• Flø (9/5): Enestående opphold, alt var over det vi hadde av forventing, forutsetter at man selv orienterer seg. - Beliggenheten var for vår del perfekt, vi var 2 par og leiligheten er tett ved standen, kort vei til supermarked for å kjøpe det viktigste til de daglige måltidene. Vi var passe nærme til Protaras som er restaurantgaten i området, passe spasertur på 30 minutter. Fant etterhvert at Lidl var i nærheten der vi fikk alt vi trengte av ferskt kjøtt når vi ville koke middag i leiligheten. Vi orienterte oss gjennom de gode søkemotorene som ligger i Google map og fant fort ut hvor vi skulle gå for å få tak på det vi ville. Brukte også en del buss når vi ville besøke nærområdet som Aya Napa og Larnaka. Vi hadde løpende kontakt med utleiere gjennom WhatsApp, denne kanalen viste seg å være ekstremt effektiv når det var noe vi ville adressere eller lurte på. Det var ikke noe som ikke svarte til forventningene. Sier dette som en orientering for andre som vurderer å reise ned, velg rett tidspunkt, derfor... denne beskjeden! Skal man påpeke noe som vi kommer til å tenke på neste gang vi reiser ned på denne tiden er å legge turen minst 1 uke tidligere, sesongen stenger ned og vi opplevde at flere og flere av restaurantene i omrdet stnge for sesongen, det samme for de nærmeste Supermarkedene. Vi opplevde det ikke som negativt, men hadde vi vist om det på forhånde så hadde vi heller lagt oppholdet til siste halvdel av oktober, ikke som nå første del av november.

• Roman (8/5): - Удобное расположение, тихий район. Рядом два супермаркеты, 300 метров до нескольких пляжей. Рядом есть все необходимое. Посуды было достаточно, кондиционеры хорошо работают. Отличное патио возле бассейна, которое хорошо защищает от солнца Чистота бассейна могла бы быть лучше. Также следует поменять подушки и тд. В душах плохо уходит вода, иногда были большие тараканы, но это наверное во всех домах на юге

• Vladimirs (10/5): Очень рекомендую для отдыха большой семьей и дружеской компанией - Благодаря прекрасной вилле Anemone наш отдых получился превосходным!!!! Очень комфортный дом, все продумано до мелочей, хозяева обо всем позаботились. Особо отмечу сочетание бассейна и крытой беседки, поскольку благодаря этому было очень легко себя чувствовать в особо жаркий период дня. Спасибо хозяевам огромное! Мы впервые на Кипре, и увозим с собой самые лучшие впечатления!!! Такого нет
• Suzanne (10/5): The villa was great and provided a peaceful and cozy retreat for our short getaway. We highly recommend it! - The villa was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The air-conditioned rooms made it cozy and relaxing, even during cooler evenings (we stayed during December). The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for us to prepare meals. The location was fantastic — not even 5 mins walk to the promenade for a scenic walk by the sea (very easy to also walk up to the Paralimni harbour). Very nice back yard with a wooden pavilion for extra shade, lovely small olive trees and palm trees around the pool. Our host was extremely helpful, responsive, and ensured a smooth check-in process, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress free. Somewhat enhancing the cleaning supplies for us - maybe having a broom or mop on hand would help.
• Johnnyb31 (7/5): Good - Pool very nice and shaded area very appreciated. Plenty of seating. Good air conditioning. Close to ameneties. Good communication, check in procedure and contact during stay. Poorly equipped in terms of kitchen equipment - basic items like sink plug, measuring jugs, oven gloves were missing. Only one tea towel, no washing up bowl or some dishwasher tablets. No outdoor towels for pool. Villa generally seen better days, ceiling fans not working. Door handle was broken to main bedroom. Outdoor cushions for seating quite soiled. Photos omitted the huge unfinished apartment block directly over the pool area.
• Jana (8/5): Very good - This was a last minute booking and everything went smoothly even though the company STAY who is in charge of the property required additional signatures of their contracts in their (not very user friendly) system and a safety deposit of 250 eur - this is mentioned in the description but I haven’t noticed it. Communication via whatsapp was ok. The house itself is spacious and clean and the pool very much appreciated by our kids. It’s located a few minutes walk from a smaller beach, supermarket and restaurants, lots of beautiful beaches, trails and sights easily accessible by car. What I consider standard in self catering properties like this one is a basic set of cleaning supplies including a broom and a mop (there was one very old and dirty in the yard) and a handful of dishwasher tablets. A floor mat where you can dry your feet before entering the house from the pool. These items would cost you 20-30 eur for the while summer and would dramatically improve my customer experience. You had me sign an extensive list of dos and don’ts so reciprocally I would expect a list of things that were broken before my arrival so that I am not stressed you would deduct these from my deposit.

• Deborah (10/5): Fabulous Villa. Fabulous location. - Fantastic villa, spacious and clean, beautiful pool. Lovely outside area, really enjoyed sitting outside at night time with the lights around the pool. Air conditioning was perfect and much needed in August! Big C supermarket just a minute walk away has everything you need and there are great bars and restaurants right on your doorstep too so no car needed. The gorgeous beach is a 5 minute straight stroll down the road. Staff are so helpful and very easy to contact. I loved everything!
• Ioannou (10/5): Exceptional - Positives I was recommended this villa by a friend who stayed last year and I must say our short stay was fantastic! I stayed at villa Anemone with my wife and our two children. The villa is clean, spacious, has fast internet, all the appliances, furniture and ambience you need for a perfect summer stay. The swimming pool was very clean and surrounded by small cute plants / olive trees. Good working A/Cs. Overall it gave us a feeling of a “happy” beach house:) There's a cosy wooden pergola outside next to the pool where it's nice to sit especially in the evenings, being surrounded by the garden lights around the wooden fence but also inside the pool. Finally - the location is a huge plus. You are literally 5 mins walk to the sea. Every evening we went for a stroll along the promenade - its quite long and runs along the coast of Protaras, giving us the opportunity to experience beautiful sunsets and discover lovely restaurants and small cute bays. No real downsides to be honest - the only thing people should note is that its necessary to rent a car if you want to make the most of your vacation here. Although the villa is 5 mins walk (by foot) to the nearest beach, there are other (even nicer) beaches and small bays in the wider Protaras/Ayia Napa area. Given the Cypriot summer heat during the day, I strongly recommend renting a car to get there.
• Meropi (10/5): Exceptional - Clean house with all facilities close to many amenities and less than 200m from the beach
• Freilih (1/5): Bad - Only the pics on booking!!! In the reality the house is not maintained And there are building construction works exactly next to the back yard with the swimming pool. After making the reservation the only thing that the owner sent was that the trees were moved because of some construction works (the message is attached). But in reality we found construction building exactly closed to the back yard. We chose this house and payed high price because we were looking for house with the swimming pool, nice back yard, clean and silent!! Constructing work started every morning before 7 a.m with terrible noise and dust everywere! It was not possible to use the swimming pool and even dangerous to be in the back yard because the workers were throuing huge stones from the windows of the reconstructed building. The house is located in 20 min by car!!! from the center of Aya Napa. Inside the house many things were not working or were broken or missing. The kettle was not hermetical and the electricity was shorted out. It was almost impossible to flush toilet or to have shower, because it was weak water flow. There weren't blankets and it was cold in the night. The beds were terrible!!! I was very disappointed and wrote to the owner and asked to return at least part of the amount that was paid. The answer was that they let us know about the construction works and its our priblem. And if the condition of the house is not acceptable for us we have to leave the house in half an hour!!!!!! ( the message is attached) And only then they will give me back the money for the rest of the days! I was with 3 small kids and out of the house at the moment they wrote us, so It was not any option to leave in half an hour! The only thing that they did, they brought new kettle and blankets. I feel that I was really cheated and my vacation was destroyed!!!! I never write bad reports, but this time I feel that I have to write to help other people not to be cheated!!!

• Peter (9/5): 10 day holiday - The size of the chalet was perfect, well stocked with all white goods needed. Great position just a short walk to a lovely local beach. Great pool. Bathrooms were functional but could use an update and beds were a little “squeaky” but did not detract from the enjoy Ent of our stay.
