Guillermo (1/5): Everything about this rental was horrible. I never got to move in. - There was nothing to like. I never got to the apartment. Despite receiving a confirmation about the availability of the location, when I arrived, no one knew anything about having rented out the apartment. the only person who could help me was a security guard. He called a manager who didn't know what was going on. He tried to reach the owner of the apartment, but apparently, he was out of the country and could not be reached. In the end, I had to make other arrangements. This is the first and last time I will use booking.com
