• Jack (6/5): - Alessio was very helpful and made the check in process very easy. The apartment was a short walk to the city centre and train station. Having a washing machine was also very handy. The main issue was the neighbour was constantly on the phone and yelling extremely loudly in an aggressive manner every night and morning. The property was old which was expected but the lack of sound proofing was the main issue.

The room was a little small, with a lot of history, and it was like living in a film set. It had all the necessary equipment. The landlord helped us out whenever we needed anything. Thank you very much for helping us out! The room didn't have an elevator, but I was okay with it. 淋浴區位置較狹窄，不過並無大礙。 The shower area is small, but it's not a big deal.

If you want to have a non-worried-equip apartm - Excellent location, warm staff, old style decorations , enough rooms, everything nearby… Steep stairs; broke curtains; broke wash machine(the host recommended another laundry store and nothing); broke boiling water pot( use microwave oven instead) which made electricity went out twice and need to go downstairs to re open. Shortbed ( for people 170cm and less)
• Barbara (9/5): - Amazing location, quiet and comfortable to sleep. Great communication with the host. He's easy to reach and very responsive. It was very easy to do a self check-in to get the keys. The kitchen has a microwave, a coffee maker, and the basics for making a simple meal instead of eating out. There are also some breakfast snacks in the kitchen as well. Loved staying here. You're very close to everything, with restaurants and a grocery store right outside your door. Excellent location! The plastic non-slip mat in the bathroom should be replaced or cleaned thoroughly with bleach. It was very dirty on the underside, and that is the only reason I rated my stay as a 9 instead of a 10. Other than that, this is a wonderful home and a fantastic location!
• Keren (8/5): Un appartement charmant et bien situé - L'apprtement est charmant et l'emplacement parfait. Le gérant de la location était très sympa et très serviable. Un balcon très sympa. Un bon rapport qualité prix. La salle de bain mériterait une renovation, il manque une attention pour les détails (pas d'endroit pour poser ses affaires car l'étagère est en biais, un balais de toilette qui n'a pas été changé depuis des lustres et qui a perdu ses poils...) et surtout, la litterie (matelas, oreillers et couettes) pas très confortables. Une mauvaise isolation accousqtique avec l'appartment voisin.

• Byungwook(Dan) (8/5): 좋은 위치, 아늑함 - 1. 위치가 좋습니다. 역에서 5분이면 도착합니다. 2. 관리자가 매우 친절합니다. 모든 안내 등을 왓츠앱으로 소통하는데, 빠르고 친절합니다. 3. 주방 시설, 화장실 등 깔끔하고 도구들이 잘 갖추어져있어서 좋았습니다. 4. 환영 간식 등도 준비해두어 세심함이 느껴집니다. 1. 엘리베이터가 없이 높은 계단. 캐리어들고 올라가느라 죽는 줄 알았습니다. (-1점) 2. 방음이 잘 안됩니다. 옆집이라 옆방 같은 느낌... (-1점) 3. 세탁기 사용이 불편하고, 히터가 약합니다.

Симпатичная студия в винтажном стиле, удобная кровать, хорошо продуманное освещение, оснащенная кухня, стиральная машина, утюг - все было кстати в течение долгого путешествия. В квартире есть даже балкон с видом на аутентичные тосканские крыши)) Простая регистрация онлайн, внимательные хозяин и администратор. Важно, что хозяин всегда на связи , очень приятно было, что разрешил заехать на час раньше. Для любителей крутых лестниц и не в холодную погоду - рекомендую смело! Очень крутая лестница, (спасибо Carlo помог поднять чемодан наверх !) совсем крошечная ванная комната. Я была зимой, попала в холодную погоду, для обогрева в квартире только кондиционер, который не очень справлялся с отоплением… при въезде температура в апартаментах была +14 C, для меня это холодно ….

• William javier (10/5): Highly recommended, 10/10. If I return to Florence, I would book it again. - The apartment is very comfortable and has everything needed for both cooking and doing laundry. It is very well located, and you can reach everywhere on foot. The service was excellent; they were always attentive to our questions. The check-in was in person, which we truly appreciated. We also greatly appreciated being allowed to store our luggage after check-out, as there were no guests after us Overall, everything was very good; however, it should be noted that the stairs are somewhat steep, so if you are traveling with heavy luggage, it may be difficult to carry the suitcases upstairs.

• Ivana (10/5): 10 e lode :-) consiglio assolutamente!!!! - Tutto. Molto accogliente :-))) Finalmente abbiamo trovato una umana ad accoglierci, odio i check in automatici e queste diavolerie, anche se ho 41 anni... amo ancora guardare le persone negli occhi e le cose "old style". La ragazza che ci ha portato le chiavi super simpatica, le auguro ogni bene ^_^ e il padrone di casa top. Avanti così. Appartamento dotato di ogni confort. Finalmente una cucina attrezzata!!!!!! Si respirava amore in ogni angolo. Niente è lasciato al caso e i dettagli sono balzati ai miei attenti occhi. Ho particolarmente apprezzato i mobiletti antichi di legno, il tavolo old style con i cassetti per le posate wau mi ricorda i miei nonni!!!! la cassapanca ♡ mi ha ricordato la mia infanzia!!!! la luce wau sopra il tavolo, la tv che puoi vederla da ogni angolazione(si gira) il terrazzino :-))) i prodotti x le pulizie (x niente scontati!!!! la lavatrice !!!!! Vicino al centro e alla stazione ma non pericoloso e sopratutto la notte si dorme bene, non si sente niente. Occhio soltanto alle scale se sì ha problemi di deambulazione o non si può affrontarle non sono tante ma ripidine. In bagno ho apprezzato molto la scatolina "sos lady"che non ho usato ma all'interno c'era qualche assorbente e rasoi usa e getta :-) un phon per i miei lunghissimi capelli la schiuma da barba x il mio compagno :-) acqua ossigenata, disinfettante sapone. . . .asciugamani grande,medio,piccolo (molto apprezzato capita che ti diano uno medio e uno mini o solo uno medio e uno medio grande) la porta d'ingresso super sicura. in qualche parola in questo soggiorno ho riscontrato : colori, gioia e amore :-) 10 e lode :-)))) consigliamo e vorremmo tornarci :-)

• Sérgio (10/5): Localização excelente - Apartamento pequeno mas confortável, com tudo o que é necessário para umas excelentes férias. Localização central, permitindo visitas a pé aos locais mais importantes. Terceiro andar em que é importante considerar que não há elevador e o acesso é feito por escadas (cerca de 40 degraus) Nada a apontar.
• Heli (10/5): - Romanttinen pikku huoneisto kivalla parvekkeella ja monipuolisilla mukavuuksilla. Huoneistossa on pyykinpesukone ja monipuolisesti tarvikkeita esim. ruoanlaittoon. Parvekkeella oli mukava syödä aamupalaa ja juoda aperitiivit auringonlaskun aikaan. Huoneisto on pienehkö, mutta meille se oli riittävä.
• Monika (8/5): Super Unterkunft! - Die Lage ist wirklich super, zur Kathedrale braucht man 10 Minuten, zum Hauptbahnhof genauso. In der Nähe sind demnach super viele Restaurants und ein Paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, obwohl ich ein bisschen rausgefahren bin (aus dem historischen Zentrum) um einen großen Conad zu besuchen. Ich war dort 2 Wochen und die Waschmaschine hat sich als sehr nützlich erwiesen. Waschmittel, Olivenöl, ein paar basic Gewürze sowie kleine Cracker waren vor Ort, eine Pfanne, ein Topf - also alles was man mindestens braucht. Die Balkontür war geschützt vor Mücken mit einem Netz und die Wohnungstür war zusätzlich verstärkt mit Stangen - ich hab mich sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Bett war zum Glück nicht so mega weich, wie es in Hotels üblich ist (also ich hab keine Rückenschmerzen bekommen). Es war sehr sauber, es gab Besen, Staubsauger, Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Lappen,.. . Es gab verschiedene. Ratgeber, Restaurant-Empfehlungen usw in der Wohnung. Die Bilder haben das Apartment größer aussehen lassen, als es ist (aber man kann sich ja an der m2 - Zahl orientieren). Die Lampen geben ein kaltes Licht ab (auf den Fotos wirkt es meiner Meinung nach wärmer). Ich bin 1,85 m groß und hatte Bedenken ob ich auf das Bett passe (es hat aber geradeso gereicht). Wenn Sie als zwei große Personen verreisen, könnte das Bett zu klein sein.

• John (10/5): Welcome in Toscana lived up to your name. Belissimo. - Close to great restaurants and train station. Many tours leave from close proximity. Easy walking distance from many of the major historical sites. Air conditioning in summer is also a great plus. Property also includes all the amenities and a few extras included. Could have had a comfier bed and extra pillows.

• Scott (10/5): A very comfortable oasis in the heart of Florence - This flat is a wonderful oasis of peace and comfort in the heart of Florence. It is located on a busy street but the noise evaporates as you climb the steps into the flat which was quite. The flat was extremely well supplied; we were able to cook without difficulty. It had everything we needed for several days. We visited during a heat wave and the air conditioning worked well. Nicla was excellent at communicating and had great suggestions. Nothing! We wish we had stayed longer.

I loved how many small but thoughtful touches there were for guests’ comfort, both in the kitchen and the bathroom. The sweet little balcony and the skylight in the bathroom (where the sun sometimes shines through!) make the place feel truly special. The location is convenient – just a 7-minute walk to the main train station. I'm really thankful to Alessio, who was incredibly kind and attentive, and made the whole experience so great
• Audrey (10/5): Comfortable apartment in Florence. - We loved the apartment, it was cheerful and felt like a real home. It was nice to be able to sit out on the balcony; one evening someone was singing opera down below on the street and it was magical. You could open up the skylight and windows to get nice fresh air and sun. The kitchen had everything for cooking, there was a washing machine and drying rack and the location was close to walk to everything. We traveled on the day of the national train strike and Nicla was so easy and flexible with our late check in. Nothing, it was wonderful.

Also when we arrived, we were concerned it was so busy on the street it would be loud but it was fairly quiet, even in the outside balcony
• Gokulnath (10/5): Unexpectedly awesome homely apartment - The amount of things in the house which was planned to make any person's stay comfortable - from candles/ hand sanitizers/ playing cards/ thermometers inside and outside to plan the attire (unexpected) - to the expected: towels/ amenities/ cutlery/ cooking equipment was superb. The space was well utilized and the apartment had a super homely feel. The bed size could have been a little bigger - the space restriction was there but another 6 inches of length and 12 inches of width would have been ideal (I am 6'3 and my ankles just went over the mattress).
• Emaraldcici (9/5): Superb - Good size, all equipped. It is very convenient to walk from the central station and to all sights. Feeling what life could be if living in Florence. Getting the keys and how to use those are bit learning process but kind of nice dont need to coordinate with host of arriving and meet time when you are traveling so I dont mind.

• Adrian (9/5): One of the best places I’ve ever been. - Amazing everything. Best location you could ask for and best amenities I have ever seen in one place. From breakfast to toiletries, to the 2 beers that were heaven sent when we arrived late. The bed is quite small, so if you’re a 1.80 you will struggle a bit but nothing that you couldn’t manage.
• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located very central to Florence on the last floor. Host Nicla is a very nice lady, who welcomes you in her very cozy apartment. The place is authentic and has AC, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. The host prepared refreshments for us as well as breakfast for the next few days. We can only recommend this accommodation.
• Margarita (10/5): Centrally located lovely stay - Absolutely loved this apartment! The lady that runs it is very sweet and answered our every question and need. Fully equipped with EVERYTHING! She even filled up the fridge for us, working washer and toiletries in the bathroom! There wasn’t a single thing I needed that she didn’t have. Extremely satisfied with our stay :) The apartment is on the third floor, and there is no elevator, and we had two suitcases and a carryon so just be aware
• Karen (10/5): Marvelous! Attention to detail! ❤️ - We L❤️VED Everything! From the moment we arrived it felt just like home! Nicla’s attention to detail is incredible! If you need something; most likely she already has it in her apartment. Location: About 10 minute walk from the apartment. The actual door is #53 and it is on your left side past a Small Biscotti shop called Il Cantuccio. From there you can walk everywhere. The place is very cozy, welcoming, extremely clean and well kept! Very close to many attractions; including the local Market; where not only can you buy fresh produce, pasta, and meats (to cook at the apartment) but there is a full food court (on the top floor) with plenty of options for you to dine in or take out. From pasta, to meats, sandwiches, pizza, wine, charcuterie boards, to Gelato and pastries! This Central market is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment, to your right (about a block or two away). Although in the middle of the city; surprisingly quiet. The apartment comes with a washer which came very handy for us after a couple of weeks backpacking through Europe. It also has a clothing rack (in the balcony); with afternoons being the best time to hang your clothes with direct sunlight. I had read (in another review) that the bed made sounds; it does but it didn’t keep us awake! It was very comfortable and although the days were warm, the nights were cool enough to where we did not need the AC on; at all. Overall; a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back. Nicla was very easy to work with, accommodating, her communication was very clear! She is very kind and is truly passionate about making sure her guests have a wonderful stay and a one of a kind experience. We will miss being there! Note: Although it wasn’t an issue for us; If you have knee problems or have a need for a lift; the property does have a steep stairway to the third floor (where the apartment is located); and there is no lift.

The apartment was in a fantastic location for exploring the city as well as coming in from the train station. The only negative was that the bed was very creaky which unfortunately did impact on our sleep.
