• Muhammet (2/5): Das Zimmer roch stark nach Kanalisation, das Wasser war rostig, das Bett unbequem und die Handtücher hatten Löcher – ins - Leider hat mir an der Unterkunft nichts gefallen. Das Zimmer hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch aus der Kanalisation. Das Wasser war häufig rostig, das Bett war unbequem und die Handtücher hatten Löcher. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert.
• Ömer (5/5): - Emplacement et prix Personne à la réception durant tout le séjour. D ailleurs, comme on est venu à 8h du matin, on voulait déposer nos valises à la réception en attendant 14h, mais l hôtel s ouvrait avec code et personne à la réception. On a attendu devant jusque 13h.
• Noemie (7/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix - Super localisation à côté de la place Taksim. La chambre est confortable et la rue peu bruyante. Très bon rapport qualité prix. La salle de bain sent mauvais à cause des canalisations probablement et notre fenêtre de balcon ne fermait pas. Le bâtiment est un peu mal insonorisé mais rien de grave, c’est plutôt courant ici.
• reda med el amin (8/5): Peratos Holiday October 2025 - Le seul inconvénient c'est que il n'y a jamais personne à la réception, pour la vaiselle il y a très peu d'ustensiles.aussi si on garde pas la porte de la salle de bain fermée on reçoit une forte odeur d'égout. Mais dans l'ensemble je garde une très bonne impression de cet hôtel car il est très confortable, le mobilier est neuf, les matelas aussi, la chambre assez spacieuse pour 3 personnes donc les photos sur booking correspondaient à la réalité. Personnellement je reviendrais sans hésiter à cet hôtel avec grand plaisir. Je dis merci au staff de l'hôtel qui ont toujours été à notre écoute. L'odeur désagréable
• Nancy-Violet (1/5): Bad service, bit of a scam, nice enough room but I definitely wouldn't recommend - Room is as pictured and good location, but on the first night they moved us to another hotel which was awful, with no reason. Clearly they either over booked or weren't working that night. Also, they put us on the top floor in both hotels and i told them i had a disability and they said they would cater to it. Politely asked for a refund for the first night and they ignored, the hotel we stayed in for the first night was really awful. Read other reviews and they said this had happened to them for the whole stay! Absolutely stank and 0 customer service

• EMILIO (4/5): There is no cleaning service at all - Only the price is reasonable and it’s quite near the Taksim Square. People on nearby businesses were very kind. It is in a quite dark neighborhood, a restaurant from a block away suggested not walking around so late due to safety reasons. It has super tiny sign with no light, so quite hard to find if you arrive at night. The rooms are not clean, they do not replace towels nor bedsheets, or take out the bathroom trash, not even after for nights. They don’t give you additional soap bars or toilet paper, they just don’t answer messages on the app.

• Fatemeh Sadat (5/5): Helt okej för att vara ett plats att sova på med bra service och bra läge. - Ett bra område nära taksim och bra läge för att ta taxi eller åka kollektivt. Avloppet luktade under hela vår vistelse och ingen hiss. Fanns fläckar på vissa handdukar och städningen var inte 100.

• József (2/5): Nem ajánlom senkinek sem. - Sok jót nem tudok elmondani, maximum az elhelyezkedése mondható jobbnak, a Taksim tér közelsége miatt. A parketta a második emeleti szobában be van szakadva, egy törölközővel van a hézag megoldva. A padló iszonyatosan recseg-ropog. A klíma úgy zúg, mint egy hűtős kamion. Wc papírért is úgy kellett könyörögni.
• Atka (3/5): Olyan mint a képen, de sok vele a probléma - Jó elhelyezkedés, közel a taksim tér, jó ár érték arány! Személyzet korrekt és segítőkész. A szoba olyan volt mint a képeken! Bármikor írtam a szállásadónak mindig lehető leghamarabb visszaìrt! Van helyben parkoló napi 8 euroért. Ugyan közel van a taksim térhez, és jó az ár értékarány , viszont eléggé elhanyagolt rossz környéken helyezkedik el, büdös szemetes utca rész. A legtöbb szálláshoz képest itt kevés a felszereltség üresek jó formán a fiókok. Nem működött egyik szappan adagoló sem! A "terasz ajtót" nem lehetett becsukni, de sehogyan sem, már nyitva volt mikor érkeztünk. A fürdőszobában állandó szennyvíz szag volt. A parkolás ugyan megoldott volt kedvesek voltak, őrzött volt a parkoló, de semilyen papírt nem kaptunk róla, több mint valószínű ez egy lebontott ház helye amivel senki sem rendelkezik. Az első napon mindenképpen ragadzkodtak hozzá, hogy a kocsi kulcs nálunk legyen ez nekünk nem volt szimpatikus hiszen, nem is a szállás adó kérte el a kulcsot, hanem egy harmadik személy, aki később a pénzt is beszedte. Európai szemmel azt mondanánk nem ez a megfelelő szállás a számodra, hiába van kedvező áron. Valamint extra tipp: ne kocsival menj isztambulba.

• Laura (9/5): Nice apartment near Meteora - Nice location, very close to the Meteoras. The house is perfect for 1 night stay, we arrived at night and left the next morning. The house has AC, kitchen but no coffee or tea, very small bathroom but okay for 1 night. Since we arrived at night, the owner left the keys on the door for us to check in but didn’t give clear directions for the apartment. When we arrived we could not figure out where the apartment was. But a nice lady gave us directions and we found our apartment (between many mores) down some steps. Not a big deal but the owner should just write the directions down so the check in could be smoother.
• Demiఌ︎ (7/5): Good - It was definitely value for money and it is next to all the shops at Istiklal street. Very central.The surrounding buildings not that great and the neighbourhood. Apart from that it was a nice cozy room as we only used it for sleeping.And the staff was really kind and held on to our bags upon check out so we could wander around on our last day! The bathroom had a smell of mold it was kind of intense.

What I didn’t like was that there was no one to welcome me upon arrival, no one to answer my questions, and I had to seek assistance from someone at the nearby hotel across La Perato.

• Mahmood (10/5): I will be choosing these property for all my Istanbul vacation - The location was great less than 350m to taksim , the room was clean, the manager and staffs ware kind and helpful. I really recommend the room for friends and small groups. That wasn't folet of the staff but we did ask about the AC , the answer as that the AC is not in work
• ... (10/5): Enjoyable 5 days in Istanbul. - The location is easy to get to from Taksim Square. It is conveniently located with restaurants, supermarkets and bus lines nearby. Centrally located to do trips to the Asian and European sides, as well as close to attractions and bus routes north. The room was comfortable. The temperature was well controlled for the season. There was coffee and tea available, as well as sinks to wash dishes as needed. The owner was friendly and there were no issues with check-in or check-out. The curtains do not completely block out the light. The staircase can be a bit tricky.

• Diana (8/5): Relatively ok - Good location - close to the pedestrian area and the tourist and shopping street in Taksim. The room is quite large, with good beds, mattresses and nice bed linen. The host let us check-in earlier, met us and carried the suitcase till the 3rd flood, which was helpful. In the room there is a fridge, sink and kettle. It is a relatively good price-value for the room. Although in the description it is written that the room is soundproof, it's completely false. The walls seem to be thin because you hear everything from the outside or you hear neighbors going up and down the stairs. The good thing is that at night the street is relatively calm. There is definitely a mouse in the room. I heard it making noise at night and the next day, in the morning I saw the package of biscuits being slightly eaten by the mouse.

Even though it's supposed to be a budget place, there are some very nice details, e.g, very modern, quiet AC in the room. The owner is absolutely amazing, very nice, kind, friendly and open person, very very helpful and flexible. Nothing, really, it was great for a one night stay.

• Maria (8/5): Very good - Excellent location of the hotel - very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The Havaist bus from the new Istanbul Airport arrives at Taksim Square, so it's only a 7-10 minute walk to the hotel. We loved our room - it was clean with crisp white towels and linens and just the right size for three people. The room had a small kitchen with a kettle and a dining table, but unfortunately there were no utensils and tiles. I was on this trip with my mother and son and we were very lucky that we decided to stay in this hotel. Because we arrived in Istanbul late at night (around 2 - 2.30 am!), my son was already very tired and did not want to go anywhere. I can’t imagine how I would cope with a heavy suitcase and a tired child in an unfamiliar city at night and would look for a hotel. But Burak waited for our arrival and even met us right at the bus stop, helped us with a heavy suitcase and quickly brought us to the hotel. The hotel does not have an elevator and our room was on the 4th floor - but Burak also helped us with lifting our suitcase to the door of the room. Thank you sooooo much, Burak, it was incredibly sweet and very helpful! I highly recommend this hotel, good value for money. We will definitely choose La Perato again when we are in Istanbul again.
