• Claudine (10/5): Lovely apartment with all the facilities you could need. - Very nicely decorated. Comfy couch and beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom with a good shower. Only negative thing was that the water pressure dropped at night time. This might be a water conservation issue in Rome.

• Virginie (8/5): - L’établissement est plutôt bien placé, très proche de la gare et à environ 15/20 min de marche du Colisée. La chambre parentale est très spacieuse. La cuisine bien équipée. Le seul bémol concerne l’absence de rideaux dans la chambre enfant, assez gênante lorsqu’un bébé ne peut dormir que dans l’obscurité.
• Daniel (6/5): Gute Lage,gute Austattung aber Probleme mit dem Lift. Schade! - Die Wohnung war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sie war auch sauber. Der Lift funktionierte nur ab dem 1. Stock. Angeblich war der Knopf für den Erdgeschoss seit „gestern“ kaputt. Während de Woche des Aufenthaltes wurde er nicht repariert! Warum wurde nicht gesagt, dass sich die Wohnung im 5. Stock befand, und der Lift nicht zum Erdgeschoss fuhr, wo es schon Treppenstufen gab zum Erreichen des Lifted.
• Andrea (1/5): No water = horrible stay - Like the location, convenient and lots of walkable places The attitude of the staff when I raised this issue was very disappointing. The water was completely shut off from around 1am to approximately 6–7am every single night during our stay. There were several days we returned late and were unable to shower at all because there was absolutely no water — none whatsoever. Being unable to shower is a serious issue, especially while traveling with a toddler, as water is a basic necessity. We contacted the staff through WhatsApp multiple times, and their only response was to “leave the water running and it will come back.” We did exactly that for 20–30 minutes on several occasions, and the water never returned until after 7am. This was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. This was not a one-time occurrence — it happened throughout our entire stay. I later noticed other reviews mentioning the same problem, which the property denied. Had I known in advance that there was a recurring lack of water, I would never have booked this place
• Ina (10/5): Cosy apartment full of character near Roma Termini - My friend and I had the nicest stay in this beautiful apartment. The location near Roma Termini is very convenient, and the apartment has an authentic vibe to it which is quite unique. It was wonderful to return here after an eventful day in the city and spend the evening cooking and chatting in the cosy living room. The kitchen is well stocked. We even had our morning coffee on the balcony one time as we were very lucky with the weather (our stay was in January). We wouldn’t hesitate to book the apartment again. No complaints:)
• Ralf (2/5): - Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung gut gelegen, sauber und gemütlich.   Ich kann inicht empfehlen, diese Wohnung zu mieten. Hierfür gibt es folgende Gründe: Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Heizleistung temporär abgesenkt würde. Tatsächlich war es so, dass die Heizung nur zwischen 17:00 und 22:30 Uhr sowie zwischen 06:00 und 10:30 lief. In der übrigen Zeit war sie komplett aus. Daraufhin haben wir uns mit dem Verwalter in Verbindung gesetzt. Dieser teilte uns mit, dass wir die Zeiten für die Heizung ändern könnten. Es dürfte jedoch maximal 10 Stunden am Tag geheizt werden. Da wir den Jahreswechsel in der Wohnung verbrachten, haben wir die Zeiten verändert. Die Heizung lief dann von 7 bis 11 Uhr und von 18 bis 24 Uhr. Angesichts der kühlen Witterung und der schlechten Isolierung fiel die Temperatur in der Wohnung ohne Heizung schnell ab und betrug teilweise nur 16°C. Dadurch konnten wir die Wohnung über Tag nur eingeschränkt nutzen, was angesichts des Preises der Wohnung eine Unverschämtheit ist. Als ob dies nicht genug wäre, gab es zwischen 0:45 Uhr und 5:45 Uhr kein Wasser in der Wohnung. Als wir den Verwalter darauf ansprachen, erklärte er uns zunächst, dass dies an Bauarbeiten der Stadt liegen könnte. Als wir uns am nächsten Tag bei ihm nochmals beschwerten, meinte er, dass dies an der Pumpe im Haus läge, die aus „Sicherheitsgründen“ nachts runterfahren würde. Wir sollten den Wasserhahn länger öffnen, dann würde das Wasser auch wieder laufen. Wir haben alle Wasserhähne in der Wohnung geöffnet, geändert hat dies natürlich nichts. Wir konnten so nachts weder die Toilettenspülung noch den Wasserhahn zum Händewaschen nutzen. Stattdessen haben wir Wasser in Eimern und Flaschen für die Nacht bereitgestellt, was angesichts des Preises der Wohnung eine Unverschämtheit ist. Im Gegensatz zu diesen Mängeln viel es schon fast nicht mehr ins Gewicht, dass es für die Oberbetten keine ordentlichen Bezüge gab, sondern diese in zwei Bettlaken verpackt waren. So musste man jeden Abend die Obernetten wieder in die Bettlaken verpacken.

• Angela (8/5): Convenient and comfortable! - Our host arranged a taxi for us from the airport to the apartment, met us at the apt, showed us around the apt, and answered questions. They also had a booklet with nearby conveniences (groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.) which was helpful. The apt was quiet and comfortable. They had laundry detergent, coffee, paper towels, tons of toilet paper, books, tv, strong wifi, ... The shower had strong water pressure and was a decent size for a European tub. The apt was around the corner from Termini, the main train station. It was convenient to EVERYTHING. There was even a lift in the apt so we didn't have to walk up six flights of stairs to our apt. The apt was well laid out and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it! The second bedroom did not have a/c, but there was an oscillating fan. The kitchen/dining room/living room (all one space) had a/c and the larger bedroom had a/c, both of which worked really well.

• Anna (9/5): Väldigt nöjd! - Trevlig och rymlig lägenhet. Köket är fint och kreativt inrett. Takhöjden härlig. Det var fint att sitta på den långsmala balkongen som omsluts av kastanjeträden utanför, som i en trädkoja. Alla de gröna papegojorna som bor i träden blev som våra husdjur. Observera att de inte är störande, fönstren ljudisolerar. Det ligger ju mycket nära tågstationen, vilket är bra när man ska till- och från flyget. Vidare relativt nära/gångavstånd till stora sevärdheter som Colosseum. Samtidigt vet alla som varit vid en centralstation i en storstad att det innebär rätt stökiga omgivningar med enormt mycket folk överallt. Men inne i lägenheten var det tyst och lugnt (så länge fönstren är stängda). Värdarna har hela tiden från början (bokade i mars, åkte i slutet av september/början av oktober) varit väldigt noggranna och förekommande i kommunikationen. När vi i början av vistelsen hade mer eller mindre dumma frågor, togs dessa genast på allvar och med engagemang. Hissen var parodiskt liten och märkligt konstruerad med höga inre saloon-dörrar som smällde mot en när man försökte preja sig in. Kom inget vatten ibland om nätterna, kanske pga lägenheten ligger högst upp, men det var inget större problem.

• Thomas (9/5): - Algemeen was dit een zeer goed appartement. Het was zeer goed gelegen, dichtbij het station en op respectabele wandelafstand van het centrum. Alle nodige voorzieningen waren aanwezig. De aanwezigheid van een diepvries was erg handig. Er waren geen negatieve punten te melden.

• Sally (7/5): Great stay in cute city apartment - Lovely apartment in a great location, very close to the station so easy access for all public transport - we arrived by train and also used the metro and buses during our stay which are very frequent to Termini transport hub. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The friendly host met us on arrival and showed us how everything worked. Plenty of restaurants close by and a good supermarket at the end of the street. The apartment was on the 5th floor, although there was a little traffic noise there was double glazing so it did not disturb us. Everything we needed for a great city break. There was no air conditioning in the small bedroom which was not clear on the apartment description - only aircon in the main bedroom and living room. There was also no curtain in this room and the shutters let in a lot of light.

• Beverly (10/5): Awesome, comfortable apartment in a very good location. - The apartment is modern with lots of character. It has a great balcony for having morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. We didn’t do any of our own cooking but the kitchen is well outfitted with up to date, modern appliances. Very comfy beds too. The location is great! The street is fairly quiet even though it’s about one block from the Roma Termini train station which is on a very busy street. There are lots of restaurants in the area plus the Termini station has many restaurants also and a great food court. The Coliseum is within walking distance, approximately a 20-30 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

• Aqias (10/5): Excellent location and very spacious - The property is very spacious and tastefully decorated. It is located in an excellent location for trains (both metro and inter city), buses, taxis, restaurants, grocery etc. There was plenty of halal food options nearby

• Iskren (8/5): Good value for money - Very spacious and we had everything we need inside the apartment .Good location to Termini station. The floor was not very clean . The shower was broken and water coming from everywhere.
• Sharyn (10/5): Perfect location in welcoming comfortable apartment - The accommodation is like living in someone's home. It was very comfortable and had a fully functioning kitchen. The kitchen table is in front of wide double doors that open out onto a small terrace and enormous trees. This apartment had a very welcoming feel. A staff member came to let us in which is always so much easier Important too, Termini train station is lees than 10 minutes walk.

Great apartment, loved the balcony and the homely feel of the place. Fantastic location because we were getting around by train and it’s very close to termini. Supermarket just at the end of the road.

• Patricia (10/5): Clean excellent location. - Location was very close to the train station - literally a 6-10 minute walk. Older building and facilities but everything worked. Some glitches with the elevator. Kitchen was well equipped and apartment even had a washer and a clothes drying rack. Very clean. It would’ve been great if a light blanket was provided for cooler nights. Only found a heavy quilt in closet. Owners was very accommodating. We were only 2 nights so didn’t want to bother them for blanket.

• Rodrigo (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and close to the Roma Termini central station. It was clean and well equipped. There is a nice kitchen there with everything but microwave. It's spacious and nice. There's no microwave and the elevator is tiny (it fits only two people or one person with luggage) but it is not a big problem
