Guest Reviews
- Joeleen (6/5): Good but has a couple of serious issues - Plenty of space, close to train station to get to city centre. Enough essentials to cook and clean. Good and quick response/communication with host. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Very serious health hazard in the bathroom, the bathroom window was crumbling with rot and mouldy, the ceiling was covered in damp & mould which didn't happen overnight, I cannot be the 1st person to mention this which leaves me to believe the host has ignored other guests comments by not rectifying this major issue. A door off the cupboards had fallen off and was just left beside the fridge, a makeshift curtain was put up to cover the cupboard instead of just fixing the door.
- Mindy (7/5): Fair accommodation for price - fans, stove, living room, bed lack of lighting in bedroom, kitchen lights flickering our whole stay, much needed update of bathroom, lack of English instructions on washer
- Ekaterina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Derek (8/5): Very good - The kitchen (appliances, utensils, etc.) was very complete. I appreciated the coffee and tea made available. The place is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It was all perfectly clean.
- Benjamin (4/5): Note: beware that there is NO Air Conditioning - Location to the nearby train station.
Size of the rooms NOTE: THERE IS NO Air Conditioning, but it WAS OUR MISTAKE for not checking the fine prints.
There is a slow leak under the bathroom sink. It appears that it has been leaving for some time.
Toilet flush push button does not operate correctly unless puch twice hard.
Paint flaking off from the bedroom door and shower window.
Shower and sink counter tiles and caulking needs to be seriously remodeled.
Shower window frame is rotted.
Shower curtain is a joke and poorly installed.
Burned out or missing lights in the kitchen.
Lose tiles in the entry floor and the entry way to siting room transition floor strip is messed up and a trip hazard.
No bath soap or nearly empty liquid soap bottle.
A lot of tea bags, but no coffee.
Even though we have the key to the building main door, for some reason, the main door to the building is always open.
1st floor hallway has open electrical wire and electrical boxes. Not sure why or if they have active electricity.
Toilet was has stains.
Booking.com photos of the place were impressive, but being there and seeing them in person, some Items were not in the best condition (examples: couch and shower, floors)
- Giorgia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Delsin (8/5): Very good - The location was near everything we needed. The futon and lack of cold water. The door was also difficult to open at most times.
- Sonia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartments are located in a quiet area, nearby there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants, and a metro station. The apartment is warm, has everything you need for living. we stayed for 10 days so it was very comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing was that there were not enough spices and olive oil. The owner is nice and very kind, always in touch. It’s worth adding toilet paper, napkins and capsules for the coffee machine.
