• Marjolein (9/5): Prachtige plek - Het uitzicht was prachtig! Ook een hele centrale ligging vlakbij het centrum en vlakbij het vliegveld. Ook kun je er zelf koken en is er een supermarkt vlakbij, ideaal. Ook sfeervol en praktisch ingericht. Het werd door de zon warm in de kamer en dan was de overgang van binnen naar buiten wel een contrast. Ze hebben wel zonnewering overigens.

• Janaina (10/5): Estadia excelente e muito confortável. - Tudo novinho, de boa qualidade e limpo. A vista é maravilhosa, o chão esquenta deixando quarto agradável e aconchegante. Os administradores são organizados e meu contato com o Diego foi ótimo. Muito bem localizado. Havia um sensor de luz forte que piscava de tempos em tempos iluminando o quarto todo de noite.

• Irene Esther (10/5): Titulo - El mueble de la cocina totalmente equipado. no hay que interactuar con nadie es todo digital La cama era muy blanda de resortes yo suelo dormir en colchones duros de espuma de alta densidad pero es algo totalmente personal.

• Sophie (10/5): Einfach toll! - Tolle Unterkunft, kontaktlose Kommunikation, die super funktioniert hat. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Derzeit ist das Haus gegenüber eine Baustelle, doch auch die hat nicht gestört - kein hörbarer Lärm! Hellhörige Wände, wobei die Nachbarn sich an die Ruhezeiten gehalten haben und wir ruhig schlafen konnten :)

Pasamos solo un fin de semana, pero muy lindo. La ducha y toallas muy buenas. Recomiendo La cama un poco incómoda, me hubiera gustado que tenga más de dos almohadas y la vista del departamento se ve perjudicada por una obra en construcción, la cual tapa un poco el paisaje, creo que deberian mostrar las fotos a la hora de uno ver la publicación.

• Diana (8/5): ESTRATEGICA UBICACION Y ESTADIA COMODA, LA VISTA YA NO ES LA MISMA QUE EN LAS FOTOS LASTIMOSAMENTE. - Esta muy bin ubicado en un sector seguro, el edificio tiene mucha facilidad para el check in y el ingreso. La habitacion es muy comoda y limpia. Lo unico que no nos gusto es que la foto de la habitacion ya no es como esta en la descripcion porque estan construyendo un edificio al frente que tapa la vista , y nuestra habitacion asignada no tenia la vista que pensamos que tenia.
• Oscar (6/5): No es un apartamento, se parece mucho más a una habitación de hotel - La vista desde la habitación era muy bonita ya que estábamos en una planta elevada. La cama era cómoda y la habitación estaba limpia. Para llegar hasta el edificio hay que subir unas pesadas escaleras, no esta en el centro de la ciudad. Se parece mucho más a una habitación de hotel que a un apartamento. La nevera es minúscula, además falta mucho material de cocina y el espacio es muy pequeño. Por oro lado la bañera pierde agua por un lateral cada vez que te duchas. Las paredes son muy finas y se oyen a lo vecinos constantemente. Por último el sistema de gestión de reservas no es optimo. Te escriben varias veces solicitando la misma información cuando ya has realizado el check in tu mismo completando todos los datos que piden, dedicando tu tiempo. El espacio es muy pequeño, hay habitaciones de hotel mucho más grandes y con mejores opciones para alojarse en Ushuaia si buscas un apartamento.
• Roberta (1/5): PÉSSIMA ESTADIA, PÉSSIMA ANFITRIÃ NÃO CAIAM NESSA. Ushuaia é muito linda, não permitam que essa acomodação atrapalhe seu - Nada, péssimo a maneira que fizeram conosco. Péssima, péssima, péssima! Não caiam nessa, não reservem esse lugar. A anfitriã totalmente despreparada. O pagamento era pra ser feito na acomodação. No dia 19/07 ela passou uma parte do pagamento, e segundo o booking, se debitasse algo, ia ser estornada. O que não ocorreu. Preenchi o e-mail do check in, com todos os dados. Mas no dia da chegada, pasmem, não tinha ninguém pra nos receber, não foi enviado nenhuma mensagem sobre como entrar no prédio. Estávamos em 4 pessoas, no frio de 3 graus, quase 10 horas da noite, cansados. Enviei mensagem através do WhatsApp que ela havia enviado anteriormente pra passar o cartão, e nada dela nos responder. Obs.: pra receber ela foi bem eficiente. Poise bem, no meio daquele desespero, apareceu uma hóspede que abriu a porta pra que pudéssemos nos proteger do frio, e passou um outro contato dessa anfitriã, Valen. Com muito custo ela respondeu, dizendo que não estava com nossa reserva. Mas como?!! Se ela entrou em contato comigo e com minha amiga, se ela já tinha recebido parte do pagamento e ainda, já tínhamos feito o checkin. Lógico colocou a culpa no booking. Nos colocou em prédios separados, não foi até o local nos ajudar. Fomos procurar o outro prédio pra minha amiga se alojar a pé sem conhecer nada. Poderia ficar pior? lógico, se tratando da Casa Cima. Segunda ela, estava quase fazendo um favor de deixar eu dormir a primeira noite no quarto, mas q eu deveria sair pro próx hóspede q ia chegar e conviniente, não parou de enviar mensagem pra eu trocar de quarto. Como se não bastasse tudo isso, tive que sair ir pra outro apartamento, q havia reservado pra 3 pessoas, as fotos publicadas não fica claro que era só um ambiente, nada a ver com a realidade. E quanto ao pagamento sobra eficiência, essa senhora passou meu cartão mesmo eu falando q iria pagar em dinheiro, aí mais um tormento, em nenhum momento ela foi cortes, paguei em dinheiro na expectativa dela fazer o estorno do que passou pela segunda vez no meu cartão.
• Polyanna (7/5): - O apartamento é novo e tem tudo que precisamos. O banheiro é ótimo, chuveiro excelente e com box de vidro, o que ajuda muito a não molhar. Eles deixaram capsulas de café como cortesia que foi ótimo e tudo funcionava. A cama bem confortável e as toalhas também. A porta de vidro que dava pra varanda estava com infiltração, amanhecia com água dentro do quarto, foi necessário pedir panos extras pra segurar a água e tinha um pouco de mofo nos cantos da porta, acredito que por causa da infiltração. Além disso, nas fotos a vista era livre, mas ao chegarmos, nos deparamos com uma construção de um prédio bem na frente, o que impediu grande parte da vista. Poderiam atualizar as fotos nos sites pra passar a realidade, pois gostaria de amanhecer com a vista do lago e não foi possível. Quanto a localização é bem como falam nos comentários, é perto do centro, mas tem uma escada enorme que cansava muito pra subir com compras. Quem não tiver preparo físico complica.

También pudimos cambiar tanto el horario de check in como el horario de salida, ningún tipo de inconveniente con nada. Los anfitriones muy atentos. Lo recomiendo!

• Siria (7/5): Good location, cute studio. - Cute little studio near a grocery store, restaurants, bakery… The only disadvantage was that you have to climb quite a few steps from the main street to the building. It wasn’t a problem for us, though. The hosts were nice.
