• Matthew (10/5): Highly Recommended - Amazing staff, friendly and very helpful. Rooms clean and modern with plug sockets that take all international types. Location is very good and staff can recommend really good restaurants nearby. Near to a really beautiful riverside park and landmark 81 too. Gym is a bit barebones but the pool is a very good size and quiet. The room doors connect directly into a common area which feels not so private. Gym was a bit rudimentary. Really needs a bench and some dumbells. A trash bin in the main bedroom and soundproofing the doors would be a recommendation. Otherwise I think this place is excellent.

Throughout my entire 3 week stay in Vietnam this was my favourite stay largely due to the reception staff who were so wonderful to me throughout my stay, made me feel so welcomed and had our laughs and giggles. I will miss them and the beautiful people of Vietnam. How I couldn’t take the Air conditioner with me every time I went out for a walk 😂😝

• Anna (9/5): I had very nice stay here - The room was clean and comfortable, girls at the reception desk were very nice and helpful and I liked I could use the kitchen for fruits washing. And I liked the location, about 900 m to the Landmark 81 and the Vincom park. It is a pity the window cannot be opened, but of course, it is the building type.

• Mindaugas (7/5): Decent place for short stay. - Location is good, close to Landmark 81 and relatively close to center if you go by taxi. Room is decently equiped with possibility to use common area with kitchen and sitting area. Windows are not sound proof so you hear all the noise from the street. Room was pretty small, so just to go back to sleep. I was staying for 11 nights and hotel didn't change bed sheets any single time. Access to pool is not convenient so it's not a plus.

• Melodie (3/5): Not as described, look elsewhere for accommodation. - I enjoyed the “hotel” feeling of the facility and the provided water cooler, unfortunately, that’s where it stopped. While the property is advertised as having a pool and food on site, neither are true. The pool is in another building and in order to access it you have to go down to the basement which is also the garage where they park motorbikes. A security guard is there. You have to tell the security you want to go the pool and then they walk you through the basement past 2-4 other men that watch the motorbikes in the basements of the attached buildings and to get back, you make this same trek in the garage by yourself past all the men. Additionally, there is not food on site. There is a coffee shop next to the property but it is not on site food and beverage as the restaurant has “been done” per a member of staff, despite it being advertised. So the amenities are not as described or worth the up charge they attribute to the amenities they do not have. Furthermore, when I asked for my room to be cleaned (was booked for 5 weeks) only towels were switched out. My bed not even touched, let alone sheets changed. I had to strip my own bed and put them on the floor, which I find unreasonable. Especially for the amount of money charged for the accommodation. I should not have to strip my bed to encourage the staff to change my sheets and do more than switch towels out and replace toilet paper on the bathroom. On a separate instance (only had my room cleaned twice - so about once a week as I was only there 2 of the 5 weeks) I pulled A towel from the “dry” or “clean” towel rack and it was dirty. I mentioned this to the building manager and she didn’t as much as apologize. Staff also threw away my entire new purchased tub of kimchi (?) from the fridge. The management is responsive when they choose. There were multiple times when the building manager took days to respond to messages and requests, including matters pertaining to money. Overall, unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The best part about it was the “hotel” aspect.

• Carosario (10/5): 3 months here and I would return without hesitation - 1) MS HUU! The manager. Wow, what a hard-working and attentive woman. She was literally the one who got us to choose this hotel for our 3 MONTHS stay!! Because we had doubts about the kitchen, and whether we would need more to cook, but she was so kind when we talked and it was obvious that she wanted to make our stay easier and confortable for us, so we went to this hotel and it was the best decision. She was super attentive to us throughout our stay, from day 1 to the last. You could tell that she really cares that you are very well and that you are not missing anything. 2) FOOD: MULTIPLE 24hrs convenience stores in the same block of the building. You find a 7eleven, GS25, 2 Ministops, Kmart, FamilyMart and like 4 supermarkets like Annam Gourmet where you can sit and have a drink. And you find great food in this 24hrs stores in HoChiMinh! 3) SECURITY: You can walk freely around the block even at night. It is a residential area with a lot of commercial development. And there are PLENTY of security guards all around. 4) BEAUTIFUL AREA: There are modern and new buildings, and also houses with a peculiar classic style, which makes walking a pleasant experience. Also 2 blocks away you can see the river and passing boats. 5) TRANSPORTATION: Taxis (Grab) 3-5usd will take you everywhere in the city in just a few minutes, D1-D4 even D7! The traffic really doesn't affect. 4) The hotel is just like the photos: modern, cheerful, clean. Very comfortable bed, spacious room, good aircon, nice bathroom. GREAT Internet (0 problems in 3 months). 5) Pool and gym are great. 6) The terrace: has beautiful views, you can chill there. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We are very happy to have spent so much time here. Receptionists in the lobby leave in the afternoon, but you never feel alone or insecure. The cafe next to the lobby is open late and the area actually feels very safe. We arrived at 1am and had no problem getting the access card from the safe box. It bothered us a little that some people from the offices went to make video calls at the kitchen counter, without headphones and many times even at lunch time. So, in addition to the disrespectful noise, they make it uncomfortable and difficult to go and heat your lunch. We recommend placing a message that invites these people to respect the space that is for the people staying at the Hotel. __ A minor detail is the passage to the gym and the pool. I know some people have written about it in their reviews. I accept that it is not the most convenient or nice, because you have to cross the parking lot, but it's really not a problem at all. And I hope that this does not limit anyone from coming to this hotel, because it really is a BIG plus, and also the pool has a BEAUTIFUL view and in the gym you have a treadmill, an elliptical and a weights machine that allows you to do about 9+ different exercises. It's very nice.

• Emily (9/5): Great modern place and perfect for living and working combination, long stay recommended! - We chose this location due to the co-working possibilities, and we were very satisfied. Actually, after one night we decided to extend our stay another week which meant two weeks at HWS in total! We had a great spacious room, the shared kitchen/living area makes it nice to have some extra space to live in and not to have to eat in your room. Great large TV in the room and it feels cosy and modern. The pool and gym are actually located in another building but are still nice benefits. And the co-working we really enjoyed, good internet, nice desks, and good chairs. Climate control is quite difficult, as the airconditioning blows right onto the bed which basically meant we could not sleep with AC on. When it is on, it does its work so well that we sometimes came into a 19 degree freezing room :P Also, cleaning agreements were not so clear to us, most days they would "just make the bed" and there was one day of "full cleaning". I think vacuuming is really needed more often (if they do it at all?) because of the carpets in the room. We had quite some long black hairs in our room/bathroom which is a pity because the rest is all super clean and tidy.

The rooms with the common area outside felt really cozy and you could talk to other guests. I used to gym and pool almost daily because it's so convenient. The stuff was also really nice. I got to talk to the manager and she was really great. For me it was a little far off from some of the important places and sights, but that's really subjective.

• Rebecca (7/5): High end hostel, but not "boutique" - The area has a lot that's nice and walkable (behind the "hotel"). It's clean. A short Grab ride from lots of places, and that transportation is cheap. One thing that made me really uncomfortable is that there's a lock box to get your room key, but when you open it, everyone else's key is in there too. As a single female traveler, this made me really uncomfortable. There is almost never anyone at the desk, and when there is, they weren't knowledgable or helpful. They mistakenly undercharged me, then slipped a note under my door telling me (and a friend staying in another room) to come to the desk and pay again, but only during their desk hours which was really tricky and impeded on our plans because of their mistake. This is not really a boutique hotel, it's more of a high end hostel in some type of co-op style rent a meeting room building. There are long term residents it seems, and a common area, there are rules for your room- like you can't eat or drink in them and amenities were never replaced. Also, your air conditioning will get shut off because it's on a timer, so be prepared to wait...awhile for your room to cool off after a hot day outside. It was inexpensive, pretty clean and comfortable, but I think it's fair to know what you're getting before you go.

• Anna (10/5): One of my favorite places to stay in HCMC - This was our second time to stay at Hello World Saigon. It is a hotel that feels like home to us! Good size rooms that are very clean. Cleaning daily. Incredible staff that are so kind and attentive. There is a small community area with couches and a kitchen and access to a workspace on the floor above that we utilized regularly. You also have access to a gym and pool. Location wise there are some great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance or a short drive. It’s well worth the cost for everything you get here! • Dong (10/5): The amazing place where you don’t want to share with orhers😂 - This place is very well maintained. The manager and the staffs are all very friendly and are willing to help. The room, including the bathroom are very clean and modern. The brand of the bathroom furnitures are high quality as well. This place is actually running offices as well so it is very suitable if you are traveling for work. The picture I had posted for a lobby is actually an amentity space you will see if you open the door from your room, which is purely an amazing area. You can also use the gym and the swimming pool, where you have to go through the basement area, but are really great facility. Personally, I think this place is better than 5-star hotels. Nothing. Everything is perfect as it is.

The hotel is new and perfect for a digital nomad. I would definitely stay there again. Everything was relatively new, we had access to a kitchenette, co-working space, definitely recommend it to anyone.

• Anna (10/5): loved everything about our stay here! - my partner works remotely so the accessibility to the workspace available to us in the building was wonderful. the rooms were modern and clean. great amenities including a small kitchen, laundry, and common spaces. I love how there are so few hotel units so the space is quiet. Location is ideal with coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, and convenient stores within walking distance. we loved staying here so much we extended our 13 night stay for an extra 7 nights. we had some trouble with WiFi in our room. it was inconsistent. you do hear everything outside (traffic) but was something I got over after the first night.

Before arrival I asked about tours to Mekong delta and CuChi tunnels and they shared links with me where I could book a tour. They also allowed me to make a phone call from the reception without any charge 🙏🏻 I felt myself as if I wasn’t alone with such a helpful people 2. The room was very spacious, very clean, the bed was so comfortable that I felt asleep within 5 mins after lying in it. And the public spaces in a hotel (lobby and kitchen) are also very nice, modern and pleasant. Air conditioner is perfect - it is soundless 👍🏻 3. Excellent location and facilities nearby. You can reach all tourist attractions just within 10 mins on a motorbike. Around hotel there are a lot of cafes (Starbucks, Pizza 4ps, Highland Coffee) and mini markets right in the building (7 eleven, Family mart). WinMart+ is just 5 mins walk WiFi could be much better :( Water in the bathroom wasn’t hot enough (this is what you really need in the mornings) But anyway the property is a great deal. Totally recommended!!!
