- Dian (9/5): Goed - Ruim, rustig buurt ‘s avonds en ‘s nachts, schoon. Snelle reactie van de host. Er waren te weinig pannen van gemiddelde afmeting. De hele procedure om toegang te krijgen tot het appartement vonden we niet klantvriendelijk. Ook een borg hadden wij in het verleden nooit betaald voor een appartement.
- ignacio (5/5): Camas muy cómodas pero entra muchísimo ruido - La.comodidad de la cama El ruido que se escucha del colegio que da todas las ventanas, desde las 9:00 horas hasta las 18:00 que terminan, no se puede descansar nada. La fianza si te la piden rápido pero para devolverla tienes q esperar 7 días.

Very close to Old Town, Bilbao There was a supermarket 2mins from the apartment There was a school just behind the apartment which was no problem at all WiFi was excellent as we needed it. Loved the fact that there was an electric kettle. Hot water excellent & shower very good No fitted sheet on the bed. Would really help if this was remedied. Kitchen space would benefit from curtain/blind for privacy. Deposit of 250euro ( additional to rent - a quarter of rent) we feel was unwarranted & caused unnecessary worry. Still waiting for refund!

- Ovidiu Manea (8/5): - - pozele postate reflecta destul de fidel apartamentul; - locația apartamentului, care este periferica, este totuși apropiata de centrul vechi ( aprox 500 m), exista magazine în vecinătate de la care te poți aproviziona, exista de asemenea stații de metrou în vecinătatea apartamentului; - apartamentul este utilat cu toate electrocasnicele necesare; - au fost solicitate date personale exagerate, inclusiv poze de pe pașapoarte), pt care nu s-a prezentat o politică de stocare a acestora; - deși utilata cu mașina de spălat, nu exista detergent; - aparat de cafea turceasca, puțin mai dichisit ca un ibric clasic, gazda punand la dispoziție cu zgârcenie câteva linguri de cafea, insuficienta pt 2 persoane pt 5 nopti de cazare; - gel de dus de slabă calitate; - depozit colateral solicitat, în condițiile în care apartamentul prezintă o mobilare clasica, nefiind vorba de ceva exclusivist; - străzile din proximitate locației miros îngrozitor a reziduuri menajere de la pubelele instalate; - locurile de parcare se găsesc cu mare greutate.
