- Juha (7/5): - Hyvä sijainti ja kaikki palvelut lähellä. Rauhallinen taloyhtiö, ei kuulunut mitään meteliä. Eikä liikenne häirinnyt. Siistit petivaatteet ja hyvä vuode. Pyyhkeet puhtaat ja erittäin siistit. Avaimen luovutus ja yhteydenpito oli kiitettävää. Huoneistossa jonkinlainen 'ominaishaju' Johtuu asunnon -60 lukulaisuudesta, vanhoista tapeteista ja matoista. Tuuletuksella väheni jonkin verran. Keittiön kaapistot alkuperäiset, joten ei käytännölliset. Perustarvikkeet astioissa löytyy. Päivitystä kaipaa pinnat ja tekstiilit Hinta/laatusuhde ei vastaa tällä hetkellä toisiaan.
- Caroline (7/5): Good - The apartment is well equipped and it is very near the centre of the city and the river. It is very spacious and comfortable. We could use the washing machine. We didn't receive the email of the host regarding the keys, fortunately we could reach them easily by telephone. The sound of the traffic light at the corner of the street is very annoying, it goes on day and night during the weekend. The sanitary is clean, but outdated.
