- Jakob (5/5): Good location, not terribly comfortable and questionable cleanliness - Provided appliances were good and apartment was very reasonably sized for the price. The shower/bathtub combo unit was excellent for relaxing after a long day of walking. Apartment was close to Shin-Osaka, which made getting around easy. Pillows provided almost no support and were similar to airline pillows. The futon that came with the unit was very thin and provided no cushion on the hardwood floor, causing hip/spine discomfort and difficulty sleeping. Futon was also visibly stained on one side. Bedsheets also had small stains. Multiple surfaces that should have seen regular use were dusty as well.

- Kandi (10/5): VERY GOOD FOR PRICE AND LOCATION! - The staff responded quickly and kindly. I was kind of skeptical at first but when I got there The room was very clean, the set up with the toiletries were so thoughtful and the Instruction manuals they left in the room was a life saver. They gave a room with a pretty lovely view. Needless to say this was very convenient location a very nice clean place to stay for the price im really hoping to be able to book this place in the near future and futures to come. The TV was a bit hard to figure out. Couldn't tell if they had cable or not. We wanted to keep check on the news. But that might be fault on my part for not asking.

- Orlina (3/5): - The room was clean. The location is close to the train station, and there are many convenience store nearby. l It's disappointing that upon arrival, there was only one bed. It would have been acceptable if it were a futon, but it was just a mattress. My spouse and I had great difficulty sleeping because the floor was so cold, leaving us no choice but to fit all three of us into the single bed. The room itself was only suitable for one or two people.

If you don't mind walking and will be going inter city like kyoto nara or kobe this is a great location. 5min walk from Nishinakajima Metro. Room is big. Can cook at stove and also there is lift and washer. The heater is only from above while the floor is not heated. Since it is winter the wooden floor is cold and they didn't provide any room slippers. Please consider to provide room slippers.

We ordered for 3 people, there was only one double bed, we had to make another bed on the floor. i wish we would have known this. I believe this should be written in the description when booking. Opening the door was complicated everytime with the lockbox.

When pointed out to host, he asked for towels and apartment pictures which were provided but he took no action. Booking.com showed, room will have one double and and one futon bed but there was no futon bed. Room had no space to put the futon bed. Laundry detergent were not provided and for bathing there were just three tubes. Keys collection instructions were poor

Éramos 3 personas y mientras dos duermen en una cama, para la tercera, si bien te dicen que es para esa cantidad y te lo cobran, la tercer persona duerme en el suelo sobre una manta, ni siquiera es un futón o colchón. Entiendo la modalidad de cama japonesa pero era literalmente una manta. No me dieron una solución cuando lo pedí.
- Huang Chien Ko (8/5): 住宿有24H客服，但房間裡的電話只能打110/119等緊急電話，如果需聯絡工作人員但無持有日本的電話門號，則需要利用電子信箱或訂房平台的訊息功能；住宿期間旁邊剛好有建築工事，白天待在房間裡會有些噪音. - 靠近西中島南方車站，附近有2間大型超市，生活機能方便；公寓有附宅配箱可直接收取網購物品很方便. 廚房的調理空間比較小，不太方便處理複雜的東西，冰箱也不大，放2~3天份的食材就差不多.

Kitchen was equipped with sufficient utensils. The instruction leaflets were in English, clear and helpful. Near to 2 big supermarket (Aeon Food and Tamade) The balcony has no clothes rack so I must hang the clothes around the room after washing.

- Roman (4/5): Good price, bad WiFi - The location is close to Shin-Osaka station, the facilities were clean and the overall stay in the place wasn't bad with one big exception. It took two days after check out to get the WiFi going. Upon arrival, I was told that I used all of the WiFi data. That can't be true due to arriving at like 9 pm and being there a whole 30 minutes. Then they asked to enter our apartment over 24 hours later, and finally come 48 hours into our stay, I finally received login info for the WiFi. It shouldn't take this long to get something that was advertised as part of the purchase. For this reason alone, 4/10

- Joe345 (9/5): Nice appartment. OK location. Close to subway and Shin-Osaka. - Very clean appartment in a pretty modern building. Bed large and comfortable. Kitchen clean. We could see parts of Umeda from our balcony. Nice view at night. Staff isn't present but we could reach them any time, always responded prompt. ありがとう. Opening tbe main entrance door on first floor was tricky, not even for us. Same with the appartment door. They provided us with a code but, silly as it sounds, we couldn't open that door. 😆Inside the appartment there are QR codes for check out. Didn't work. BUT: staff did help with all problems.

- Blanca (8/5): Buena estancia en Osaka - El apartamento es mas grande que la media de hoteles en Japón, aunque es pequeño si lo compara con un apartamento occidental. Tiene todo lo necesario y un balcón pequeñito donde puedes tener la ropa si necesitas lavarla en la lavadora. También te dan jabón de lavadora, toallas, jabón dutcha y cepillo de dientes. En la cocina hay de todo excepto horno, que no hay en ningún sitio en Japón, es extraño. Me ha gustado porque la cama es bastante grande y cómoda.

- Ammar (9/5): All in all amazing place for the price - Location is great. 6 minute walk to nearest station, lots of convenience stores close. A manual was provided on how to use the appliances which was really helpful. One of the locks on the door was kinda stuck and required a bit of force to turn the key.
- 北田 (7/5): 駅からのアクセスはとても良かった。 - 2泊3日で泊まらせいただきました。長期滞在できるようになっていて、滞在中かなり暑くて汗だくになり部屋に洗濯機と洗った後干すハンガーあったので良かった。 部屋に入る時の鍵の空きしめが少し手間取った。 TVを見たかったけど何度か試したけど分かりづらかった。

- Akemi (5/5): 宿泊の感想 - 気兼ねなく過ごせる。 清掃がされてない感じで、気持ち悪かった。 掃除機を使用しようと思ったら、掃除機もわたぼこりや髪の毛がいっぱいついていてさらに気持ち悪かった。 食器も汚れていたので、使用するのに躊躇した。 トイレのスリッパがなかったので、戸惑った。 部屋の鍵、回してもなかなか開かなくて大変だった。

- Nami (10/5): - 交通方便，5分鐘可以到地鐵站 1樓右轉就是超商跟24小時超市，附近也有一些拉麵店跟居酒屋暢飲吧，機能性很好 床是標準雙人床，硬床但很好睡 隔音還不錯～沒怎麼聽到噪音，但有時外面會有警車救護車 附的枕頭太軟了，一個人墊2個可能還不夠睡 床的尺寸如果是朋友一起睡的話有點小 沒有拖鞋有點小可惜

- Aude (7/5): Globalement bien mais check-in très stressant - Proche du métro et kombini au pied de l'immeuble. Heureusement parce qu'on a failli dormir dehors : on n'avait que le code de la boîte à clés mais pas le code du hall pour y accéder devant l'appartement à l'étage, c'était très stressant (à chercher au milieu des 10 pages d'instructions, compliqué à trouver et aucune aide de l'hôte) alors qu'on a l'habitude de réserver ce type de logement. Lit propre et confortable, mais de la poussière à différents endroits de l'appartement et des traces de projections sur le mur des toilettes. Pour finir sur un bilan positif, l'appartement est assez spacieux, bien équipé, avec un balcon pour faire sécher facilement une lessive. La communication est difficile car la messagerie est probablement gérée par une IA donc impossible d'obtenir des informations (code WiFi, code entrée) par ce biais et il faut éplucher tous les documents ou se débrouiller tout seul. Il serait appréciable d'être plus rigoureux sur la propreté aussi, pour mettre plus à l'aise les occupants. C'est le seul logement qui nous a posé ces problèmes sur les 4 qu'on a occupés pendant le séjour.

There w - It was close to the station in a 7 min walk; where we can transfer to other cities relatively easily. When it says 2 beds they mean 1 bed and 1 small futon that you have to move the tables and chairs to fit. The WiFi sucked. Also the place was not all that clean. The elevator had a smell.
