruta … brunch es algo totalmente diferente , por favor no pongan publicidad que no es verdad ..
