• Daria (8/5): Perfect Location for Easygoing Travelers - If you are easygoing and don't have high expectations for modern luxury, this is a great place. The location is unbeatable – within walking distance to everything you need: beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, set over two levels, and features a lovely terrace. It is clearly well-used, and the furniture has some history, so if you are looking for brand-new and modern, this might not be for you. We had a great family time here, and the check-in/out process was very pleasant. The washing machine was a lifesaver for our beach gear! The Terrace: On warmer days, you might see cockroaches on the terrace. To be fair, this seems to be a regional climate issue rather than a problem with the apartment itself, as they weren't inside and the place was clean enough. Upstairs Shower: Please be careful, especially with children! The water temperature is very unstable, switching between freezing cold and extremely hot. Power Supply: The electrical system is a bit sensitive. Avoid using the cooker at the same time as the washing machine or microwave, as the power will trip. Essentials: The kitchen is very basic and completely empty of food items (not even salt), so make sure to buy everything you need. Also, remember to bring your own beach towels. Overall, for the space and the location, we were happy. We would stay here again if visiting South Tenerife

• CAROLINA (4/5): La estancia, en general, no estuvo mal - El apartamento esta bien, en cambio el manteniento era nefasto. El baño principal tenia roto el soporte de ducha por lo que era incómodo ducharse, además el penúltimo día el monomado se estropeó y salía agua por la ducha como por el grifo. En el baño pequeño habia una fuga de agua al parecer del desague del lavabo. Convendría fumigar de vez en cuando, en un par de ocasiones aparecieron cucas por el suelo.
• Naroa (5/5): No estuvo mal, pero necesita mejoras. - Solamente la ubicación. La cocina necesita una reforma. No funcionaba bien ni el horno ni la vitrocerámica. Fue bastante rollo porque tuvimos que tener mucha paciencia para hacer la cena de Nochebuena.

• Brigitte (8/5): Agréable séjour dans un duplex bien situé - La terrasse avec des plantes exotiques cachent bien l’immeuble. Emplacement idéal pour accéder à la mer, au centre ville. La disponibilité du personnel du bureau de location ( nous avions oublié quelque chose dans l’appartement après avoir fermé la porte derrière nous, et une personne nous a aimablement reconduites à l’appartement pour récupérer nos affaires). Nous devions avoir une remise de clés en direct avec une personne ; finalement j’ai reçu un message pour récupérer les clés dans une boîte à clés sauf que je n’avais pas l’adresse du bureau où les prendre donc 1 heure à chercher partout dans le complexe immobilier une boîte à clés . Huisseries, meubles de cuisine un peu vieillots donc brinquebalants.

• Alexandra (9/5): Loved it! - I was here with my parents for 2 weeks and the apartment is big enough to fit about 5 people (we were 3). The apartment is located close to the beach in El Médano and its got a good position on the map, making lots of the attractions and cities easily accessible. Honestly I'd book to stay here again 100%
• Jennifer (7/5): Mostly enjoyable and we really loved El Medano. - The apartment was spacious and clean in a very good location for supermarket and beach. Restaurants and bars are close by. The "wild " beach is very close by and the town beach and board walk are only 5-10 minutes walk away. The towels and bed linen were delivered every week for change. Street car parking is available but can be very busy. The terrace is very large but overlooks the car park which was not as it appears in the photos on the website. The communal areas are clean and seem very quiet on the whole. There was excellent wifi available free. The biggest issue with the apartment is the misleading name and pictures. The pool view shown is not the view from the apartment terrace. The pool is at the end of the car park. We did not use the pool as it did not have sun loungers and was fenced off the car park so not conducive to spending time there. Once we got over the disapointment of the pool we enjoyed our stay. The apartment facilities are fine if a little tired but some cracked tiles in the living area were quite a trip hazard. The kitchen equipment could do with an upgrade.
