The house itself is spacious and perfectly set up for a group with big rooms and plenty of doors to create quiet sleeping space separate from the living area. The house was clean and very comfortable.

Plenty of comfortable seating. Very attractive property. The wi fi was unreliable - but understand that we were on a property on an island. We had some trouble working the oven - needed to put the timer on so it would stay on. A manual would have helped.

• Stephannie (10/5): Beautiful, spacious, stunning views and comfortable - We loved staying at this beautiful house! Stunning views, private and big enough for our whole family to live comfortably. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. No outside wheelie bins - we had a long stay and had rubbish that needed to go out.

• Lyndsay (9/5): Once in a lifetime view! - Where to begin…. The view is absolutely spectacular! You could not ask for a more iconic view on Bruny! The wrap around deck was a huge hit with the kids and a wonderful place for a morning coffee or afternoon wine. The living areas (lounge and kitchen) are very comfortable and spacious. The bedrooms can all be sectioned off for privacy when traveling in a large group. The supplied bathroom amenities were good. Contacting the hosts was easy and they responded in a timely fashion. We are already planning our next trip here!! Only very minor issues - the largest bedroom in the house with the two single beds (the room most appropriate for the kids) did not have any heating. The kitchen has lacks bench space and did not have many cooking pot options (only one XXL pot and the rest were too small when cooking for a large group.)

• Simon (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Dreamscapes on Bruny Island. The location in Adventure Bay was peaceful and scenic — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We only stayed one night, but wish we had more time to enjoy it. Highly recommended! We especially appreciated the spotless wooden floors, tiles, and carpet — they were so clean that we felt bad walking in with shoes. Just a small suggestion: since the floors can get a bit cold at night, it would be great if some indoor slippers could be provided. Also, it was a bit of a shame that the fireplace wasn’t working during our stay.

• chia en (10/5): - 這房子非常適合給大家庭來入住，空間非常寬闊還有三間洗手間完全夠用和乾淨得讓人讚嘆！廚房也非常乾淨整潔，餐具碗碟都很齊全，我們還使用了房子提供的bbq設備，操作簡單和乾淨。 整體房子設計很舒適，景色非常好，雖然價格比其他的房子貴一點，但個人覺得非常值得～

• Laurette (9/5): A touch of luxury, but still cosy. Beautiful hikes and a lovely house to come home to each day - Beautiful location, views, cosy but spacious. Despite the cold warms up very easily. Kitchen fully equipped, beds so comfy. Perfect for friends and or couples. Highly reccomend! WIFI was a bit spotty and whilst we didn’t run out of firewood a bit more for back up would have been good if we had been at the house more. But it met our needs perfectly

• Sargent (9/5): Superb - Very clean and spacious, great views, very effective heat pumps. Good range of extras in the kitchen which we don't assume will be there, e,g, paper towel and cling wrap plus various food items. Kitchen fit-out seemed to have been done very much on the basis of economy rather than functionality for users. Groping for cutlery and kitchen implements in trays inside a cupboard instead of proper drawers was very inconvenient. Kitchen bench space very limited because of microwave & coffee machine etc. No hanging space in end bedroom, no cupboard space in en suite bedroom. A box of tissues would have been appreciated. We could find only one hair dryer in bathroom near stairs which we weren't using, none in main bathroom or en suite. A solid grip bar is shower and over bath would enhance safety for users. These are minor points perhaps but they take a little of the gloss off our experience

• Rebecca (9/5): Amazing place to relax and take in the beauty of The Neck. - Beautifully decorated, great location and lots of space. It was a shame there was no railing on the stairs going to the upstairs bedroom as the view from there was spectacular. This made it unusable for our older group as negotiating the steep stairs to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night was problematic. The lack of wardrobes in the other bedrooms was strange - would have been an issue if a staying longer.
• Gina (8/5): Such a picturesque place for great quality time - Location Tranquil and Family Time away from all the busy lifestyle And the host has put a lot of thought into keeping the little ones entertained with games so the TV did not have to be turned on at all for the 5days we were there. The cleaners need to do a more decent job with the cleaning. They don’t vacuum under the beds or sofa so you could see inches of dust formations. Luckily there was a vacuum cleaner so I could vacuum properly before tucking the kids to bed. The toilet bin wasn’t emptied properly so there was a sanitary panty liner stuck to the lid of the toilet bin which I had to chuck out.
