• Sabrina (8/5): Simple, cosy et reposant - Le confort de la literie, la propreté de l'appartement, la gentillesse des gardes , la position de l'appartement et sa terrasse proche du centre mais au calme avec piscine . Il manquait quelques tasses et verres ainsi que des ciseaux ( mais rien de bien important) la prise vétuste dans la salle de bain occasionnait souvent l'arrêt du boiler ou de la machine à laver. Quelques ustensiles comme le fer à repasser , la balayette étaient cassés et il manque des étagères pour poser nos vêtements dans les penderies mais encore une fois des choses qui ne nous ont pas fait perdre d'énergie.

• Sergio (7/5): Apartamento que cumple localización, servicios y fotos pero con aspectos mejorables - Apartamento bien situado para ir a la zona centro, en una urbanización con una piscina que está muy bien y seguridad 24h. El apartamento es este así que recibe sol por la mañana para la terraza y es bastante amplio y tiene vajilla y cubiertos suficientes para cocinar. La comunicación es muy mejorable. Porque tenía internet, pero estaba en la puerta de la urbanización sin saber cuál es el apto y si había o no un locker. Sabiendo que llegaba a las 18h, me deberían haber mandado todos los detalles por adelantado. La limpieza es bastante mala. Se limpia muy por encima, lo que más se ve.
• Andreia (8/5): Incrível - O alojamento está muito bem situado, supermercado, restaurantes e praia muito perto. Tem segurança 24 horas por dia e todo o staff do condomínio é muito simpático e acolhedor. A proprietária do alojamento mesmo não estando presente foi sempre muito prestável e o pagamento foi muito seguro e simples pelo PayPal.

• Stephanie (9/5): - Climatisation, piscine, machine à laver, moustiquaire, agent de sécurité à l’entrée 24h/24, caméras, bien situés plage et centre ville a proximité. L’hôte n’était pas présent sur place mais a été bienveillant dès notre arrivée jusqu'au départ pour tout problème et renseignement.
• laura (5/5): Assez déçu de l'expérience de l'appartement qui semblait avoir tout pour y être bien mais des hôtes HUMAINS et C - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité et l'écoute de notre hôte malgré la distance. La proximité avec la plage et la ville permettait de sortir sans forcément avoir besoin de transport. Une piscine disponible 24h/24 c'est très appréciable - un entretien dé l'appartement en demi teinte (traces de gras moisissures, coulures sur les faïences des wc, taches sur le canapé, chaises abîmés, tapis de douche antidérapant moisi avec un tas de cheveux et de saletés) - une literie de mauvaise qualité ( chambre parentale ) qui s'effondre sur le milieu causant des problèmes de dos et de cou - Odeurs de remontée dégoût dans les wc ( par le bidet et la cuvette) qui était très désagréable - Évier de cuisine qui se bouche à chaque vaisselle - Murs fins donc on entend tout chez le voisin
• louredana (10/5): Zeer prettig - Het appartement was erg schoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is op loopafstand van het centrum.

• Geoffrey (8/5): Well equipped secure apartment overlooking central pool area. - Spacious comfortable well equipped apartment with balcony overlooking the pool area. Host was very helpful and allowed me to check out late on the day of my early evening flight home. I had a very enjoyable stay and will look to stay again, hopefully in November. Brittania bar / restaurant next door was very convenient. I normally stay in the centre of Santa Maria, so this was a new location, with a few minutes walk into town. However it is easy to get to the beach or the main footpath behind it to walk to the pier.
• Dawn (8/5): Very good - Security, owners responsive to questions. Thin walls, noisey upstairs, woke us nightly. Never took off our socks.
• Jensen (10/5): Exceptional - A very good accomodation supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Well cleaned and maintained apartment with a very pleasant, easygoing and communicative owner. It was very convenient that the owner arranged us off to be picked up directly at the airport (for a fixed price), so that we did not need to look for adresses and such, especially as internet is not free as in the EU-countries. The pool is clean and nice, just like the apartment. There are two minimarkets nearby Its one kilometer from the the main town Santa Maria whick means the accomodation is calm and quiet in the evenings. There is a well arranged "beach walk" to the center along the beach. It is nice, yet the distance to the city is a thing we did not appreciate as much as the rest :) The nearest restaurant with very good ratings (by Valeria) is permanently (?) closed. Also good to know. Taxi to the village costs 2-3 euros which is very agreable!
