Excelente comunicación con Nino, antes, durante y posterior a nuestra estadía.

• XABIER (8/5): Apartamento cómodo y bien ubicado - Apartamento cómodo y de buen tamaño. Buena ubicación, cerca del bullicio del Trastevere pero un poco apartado. La vitrocerámica tal vez un poco justa si se quiere usar.

• Andy_sek (10/5): Family trip to Rome - The apartment is located in a nice historic building in the center of Trastevere, close to many restaurants, shops and we appreciated the market in the square. The apartment was clean, well equipped, spacious enough for four people and we enjoyed our stay here and can only recommend it to everyone. Overall, we were satisfied with the equipment and the only thing we were missing were paper towels or cloth dishcloths.

• Fernando (7/5): Pleasant stay, comfortable and happy with the experience. - Location is excellent, only one block away from the best attractions and restaurants of Trastevere. Good rooms, plenty of space and well equipped with devices and facilities. Slight sewage smell in the bathroom and under the kitchen sink, I guess caused by the plumbing system because both places were very clean.

• Matthew (7/5): Family stay in Rome - Quiet, spacious apartment, comfortable beds. Nearby eating. Washing machine. Checkin arrangements complicated as our family arriving at different times from different locations. Used to easy payment and checkin via booking.com but location had different arrangements wanting direct contact and payment which didn't work and was stressful. Not helpful for tourists who do not know for sure arrival time or have to spend their time attending to booking instructions when out and about. Smell in kitchen coming from cupboard with cooking equipment near sink. Consequently, we didn't cook. Power stopped and we had to locate switchboard (on wall) to restart. Lock on door seemed to jam requiring considerable time to open. Host said issues would be attended to.
