• Martin (3/5): Ein ehemaliges Viersternehotel, das die 160 € je Nacht in seinem jetzigen Zustand in keinem Fall wert ist. Nach ein bis - Die Zimmer im 2. und 3. Stock sind frisch renoviert und entsprechen gehobenem Standard. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer auf das Meer ist toll. Das Hotel befindet sich z.Z. In Renovierung bzw. ist noch dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Stockwerke 2 und 3 sind fertig renoviert, die Stockwerke 4 und 5 sind wegen Renovierung gesperrt. Das Restaurant im 1. Stock roch nach altem Bratfett. Man merkt, dass das Team deutlich reduziert ist und kein Management da ist. Im Bereich für die Sonnenliegen im 6. Stockwerk am Pool ist offensichtlich die Bar vor kurzem abgebaut worden, es gibt bis zu 30 cm breite und tiefe Löcher ohne jede Sicherung, man muss halt aufpassen. Den Stand erreicht man über einen Holzplanken-Weg durch einen Mangroven-Wald, der Hauptweg hat neue Planken bekommen, die Nebenwege haben verfaulte oder verzogene Planken, z.T. Plastikbändern gesperrt. Ein Hausmeister arbeitete daran, die Algenmassen in den Griff zu bekommen und allmählich die alten Planken zu ersetzen.
• Welch (2/5): Wasn’t worth the cost. - Lots of maintenance going on, loud rooms, beach area is falling apart, trash and junk on the roof, rooftop pool had nowhere to sit around. Just didn’t feel like a resort. Just a hotel with some run down features.

The pool was freezing and dirty, the (beach) chairs were broken (it's not really a beach), the bed linen was dirty, the patio door was broken, the bathroom light didnt work, the root top bar and pool was closed and we didnt want to try the restaurant. The lobby smelt like sewer water after 10pm.

Jungle night beach walk was magical! The dinner was 5star. Road noise. We were lucky to get a room with a double door.

• Elio (3/5): Un hotel hermoso pero muy ruidoso - El lugar se ve hermoso la temática es buena No teníamos shampoo ni acondionador en el baño estaban los frascos pero vacíos, la puerta del baño no cerraba le hacía falta una madera pero lo mas molesto de toda la estancia fue el ruido de los carros , parece una pista de carreras alla afuera , pasaban motos de pista carros muy ruidosos , deberían de poner puertas y ventanas que disminuyan mas el ruido del exterior
• Matthias (6/5): Nicely decorated and pretty clean hotel but with traffic noise - Friendly staff, nicely decorated lobby, good mattress and pillows, nice view over the ocean Breakfast was just fruit, pancakes and toast. No eggs, meat or yogurt nor local Mexican food options. I ate outside at a local restaurant. But the worst thing by far was the extreme traffic noise coming from the 4 lanes road right next to the hotel: day and night you could hear traffic quite loud and late at night supercars were racing by with extreme loud noise of roaring engines. Even though I had a “beach view” room, the noise was very present in my room through the front door.

• Hans (1/5): Vreselijk - Mooi zwembad en bijzonder gebouw Veel muggen en heeel veel herrie van het verkeer. Het leek alsof er geen deur inzat en de auto’s door de slaapkamer reden. Vreselijk dus we zijn ergens anders gaan slapen. Het eten was ronduit slechte kwaliteit en veeel te duur.

• Paulo Germano (9/5): Bom local para ficar se a intenção é passear e não ficar a maior parte do tempo no hotel. - A localização é boa, um pouco distante da zona hoteleira mais intensa. O atendimento no balcão foi muito solicito, com pessoal disposto a ajudar. A área do hotel é grande e o quarto é amplo e confortável. O preço em comparação com os outros hotéis está dentro das expectativas. Esperávamos um café de manhã estilo buffet, mas foi servido à la carte. Os atendentes foram muito simpáticos e solícitos e a comida estava boa. O único ponto negativo foi a falta de variedade. Fomos em um momento de baixa temporada, com o hotel com poucos hóspedes. Sentimos que o hotel disponibilizou poucos serviços e economizou em mão de obra em razão disso. Os bares da piscina e do roof top estavam desativados no período em que estivemos lá. Não é culpa do hotel, mas a época em que estivemos lá era de sargaço, então a (pequena) praia do local estava inutilizada. Aproveitaram para realizar algumas reformas na área, então nem mesmo ficar nas espreguiçadeiras e cadeiras da praia foi possível.

• Daniel (2/5): - I would not recommend this place at all. Spent two nights there. I’m not sure even why they have a rating of what they do. The people were fine and good, overall, the cleanliness along with it being safe or even the upkeep was sad. Definitely not recommended…. Let’s just see going in the swimming area. Be careful of a steel pipe that is rusted and could tear someone’s leg apart. Just for an example the rest goes with it.

Sobre todo las áreas comunes: la alberca principal está turbia, el skybar está sin terminar, el mobiliario está roto, las paredes sucias, los jardines sin mantenimiento. Creo que en vez de seguir construyendo, deberían dar mantenimiento al gran inmueble que ya tienen.

Personal muy amable, habitacion espaciosa y cómoda; ubicación conveniente si vas hacia/desde el aeropuerto. Lo escogi pensando en poder salir a caminar por la playa y ver el amanecer, pero me tomó por sorpresa que la playa privada que tiene es solo un terreno pequeño en medio del manglar (muy sucio), así que no se puede caminar para ningún lado, tuve que subir a la terraza y ver el amanecer desde lo lejos. Hay bastante ruido de los carros porque el hotel está al borde de la carretera. No hay nada cerca, ni tiendas ni restaurantes, por lo que para llegar es conveniente tomar taxi o tener carro.

• Tiffany (7/5): All in all we enjoyed our experience. The service and food is outstanding. The resort is not all inclusive, but price fo - The property is beautiful and very unique. However, it has seen better days and has been ravaged by multiple hurricanes and tropical storms. Only about half the facility shown in photos is available for use. The staff is outstanding, very accommodating. The restaurant is fantastic, but a little pricey. We booked a swim up room, we could swim to the lobby and bar and this was a great experience. The beach is a mess and completely unusable due to high levels of sargassum. The property has three bars but only one bartender. It was not busy when we stayed, which didn’t keep us waiting for drinks long. The rooftop has potential to be nice…lovely pool. View is sad, looking down at sargassum and then seeing beautiful white sand beaches to the left and right at other resorts that were well maintained.

• Emma (5/5): Disappointing - No facilities, understaffed, bar was open only a few hours during the day. The whole hotel seems abandoned. Broken furniture, no staff at the beach area, sun beds dirty. The worst - the noise in the rooms. Its next to the road and you hear the cars the same with door open or closed, and they don’t stop at all during the night. You need a car to go to any restaurant or bar.
• Tami (9/5): Beautiful and cool place to stay but needs softer beds! - This hotel is really cool. The staff was great and the food in the restaurant was really good. The view from our room of the ocean was incredible, sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't leave a 10 was because the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. We left sore the next day because of the bed. If they got softer beds we would return for sure. Bed was like a rock, I didn't get much sleep because of the rock solid bed. Younger people may not mind but in my 50s I need a softer mattress and beds are a big deal when I travel. The location is great, has Tulum vibes and is very unique.
• Vera (9/5): Amazing staff - super nice hotel with great rooftoppool - Hotel is close to the airport - so perfectly located when landing in Cancun. Staff was always very helpful, very friendly. Breakfast was AMAZING. Wifi worked perfect and the rooftoppool is awesome! As the Hotel is located close to the main road it can be quite noisy during the night.

The restaurant (not correctly critised by many as overpriced) offers best meals we could have consumed during our stay in Mexico. The rooms very clean, the beds very fine. NOISE. Not only from the street, but also the loud musíc on the roof pool when the number of guests was 2-4. Why?
• Grinberg (8/5): Very good - The ocean view from the bedroom was fabulous. I also liked the ambience and decor inthr hotel a lot. It's a beautiful place, a mesmerizing mix of nature and art. I also appreciated that the area is not crowded and the staff was very friendly. Overall a nice place to stay. The hotel is on the main road. Unfortunately, there is a lot of traffic and you hear it all day and night long. I also thought that the restaurant was a bit overpriced.

Rooms noisy, not properly insulated so traffic noise prevented peaceful sleep. Facilities listed not available due to understaffing and lack of maintenance. Eg. No spa, beach area mangroves and much not open all broken loungers, no laundry service, coffee machine in room but no coffee available. Poorly run or struggling financially to staff and maintain. Ok for overnight airport stay but would be very upset if I booked a week here. Restaurant poor and expensive. Staff were lovely and helpful despite the faults.

There is some construction going on so they are working on making the place better. But it is very good already. It is also close to the airport if you’re flying out early the next morning. The rooftop pool has amazing views. It was a great spot to relax and take in the vistas. It isn’t close to anything except the airport. The beach is only accessible through the mangrove. It is a private beach, but we didn’t go out of concern for mosquitos.

• Dennis (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was great. Everyone made you feel welcome. Even if my review of the facilities is a bit rough it has nothing to do with the staff. The noise from the road. Even though I had the door closed, I had to use ear plugs at night. Please install thicker doors. Everything except from the room felt a bit worn out. Nails sticking out of chairs especially at the sky bar. You could rip your skin or clothes if you are not careful. I brought my fitness gear because fitness was part of the facilities but it was non-existing. All the wellness described on booking.com seemed non-existing. Yes there was a beach but not for swimming. Maybe it's because it's off season but then it would be nice to know before ordering.

• Roberto (1/5): Avoid at all cost. - Where to begin... I feel bad for the staff that work here because this place just opened 4 months ago and I don't expect it to be around long. The hotel is built 5 meters from a highway and you can hear cars/ trucks/ motorcycles passing by VERY CLEARLY from the room. The room itself smells like sewage, most probably caused by the fact the hotel is built on a swamp. There is a bar on the roof surrounded by an iron fence resembling a prison courtyard. The view is pretty decent to be fair, but we spent a few hours up there and didn't see a single staff member so you can't even order a drink at the bar if you wanted. The place felt like a ghost town. There was no music either, just the hum of cars passing by 6 stories below. The restaurant is a laughable joke that should also be avoided. The food is horrendously sad. We had lunch because we were hungry when we arrived and chose pizza hoping it would be the safest option. I'll let the picture speak for itself. We ended up ordering tacos from the taqueria down the streets from Uber Eats to avoid going back. In conclusion, do yourself a favor and AVOID this place at all costs. We fortunately only spent one night as a layover for a flight the next day, but I cannot imagine spending a week here. Again, the staff was nice and most of this is not their fault. I hope every single person considering booking sees this review as a fair warning.
• Gustavo (6/5): Good for a quick temporary stay in Cancun. - Property has pretty facilities, but needs a bit of work in terms of detailing and upkeep in the overall grounds and inside the rooms We had to change to another room cause the toilet on the first one was not working
• Samantha (9/5): I have to come back - This location is beautiful. Picture don’t do it justice. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. The noise of traffic from the nearby road
• Edward (10/5): Quiet and relaxing getaway. - The natural beauty and attentive staff The road noise was a bit troublesome at first but died down as the evening progressed.

• Patricia (9/5): Wonderful place to stay - Food was good, location was excellent, the staff was super friendly and nice. The place is wonderful, the style is very different than all the typical big hotels, very special, very good taste, beautiful to the details. There was a light smell from the Mangroves but nothing that the hotel could do about that I think. No smell inside the rooms though.
• Rebecca (8/5): Unique, great pools, close to the airport - We stayed here for 1 night in early June 2024 because it was close to the airport for the end of our trip. It was clean, the food was good, and the pools were great. It is still relatively new so they were still working out some kinks. But overall we were very pleased and would return for a similar stop before flying out. The beach hadn’t yet been cleaned and finished, but we weren’t staying for the beach
• Carlos (7/5): Good - There was nothing nearby, the nearest convenience store was 2kms away. The hotel was completely empty, perhaps saw 8/10 guest max. There were amenities closed, like the sauna
