• Carlota (10/5): Estancia perfecta - El alojamiento se encuentra en una de las calles principales. El hotel está en una tercera planta sin ascensor, pero merece la pena por su ubicación y limpieza. Nos reservaron una plaza de garaje justo en la entrada del hotel. Además le pedimos dos almohadas y dos toallas más y nos facilitaron todo al momento. Recomiendo mucho este hotel, volveremos seguro.
• Pamela (8/5): Comfortabel en goeie service - Mooie, schone en luxe kamers. Precies ruim genoeg! Heel fijn dat er parkeerplek was en ondanks dat wij maar 1 nachtje geboekt hadden, konden we onze auto en bagage de nachten daarna achter laten zodat wij onze hike konden doen. Super fijne service en snelle communicatie!

• Agim (9/5): Excellent stay in the heart of the city — clean rooms, friendly staff, and great value for money! - We had a great stay at Sol Hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better — right in the centre of the city and close to everything. They kindly let us park our car in their parking space while we took a trip to Valbona, which was such a nice gesture. Our rooms were on the third floor with no elevator, which might be a bit challenging for people with limited mobility, but it wasn’t an issue for us and was a great trade-off for the price. The staff also gave us great tips about local attractions and where to try the best local food. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend Sol Hotel! Everything was just right — I couldn’t think of anything I’d change

• Amela (7/5): - Objekat je bio cist i uredan, soba jako lijepa. Iz privatnih razloga smo hotel napustili dan prije, javila sam gospodjici da ranije napustamo hotel, od nje nisam dobila nikakav odgovor, sto mi je zaista neprofesionalno. Prilaz hotelu je nepristupacan.

• Arjel (10/5): Perfect option whether single, couple or big family/group. - The communication with the staff was effective and straightforward. The Miss at the reception was very receptive, respectful and kind; she was able to accommodate out needs perfectly. The rooms are very well furnished, the beds are super comfortable and the atmosphere entirely was calm and comfortable. Even a a big group we were very happy with the service provided. The location being so central is perfect for those who want to explore even at night and have a quick and easy way back.

• Ragot (9/5): - Emplacement idéal au pied du centre historique de Shkroder. Plein de restaurants tout autour. Chambre confortable, propre et spacieuse, avec une jolie salle de bain. Personnel très gentil, nous avions réservé à la dernière minute et tout était prêt pour nous recevoir. Parking au pied de l'immeuble.
• nicebasterd (10/5): - It's a small hotel, very conveniently located in the center of Shkoder. The room was very modern and tastefully decorated. The staff was very helpful - they agreed to store our luggage for 2 days when we went for the hike. It wasn't a problem for us but if you don't like stairs then bare in mind that this hotel is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

• Sabine (3/5): Uns hat es nicht gefallen - Die Zimmer sind zentral in der Innenstadt Zimmer im dritten Stock/ ohne Aufzug, kleine Zimmer mit einfacher etwas abgewohnter Ausstattung. Im Bad weder in der Dusche noch sonst Ablagemöglichkeiten. Alles etwas muffig.

• Michelle (10/5): Great stay - The room we had was very big and it's really close to everything you need. The staff were really lovely and friendly and took good care of us throughout our stay. There isn't a lift and it's on the 3rd floor, when we arrived they did help with our luggage.

De accommodatie zag er keurig netjes uit. De kamer was zeer luxe ingericht. Je loopt vanaf het hotel met 2 minuten het centrum in. Ik beveel dit hotel ten zeerste aan!! • Noa (8/5): מלון דירות חדש ונוח בלב שקודרה - מלון דירות קטן וחדש בלב שקודרה, ליד המדרחוב. חדר משפחתי ל4 היה מרווח ונוח, חדר אמבטיה מקסים. יש אפשרות לחנייה. הכניסה נעשית מחדר מדרגות בחלק האחורי של הרחוב, אין מעלית אבל יש עזרה מהצוות. בחדר האמבטיה חסרים מתלים ומקום להניח את כלי הרחצה .

• Nicole (9/5): Prima accomodatie op fantastische locatie - Mooie grote kamer met zitje. Fantastische locatie in het centrum nabij de wandelboulevards. Zeer behulpzame gastvrouw. Na ons verblijf van 2 nachten, konden we onze huurauto en bagage bij het hotel achterlaten (voor onze tweedaagse tocht naar Valbone en Theth). De autosleutel dien je bij de gastvrouw achter te laten. Het hotel ligt op de derde verdieping en heeft geen lift. De bagage werd echter omhoog gebracht.

• Gajun (10/5): I wish I stayed longer! Overall small but thoughtfully designed rooms with everything you need and the right amount of s - Exceptional quality room. Great location. No reception, but easy. Room: The room was not big but it had everything needed. Mini fridge, counter and bed bench to help organize things, with two nightstands. Bed set was comfortable. I had a room that faced the street, the windows blocked out all the sound and the curtains blocked out all the light at night and had shear windows for privacy. Bathroom: very comfortable and spacious restroom. Shower got very hot and steamy which was great to help relax. Water pressure was good as well. Lighting: The lighting was good, if there was a side table lamp that worked it would be perfect. TV: Samsung TV with access to local TV, YouTube, Netflix etc. very convenient and nice to have. Air conditioning: The AC was responsive and had a remote so it was easy to adjust in bed. One downside is the lack of reception on the ground floor. The hotel suite is up a few flights of stairs in the back of the building, so no elevator. It’s not a big deal because we coordinated where to meet on WhatsApp, but it’s nice to have.

• Johannes (10/5): Wir wurden recht herzlich begrüßt, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel war sehr gut gelegen, man ist zu Fuß in - Saubere Zimmer, genug Platz, sehr gute Lage, Parkplatz in der Nähe Kein Aufzug, aber es gibt Hilfe beim Gepäck wenn man nicht so fit sein sollte!

The owner is simply amazing – he helped us organize our luggage, kept it safe, carried it down himself at check-out, and even drove us to the bus station with all our bags so we wouldn’t have to carry them. He also stored our belongings for a few extra hours with genuine kindness, and throughout our stay he constantly made sure we were comfortable, treating us not just as guests but almost like family. After check-out, he took the time to recommend so many things – where to travel next, what’s worth seeing and what’s not, what to be careful about, and even the real prices for things in Albania so we wouldn’t get overcharged. He told us not to hesitate to reach out if we needed anything, even later, and gave us his number, explaining he has friends all over Albania who could help if needed. Truly remarkable hospitality! The location is unbeatable – right in the very center, directly on the main street, yet the rooms are incredibly quiet. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious, clean, beautifully arranged, and cozy. The whole property is well-maintained, welcoming, and far above expectations. Without a doubt – if I come back to Shkodra, I will only stay here again! 💯

Tucked away on the third floor of a residential building, with an entrance from behind the building through a parking area rather than the main street, it’s a cozy, family-run spot with a warm and personal touch. The rooms are huge, beautifully decorated, cool, and brand new. There’s free bottled water in the fridge, and the lovely host went above and beyond – recommending a fantastic local restaurant, keeping an eye on our car while we went on the Theth trek, storing our luggage, and even surprising us with a bottle of sparkling wine. Everything is spotlessly clean, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the shower is modern, spacious, and with plenty of hot water. While the property doesn’t offer views, the value for money here is truly outstanding.
