• Giuseppe (10/5): Quasi vicino alla perfezione! - Casa nuovissima da poco ristrutturata,con una camera da spaziosa e profumata,c’era per fino la cameretta,cosa che non ci è apparso dalle foto,forse da poco ristrutturata,la culla per nostro figlio,divano nuovo,proprietari dei veri signor. Strepitoso!! Ci ritorneremo a luglio 😍 Era tutto perfetto !!
• Pascale (5/5): Good place but needs better organization and communication - It was near airport and it was a cute place to stay. Confirmed checkin was 12-1 and they weren’t done until 3:30 so had to wait outside in heat with my baby.

• Paulina (3/5): nie polecam - nic Niewygodna skrzypiąca kanapa, łóżko dostawione dla dziecka to jakiś składak, a nie łóżko- zapadające się i potwornie skrzypiące.. Brudny i stary prysznic, do którego strach wchodzić bez klapek. Zapłaciliśmy za śniadanie i mam rozumieć, że to miały być te rogaliki pakowane leżące w koszyku ? Dramat. Dodatkowo ręczniki nie pachniały zbyt zachęcająco, a w meblach kuchennych lub za ścianą dobijał się jakiś gryzoń, który całą nos coś podgryzał i skrobał. Jeżeli o czymś nie zapomniałam to to wszystko.

• Jessica (10/5): Carina - Casa pulita accoglienza ottima anche prima dell orario del check-in per il parcheggio e per il deposito bagagli. Ci è piaciuto molto il fatto di non dover attende poi nessuno x riceve le chiavi perché so trovavano in un box fuori la casa con un codice quindi nessun vincolo di orario . La posizione. L abbiamo scelto questo posto perché aveva il parcheggio incluso visto che a napoli è improponibile parcheggiare in centro.... ma è abbastanza lontano dalle principali punti di interesse

• Elisa (10/5): - Non posso trovare un difetto. Cortesia dell'host che ci ha aspettato a mezzanotte e ci ha accompagnato al parcheggio e all alloggio. Casa pulita e comodissima con ogni confort. Davvero tutto perfetto. Possibilità di parcheggiare al chiuso rende ancora più comoda la situazione. Torneremo sicuramente.

• Abigail (5/5): A mixed bag - The apartment was close to the airport, well equipped inside and the host was kind and very responsive when we ran into our first two issues...not so much on the third. The place was not clean when we arrived so we had to leave for an hour for it to be cleaned, however the host did this very quickly and was very apologetic. The hot water did not work. The host was willing to come and fix the water that night but as my children were already asleep this was not a possibility for us. There was some miscommunication as she does no speak English and we speak no Italian. For these inconveniences she kindly did not charge us tax. By far the most frustrating issue we faced was that our 4:40am shuttle never arrived. I sent the host multiple messages and she never even replied or apologized.... even hours on when she saw the messages. We managed to get an Uber but it was very stressful and the least I expected was an apology, especially when she knew we were traveling with 3 young children.
• Linda (6/5): European Mumbai - The apartment was lovely and clean. Check in and out was very easy because of the keysafe. The host had kindly left us some wrapped breakfast snacks, milk and bottled water. WiFi was very good, but all the television programs were in Italian, no Netflix information was left. The double glazing and shutters were great at keeping out the noise of the planes. The laundry room and washing machine was very useful. When we had requests, the hosts were quick to correct the problem, although it took until yesterday for them to collect the tourist tax, after many broken appointments. Where do I start?:-( We had problems with both the kettle and the iron, both were broken. Water flowed straight through the iron onto the floor, which was very dangerous as the socket into which the lamp was plugged was not secured to the wall. When we told the hosts they replaced both very quickly, saying that the previous guests had broken them and not informed them. The replacement kettle was the cheapest possible, plastic leached into the water making drinks taste horrible. This was resolved by boiling just enough, and replenishing with fresh water the each time the kettle was used. The equipment in the kitchen was inadequate, there were no cutting knives for bread etc, nor chopping boards, no wine glasses, only three tumblers. When we informed the hosts they bought some small but sharp knives, and chopping boards(we didn't mention the glasses)but again they were the cheapest possible. Maybe they have problems with theft? The mattress was bobbly, which we could feel through the sheets. We resolved this by putting a spare duvet under the sheets. The shower enclosure was very old, covered in limescale, and needs to be replaced. There was no outside space and the apartment looks out onto overflowing wheelie bins. Such a shame:-(
• Diana (10/5): Truly grateful for the perfect stay. - Very close to the airport and close to the city centre. Big, clean and comfortable rooms equipped with everything you would need, even coffee doses. Totally cooperative, warm and welcoming host, he organised transfers for best price. They even send sweets for the kids. We stayed in Casa Lulú till our departure flight. Thank you Casa Lulú, you deserve every good word above mentioned! N/A

• Tony (9/5): Spacious, good quality apartment close to the airport - The apartment is very spacious. It is in great condition, clean, very nicely presented, with modern decor. Overall the standard of fittings and facilities is very high. Soundproofing means its pretty quiet, despite being close to the airport and freeway. The hosts were friendly and super helpful - organising airport transport for us and recommending then booking dinner. The location is perfect for easy access to Naples airport, but consequentially the apartment is a bit of an oasis in a mixed area.

The bed was comfortable. The internet worked well. There shower had good pressure and water temp. Everything you could need was provided :-) There is an extra bed if needed and even a little crib if needed. We didn’t need these but pretty cool that it was provided.

• Gerardo (10/5): We stayed just for one day in transit from costa Amalfitana to Sicily. The property is at 8 minutes from the airport. It - The property is fully equipped with all what you need for a comfortable stay, the host, Bruna, was super helpful with all kind of tips and recommendations of where to go what to do. She was always very caring in every step of our stay from check-in until check- out. I wish it was like that with other destinations!!!

She helped us return the car and then drove our whole family to the station, even though it was a quiet far distance from the car rental. She refused to take any money for her kind gesture. I have traveled Europe many times & who would know that naples became one of my favorites…all because of her. She waited at the airport, even though our flight was delayed, went above, and beyond with all of the little things. she is truly an extraordinary woman, and her son was great to! The property is beautiful, safe, and fully stocked with basic necessities. The laundry room in the unit was a tremendous plus. You and your family are amazing and I am so excited to stay at your property again!! The world needs more Bruna’s, she will make your stay everything and more!!!  Everything was PERFECT

Willing to help and fast responding communication. Breakfast was not the best and location is not perfect for discovering city center. You have to go by bus which can be crowded. Sleeping on zofa is not perfect...

They will organise pick up and drop off and give recommendations for PIZZA! Nice neighbourhood, we went for a walk 1130PM and it was quiet and safe. Lovely bed, big clean towels and lovely bathroom. Couple of croissants, some rusks, jam, water and a coffee machine. Wonderful place. Nothing bad, everything wonderful.

She was helping with everything, on our arrival she bouth milk poder for our baby, always asking did everything is fine or need any help or info about traveling. Apartment nice and clean. Near to airport. The couch wasn’t comfortable to sleep. Owner could’t speek in english, but always answering via google translate.

• Janno (10/5): Good stay near airport - Looks very nice and large. Had enough room for 1 child. Kitchen was fully equipped. It's a separate house at the end of road. 30min walk to airport so fits perfect for early flight. Airplanes can hear in that area but didn't disturb us. Food shops near. Can park car. Wifi good. Only things complain is that didn't have water kettle.
