• Mori Oule (9/5): Casa top ⭐️ - La casa mi è piaciuta molto perché è una villa grande e spaziosa, con tanti ambienti e tutto il necessario all’interno. Uno degli aspetti migliori è stata la vista: al mattino, appena svegli, si poteva godere di un panorama davvero bellissimo. L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta molto della struttura è che risultava un po’ umida. Nonostante questo, la casa rimane comunque molto bella e piacevole.

• Florian (3/5): Der gezahlte Betrag war die Unterkunft nicht wert. - Die Lage in den Bergen, die Dame von der wir die Schlüssel bekommen haben war nett und konnte uns ein paar Tipps geben. Da es hier Winter ist, und die Wohnung über keine Heizung verfügt, wurden drei Heizlüfter für die finca bereit gestellt. Leider sind diese drei Heizlüfter nicht ausreichend um alles zu beheizen. Dazu kommen die Stromausfälle, so das die Heizlüfter gar nicht funktionieren. Es gibt zwar einen Kamin, jedoch kann man die Luftzufuhr nicht einstellen. Also entweder verqualmt man die Wohnung und sich selbst oder das Feuer bekommt zu wenig Luft. Aus der schlechten (nicht vorhandenen) Heizung resultiert dann ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit. In der ganzen finca haben wir Schimmelflecken gesehen. Zudem war auch ein Lufttrockner in der finca aufgestellt. Also der Vermieter kennt das Problem, sagt davon natürlich nichts und verlangt den vollen Preis. Die finca ist kein Ort um sich zu erholen.
• Sigrid (8/5): Eine außergwöhnliche Unterkunft in Berglage - Sehr großes und sehr modern eingerichtetes Haus. Die Berglage hat den Vorteil, dass man immer Sonne hat, während unterhalb der Nebel ist. Wir waren im Feber dort, konnte so die Terrasse nicht nutzen, aber sie ist sehr schön und groß mit einem Griller Ein Wasserkocher und ein paar Tassen wären toll, sonst alles in Ordnung
• Lisa (9/5): we loved staying in this rural home with the beautiful sunsets and local culture - beautiful location and wonderful hosts who were extremely helpful with check-in! It's a very large place with great outside terraces and indoor dining area. Recently remodeled with good design. There's several cute villages nearby (by car) with nice restaurants. after several long hikes, we were disappointed the hot tub literally doesn't function when it is colder out! we'd never heard of that... since we've hot tubbed in the snow loads of times
• Tina (1/5): Vi ankom til et koldt, fugtigt og muglugtende hus. Husfremviseren overbeviste os om, at huset nok skulle blive varmt eft - Beskrivelsen og billederne som vi valgte stedet ud fra, men det var før vi ankom. Stedet var fugtigt og koldt, og lugtede meget af mug og skimmelsvamp, selvom både døre og vinduer var åbnet af den person, som lukkede os ind og tog imod depositummet. Der var angivet, at der var varme og aircondition. Varmen bestod i en meget lille brændeovn. Brændestykkerne, som var gratis, var enten for store til ovnen eller alt for våde. Desuden var der 4 mindre og meget larmende varmeblæsere. Hvis du satte mere end 2 til ad gangen, forsvandt strømmen pga. Desuden var der en gasovn, som vi ikke ønskede at sove med. Den beskrevne aircondition bestod af en gammel affugter. Jeg kontaktede ejeren, som mente at vi måtte være forberedt på at det var koldt og fugtigt på den her årstid. Det er også OK, hvis det er muligt at varme huset op, det var det IKKE. Hun fortalte også, at huset lige var blevet malet og renoveret, alligevel var der store og mugne fugtskjolder i hjørnerne.
• Anna (9/5): Très bien - La personne qui se charge de l’entretien de la maison est juste merveilleuse d’une gentillesse incroyable et elle sera là pour vous aider et vous conseiller les meilleurs endroits, la vue est magnifique et l’appartement très propre ! Nous souhaitions utiliser le jacuzzi mais c’est un gonflable donc nous n’avons pu l’utiliser que le dernier soir après 2 jours de chauffe entrecoupée de coupures d’électricité qui nous on obligé à re faire chauffer !

• Tania (10/5): Un 10. - Todo. Al llegar nos recibió Carmen, una mujer encantadora que te explica todo y además te despide el día que marchas, un 10 para ella también. El chill out increíble para salir a desayunar con esas vistas increíbles. El jacuzzi súper limpito y todo lo demás también. No podemos decir nada malo, una casa muy bonita.
• Erika (10/5): - Pasamos una estancia maravillosa en Finca Triana, para repetir sin duda. La casa tanto en interior como exterior es preciosa y decorada con mucho gusto. Estaba todo super limpio y con muy buen olor. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y sentirse como en casa. Por no hablar de las vistas privilegiadas que dispone. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue muy sencilla y cómoda desde un primer momento. En resumen, 10/10.
• Luis Javier (10/5): - La casa es íntegramente para ti, nada de espacios compartidos o gente que viva colindante a la propiedad, por lo que goza de privacidad e intimidad, es muy amplia y dispone de gran espacio exterior, estaba muy bien equipada, decoración moderna, minimalista y con buen gusto, se encuentra situada en un entorno muy agradable. Que disponga de jacuzzi es una maravilla, a pesar de ser pequeñito, es una gozada poder relajarse en él disfrutando de la naturaleza que rodea la estancia. Aparcas dentro de la propiedad y hay espacio para dejar varios vehículos si fuese necesario. Totalmente vallada y con sistema de alarma para que tu estancia sea segura. Con la maravillosa distribución que tiene y la gran cantidad de espacio exterior del que dispone, nos hubiese encantado poder llevar a nuestros peludos con nosotros, aunque entendemos perfectamente las reticencias de muchos propietarios de inmuebles vacacionales por miedo a la irresponsabilidad de algunos tutores de mascotas.

• Alicia (10/5): Fin de semana de desconexion es una estupenda casa rural - Estábamos buscando pasar un fin de semana de desconexion y lo hemos encontrado en esta casa rural, se respira aire fresco y tranquilidad. Tienen todo lo necesario y más. La casa es grande y acogedora, nos encantó y repetiremos. Gracias a los propietarios y a la chica que nos atendió al llegar, muy amables.

• Emo (8/5): Nice finca, but with some considerations - We stayed for one week and enjoyed it. Be aware during February it's a bit cold (house is situated at 1000mtr height. Heating capacity is not enough to heat everything, but we adjusted accordingly. Also, the drive was a bit challeging, but we received very detailed instructions (video) how to drive to the house. The staff during checkin/out was very friendly! We think the property was too expensive for what we get (example; kitchen could have had normal glassware / tea cups and a toaster). And the heating was not great. It's not what we needed, but as the price was quite high, we would expected it to be a bit better equiped. But, we had a very nice stay in the end.

• Andres (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at this wonderful home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location was perfect, the house itself was sparkling clean and well-maintained. The owners were incredibly kind and provided excellent communication throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, offering great value for money. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delightful getaway!
• Andrey (3/5): Value for money not provided - A quiet place in the mountain area. A nice view when the house is not in the clouds, a good dishwasher and fridge. The house was not prepared for our visit and was not suitable for the weather conditions - it was completely wet (even the door to the toilet/bathroom could not be closed because of humidity level in the house) and cold (the owners provided 2 heaters one of which was not giving any heat) and the fireplace in the kitchen was not working. So we were moving the one good heater from one bedroom to another and then to the kitchen to get some warmth. The owners promised to bring another heater and to help with the fireplace but that was only on the 4th day of our stay when we informed them that we are going to leave. The communication with the owners in general was difficult as they do not talk English. In addition in a couple of days we have discovered hundreds of ants in the kitchen - was very unpleasant. In general it is not fair at all to get this money for these living conditions! At the end we left earlier (staying there only 5 nights instead of 11) and, of course, we have not got any compensation from the onwers for staying not for the full period that we paid for. And a couple of smaller points: the road to the house was rather challenging (steepy) and it takes you quite a while to get to the nearest village where you can buy some food. The good supermarkets are only in the suburbs of Puerto de la Cruz.
