- Rivi (8/5): A decent hotel near the large malls in Bangkok - We got large family rooms on the 33rd floor with great views. Room is clean and comfortable.with great shower. Breakfast is plentiful, and the dining room is huge and there is always a table available in spite of the crowds. Location is good if you want to do shopping - few minutes walk to Central world and around The hotel is very crowded and there is always a long wait for elevators. Lighting in the room is not good, especially near the luggage area. Also - there is no hot water in the bathroom sink, by definition.

- Claire (10/5): Sublime comme toujours - Comme d’habitude, pour moi le meilleur hôtel de Bangkok. À chaque fois que je vais à Bangkok je séjourne la bas. Tout d’abord le personnel est super gentil et toujours aux petits soins. Nous y avons séjournes cette fois ci pour notre lune de miel et ils ont étés pleins d’attentions. L’hôtel est toujours nickel, très propre, superbes prestations (piscines, bar, salle de sport..). Le personnel est tellement gentil. Ensuite le gros atout est bien évidement leur emplacement à chaque fois que je séjourne la bas je n’ai jamais eu à prendre les transports tout se fait facilement à pied. Le petit déjeuner est large et assez bon. À chaque fois que j’y vais je passe toujours un très bon moment. Merci encore aux personnels pour leur gentillesse et leurs attentions.

- G (8/5): Comfortable and luxurious - The location, the luxurious feel, the housekeeping staff and the quickest room service! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Also loved the towel decor that they provided for my birthday. There was dust and debris on the shelves, mirror, the stools and tables.

- Angela (9/5): Good 5-star hotel that lived up to our expectations. - Perfect location in the heart of the city. Staff were lovely and were able to organise transport to airport on short notice. Breakfast was good, my family loved it. Not many vegan options at the breakfast buffet. Had few vegan savoury items but no dessert or bakery items. Besides that everything was excellent.

- Amanda (3/5): Wouldn’t stay here again - The location is good with it being connected to the shopping mall, 7 Eleven next door and short taxi or bike ride to main attractions. I booked for 3 nights but checked out after 2. This hotel is very big with a lot of guests. What this means is that there are queues for the lifts, breakfast buffet is chaos with so many people everywhere and some who really rude, pushing in at breakfast queues and at lifts in large groups. I didn’t have a great experience at this hotel and wouldn’t stay again. I left early! Also there was a musty smell in my room.

Breakfast was delicious and there was so much on offer like fresh omelettes and all sorts. Cocktails were lovely and we enjoyed the food. Would stay here again.

- Dietmar (10/5): Top Hotel 5Sterne - Ein tolles 5Sterne Hotel mit sehr guter Küche, schöne Zimmer und tolles Frühstück.Hervorheben möchte ich das Personal am Lift, Concierge und Rezeption,da ich durch ein Falsch eingenommen Medikament einen Allergischen Schock erlitten habe, haben alle sehr Schnell und professionel Reagiert und mich ins Krankenhaus gebracht.Möchte mich auf diesem Weg noch mal bei allem Herzlich bedanken. Hoffe wir kommen wieder 🥰

- Lucienne (1/5): Inadequate room booking beds. - Nice modern, clean hotel. The room booking system allowed me to book 2 adults and 2 children in 1 room, when all rooms can only accommodate 2 adults and an extra roll-away bed for 1 child. I had to pay extra on arrival for the roll-away bed and made a complaint during my stay but the staff were very unhelpful, I followed up with a written complaint but was given a basic/standard response. The hotel booking system needs to be updated so no one else experiences the same situation.
