• Paul (10/5): Really nice and modern villa in a great location - Villa was presented to a very modern standard Open living room and dining area was really comfortable Outside area was very spacious and had a good level of privacy, lots of seating areas. Nice bbq although I didn't use it Pretty good wifi Coffee Machine Good size pool Plenty of storage Close by for Aldi (7 min walk)which is well stocked and would be ideal for bbq food 15 - 20 minute walk to the nearest beach and central for both the Marina and Harbour I'd definitely consider both the villa and area in future A bit picky but some of the internal doors require adjusting. Pool didn't really heat up as expected so we didn't use it very much so I'd think twice about paying the extra 15 euro per day Wifi didn't extend to the master bedroom

• RubyRoxy (10/5): Very comfortable villa in a peaceful neighbourhood - This was our second time to Casa Aday and it doesn’t disappoint. Very lovely villa in a quiet neighbourhood. Beds, sofa’s chairs and sun loungers etc all very comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens provided Pool man comes regularly (one a week) to service the pool area and keep it lovely and clean Plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery etc Aldi is a 5 min walk away WiFi doesn’t reach the main bedroom, but this Villa is larger than most therefore I can understand why :-)

• ANN (9/5): Great property, spacious outdoor area - good hosts - Spacious outside area and very clean Sometimes noise from property below - but didn't impact on our stay too much
• RubyRoxy (9/5): Great villa in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. - Great villa with all mod cons supplied. Kitchen well stocked, lovely touch with provision of dishwasher and washing machine tablets, washing up liquid sponges etc. Plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Location for us was perfect - Aldi 10 min walk and the beach 15 mins. We know the area well so knew that we’d get peace and quiet! For us, the beds were slightly too hard. Personal preference - but matters. Also no air conditioning. We had fans, which helped but in the summer can imagine this would be needed.

• Louise (7/5): Nice villa and had a lovely stay - The villa was perfect for what we needed and very comfortable, pool and garden area is a great size kids loved it. The sofas were ok probably need renewed but that's just being really pernickety

Clothes airer is rusty and broken in places. Chairs in the kitchen are ripped on the seat cushion Cutlery was missing -only 2 butter knifes supplied. Polystyrene sheets in the utility room attached to glass panels have fallen off. Sauce pans cannot be used on a electric induction hob. Sofa could do with a clean. Pillows in the bedrooms are long hard foam rectangles not comfortable. We found cats that would come in through the patio door like they lived there, we had to chase them out several times. No instruction for the safe had to ask. Noticed all outer white doors fitted for extra security are great but not fitted to main patio door and this lock catch is very weak. These doors are not shown on the booking photos

• JAVIER (10/5): Casa ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la estancia en Lanzarote. - El jardín con la piscina, lo acondicionada que estaba en la casa, el trato de los propietarios. Todo excelente. Me gustó todo.
• Holly (10/5): Loved our stay here - perfect for a family of 4 who want to spend all day playing in the pool! - Loved our stay here - the villa felt much bigger than we were expecting and it was the perfect size for our holiday as a family of 4. We had a rental car and the location was great as it was just a few minutes drive to the beach (walkable too if you can do it in the heat), very close to a supermarket and it was a very quiet area. It was clean and plenty of towels provided, the pool was great and clean and our kids were happy in there all day! We would definitely recommend!
• javier (8/5): - La piscina, el entorno cerca de un Aldi, de playa blanca, Encontramos a falta,r productos de limpieza para la casa, cuando llegamos la entrada a la piscina desde el comedor estaba toda encharcada, ya se ve que necesita una pequeña reforma o arreglar los pequeños desperfectos que hay como en armarios puertas y de más, el exterior está muy bien pero en las ventanas hay filtraciones de hormigas y se necesitaría algún producto para eliminarlas, en el menaje ya hay varias copas que faltan y se podrían reponer, por lo demás bien.

• Mike (7/5): Enjoyed it but strange layout going through front door - We enjoyed the property but it was a very strange arrangement with the access & stairs to the floor below , should of been explained before hand , you could hear noises so was a bit off putting , the handles on the doors need addressing because two came off during our stay , but all in all enjoyed our stay & Aldi , 5 mins away for a bit of shopping
• Lou (10/5): We had the best holiday and we were overall thrilled with this villa - The property excelled our expectations and we would recommend to others. The outdoor area would benefit from privacy screen on the wall to hide next villas first floor which overlooked the pool by a privacy screen height. We didn’t see anyone, it didn’t affect us, but this privacy screen would have made the stay exceptional. The door handles falling off and some internal doors not shutting was a small issue for the teenagers using the bathroom. We didn’t know from the description that the stairs led to another property, who we could hear using the shower downstairs. This didn’t affect our stay and it wouldnt put us off staying here again. I think some description of the villa set up would be informative to future bookings.

• Heidi (8/5): Beautiful clean villa, nice and peaceful - Was lovely and clean with all essentials people who managed the property were really helpful . Nice a quiet, pleasant 30 min walk to the beach and centre roughly around €55 from the airport in cab Not dislike but maybe blankets for the beds in the colder months as it did get chilly in villa in the evening/night . It’s a split property so downstairs is rented out separately again not an issue as long as all guests are respectful to each in term of making noise. We paid for the heated pool but was still too cold to use they did offer to come out and check it had been connected but we decide we weren’t going to use it as had family in a near by villa with a pool
• Mary (10/5): Great villa and location. We would definitely come back. - Lovely property, very clean, good facilities and nice garden with pool. Great location, only 15 mins walk to Playa Blanca. Clear instructions received about getting there and using the burglar alarm. Only one thing - a number of the internal doors did not close properly or were very difficult to open - we had to ask for someone to come out and open the utility room door, as we could not open it. Also a few door handles kept falling off. Apart from this issue we loved it and would return.

• Paul (10/5): Lovely family Villa, near to the Strip and Lovely Pool. - Location, pool was excellent, comfortable beds and very clean. Need cushions for sun loungers, Villa split in two and were not told this when booking.Very noisy from guests downstairs. Paid for heated Pool but did not feel that it was heated, was nice but not overly warm.

• Colin (9/5): Superb - The pool, the kitchen facilities, the cleanliness, large tv with lots of choice and the tidy outside. Little bit too far from town centre
• Dawn (9/5): Lovely quiet area in a perfect sunny position and fabulous pool. - Very open and spacious in a quiet area. Loved the nice pool and garden and the whole place was very clean and modern Didn’t have any bbq tools when we used the bbq and could have done with another sofa or comfy chair as family couldn’t sit together when we watched a film.
• Ryan (6/5): Could have been better - The Garden & Pool. There were plenty of utensils. The kitchen was laid out nicely. Plenty of amenities. Furniture wasn't in the best of condition & equipment wasn't working properly. Had to contact villa representative for three separate issues within the first hour.
