• Tamara (1/5): Nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr unhygienisch. Ungeziefer und überall Dreck. - Leider nicht wie beschrieben – erhebliche Hygienemängel Wir haben die Unterkunft „Sacaba Beach Sweet“ über Booking gebucht und waren vom Zustand bei Ankunft sehr enttäuscht. Die Wohnung wies erhebliche hygienische Mängel auf, insbesondere verschmutzte und fleckige Matratzen sowie insgesamt unzureichend gereinigte Bereiche. Zudem traten Insekten (Silberfische) im Küchenbereich auf. Die Mängel wurden unmittelbar nach Ankunft gemeldet. Eine angemessene Nachbesserung erfolgte jedoch nicht. Stattdessen wurden uns lediglich Reinigungsmittel zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir Teile der Unterkunft selbst reinigen sollten. Ein Lösungsvorschlag oder Entgegenkommen seitens der Vermieterin erfolgte nicht. Der Sachverhalt ist durch Fotos und Kommunikation dokumentiert und wurde offiziell über ein Beschwerdeformular bei der zuständigen Behörde eingereicht. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung können wir die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

• Amanda (8/5): Nice apartment close to the beach - 3/5 stars - Nice apartment close to the beach. Cheap place, and we could find everything we needed. Not so well cleaned, otherwise good. Dirty in drawers etc. and old food in the kitchen.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Would love to visit and stay again! - Clean and great location! Complimentary water bottle and refreshments. Very friendly and efficient host. As we stayed in January it was cold at night. The sheets on the bed were thin and a duvet would have been better

• Phuong (10/5): Well renovated, equiped, and comfortable house by the beach. Perfect for families. - The house is well renovated and equiped. Very clean, comfortable. It has unexpected but very useful amenities that make it exceptional: thank you so much! It is very very close to the beach and well connected to the city center by bus. Neighbourhood is a little bit noisy in the evening but then quiet: we guess that’s local life :)
• Van (10/5): Wouldn’t have changed a thing! - Very modern apartment with a lot of space. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing in the evening and playing some games :) The location is 1 min away from a very nice beach and 2 places where you can eat. Walking to the subway and supermarket takes around 20 mins, but it’s also nice to do some walking around.
