- fiberground GmbH (10/5): Einfach super! - Der Aufenthalt an diesem Ort war super. Alles war wie auf den Fotos, sauber und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir nur hierher! :)
- marko (5/5): - Der Versuch des Vermieters auf die Mängel sofort zu reagieren . Leider ohne Erfolg Heizung/ Heizkörper nicht regulierbar :( im Winter , Schimmel im Bad
- Phil (7/5): Nice clean property and enjoyable stay, but has flaws. - Decent accommodation over three floors. Comfy beds and living room areas and well equipped kitchen and washroom. Location good for Hohenzollern attractions. Free on street parking nearby. Tiny outdoor space and advertised bbq not practical at all. Single parking place not big enough for a short wheelbase VW Transporter parked very tightly to the wall as neighbours complained within 5 minutes of our arrival and even threatened to phone the police despite use being polite and saying we’d move after we’d unpacked within 5 minutes??!!
- Kathrin (5/5): Mangelhafte Ausstattung der Küche - Die Ausstattung und Gestaltung der Schlafzimmer ist sehr gelungen und verspricht leider mehr als das Haus in Wirklichkeit bietet. Die Lattenroste und Matratzen haben keine gute Qualität. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nicht auf 8 Personen ausgerichtet. Die Badezimmer sind sanierungsbedürftig. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände defekt. Aus einem Esszimmerstuhl ragt ein Spitzer Nagel auf der Sitzfläche. Es gab keine Geschirrhandtücher zum Trocknen des Geschirrs, keine Handseife in einem Badezimmer, abgebrochener Toilette halter. Keine Müllbeutel und die Mülltrennung war so nicht wirklich möglich. Vor dem Haus gab es nur schwarze und blaue Tonne, Biotonne nicht auffindbar.
- Anabel (8/5): Tolle Lage, große Wohnung für viele Leute - Viel Platz, viele Räume. Eine komplett ausgestattet Küche, 2 Bäder. Alle Betten waren sehr gut. Die Lage war super. Die Innenstadt in 5-10 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Mehrere Restaurants sind fussläufig in der Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt auf mehreren Ebenen, das sollte man unbedingt vorher wissen.
