• cnied (6/5): gute Lage und tolle vermieter aber zu teuer für diese Wohnung. - Die Lage war sehr gut und die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit Leider habe ich mich nicht richtig informiert und habe daher übersehen, das es kein Wohnzimmer oder gemütlichen Raum zum zusammen sitzen gab. Daher zu dritt ein wenig blöd. Und die Toliette war sehr klein und eng für einen großen Menschen.
• Meike (9/5): - Nice apartment, in a convenient location close to the train station and the historic part of town. Nice big bedrooms and decent kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry machine was also appreciated. The dining and living room setup worked okay for two people but may be a little tight for more.

• Wolfgang (10/5): - Gute Lage, nicht weit bis in die Altstadt, nah am Bahnhof und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vermieter sind hilfsbereit, freundlich und reagieren direkt auf Anfragen. Leider kein permanenter Parkplatz direkt am Haus (nur zum Be- und Entladen), sondern ca. 6-7 min zu Fuß entfernt Parkhaus, ist aber kein Problem und wurde vorab gut kommuniziert
• Martina (10/5): - Sehr schöne, moderne, großzügige Wohnung in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Dusche und WC getrennt. Bequeme Betten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

• Dirk (9/5): - Zentral am Bahnhof gelegen, dadurch aber zumindest am WE etwas lauter. 2 Duschbäder, gute Küchenausstattung, eigener Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück, einfaches ein- und auschecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The owners are very kind and helpful in every situation. The place is clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!! :)

• Maurice (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und Ausstattung waren für uns ebenfalls perfekt. Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Aber da wir mit meinen Eltern die Unterkunft geteilt haben, wäre ein zweiter Fernseher im Wohnzimmer oder auch im Schlafzimmer toll gewesen. Ebenso wäre eine Couch zum kurzen Ruhen toll gewesen. Die Punkte sind wie gesagt keine Negativpunkte, sondern lediglich Punkte, die uns persönlich aufgefallen sind. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen und auch an jeden weiter empfehlen.

• Stefanie (7/5): Ganz gut - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr schöne Schlafzimmer, bequeme Betten, sehr gute Fenster. Zentral zur Innenstadt Da die Wohnung direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist waren viele laute Menschen direkt unter dem Schlaffenster. Außerdem fehlt ein Sofa. Das Wohnzimmer besteht aus zwei Stühlen, der Fernseher ist in dem einen Schlafzimmer. Gemütliches Verweilen ist schwer, das ist sehr schade, da die Wohnung sonst wirklich toll ist

• Anke (9/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, mit zwei kompletten Badezimmern und vier schönen Schlafzimmern. Das große Sofa im Wohnzimmer war sehr gemütlich und in der Küche konnten wir problemlos mit acht Personen essen. Sehr praktisch war der Zugang mit Code, da dadurch alle acht Gäste unabhängig voneinander in die Wohnung konnten.
• ravikumar (10/5): - The location of the property is right opposite to the Regensburg Hauptbahnhof. It is also close to the bus station and since it is part of Innenstadt, we could walk around the center of the city . The facilities were very convenient . No complaints
• Sabine (9/5): Die Wohnung hat uns gefallen und wir können sie guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen! - Die Lage ist top, die Wohnung sehr sauber, die Betten groß und bequem. Die freundlichen Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar! Es fehlen bequeme Sitzmöbel und ein zweiter Fernseher z.B. im Aufenthaltsraum.

• ELIXABET (8/5): Apartamento bien situado, amplio y silencioso. - El tamaño del apartamento; lo encontramos limpio; la cercanía con el centro del pueblo, el silencio que había.... se hace muy practico estar al lado de la estación del tren. La iluminación era un poco escasa. Haría falta más luz dentro del apartamento. El portal está bastante abandonado y causa mala impresión. Una pena porque el apartamento está muy bien.

• Barnabás (8/5): Szépen kialakított igényes szállás, de éjjel az utcai zajok zavaróak. - A szállás a vasútállomás szomszédságában, könnyen megközelíthető helyen található. Igényesen, teljeskörűen felszerelt szobákat kaptunk, nagyon odafigyeltek a tisztaságra. Az első emeleti szállás mellett található kicsi erdő vonzotta az alkoholizálni, vagy más bódultságra vágyó külföldi személyeket. A szállás parkolóval volt meghirdetve, de foglaltság miatt külön kellett 20€-ot kifizetni a 2 este parkolásáért a parkolóházba, aminek a kártyáját végül nem kaptuk meg, de beállhattunk a ház udvarába, ami végül mégsem volt foglalt.
• Melanie (10/5): - Wir kamen völlig unkompliziert per Zahlencode in eine wunderbare, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlte. Alles war sauber, die Räume groß und für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern und Großeltern, insgesamt 11 Personen perfekt geeignet.

La cuisine est très bien équipée, tout comme le reste de la location. Deux détails... - L'appartement était au 2eme étage sans ascenseur (important si l'un des locataire est moins mobile) - La première salle de bain, dans l'entrée, serait plus pratique avec un petit meuble ou une étagère pour y déposer son nécessaire de toilette
