• Echedey (5/5): Apartamento ok. Complejo ko - Que entre tal abandono de complejo exista un apartamento en buenas condiciones. No tengo nada en contra del apartamento ni de Francesca pero las instalaciones del complejo tienen un abandono descomunal. Piscina sucia durante todos los días (tengo hasta dudas de que tuviera cloro). Lleno de cucarachas. Parque infantil dentro de la insalubridad, zonas comunes deterioradas...

• Evelyn (9/5): Fantastisch - Superleuk appartement met een groot balkon en mooi uitzicht. Bovenop de berg. Alles was aanwezig, zelfs strandspeelgoed. Prijs/kwaliteit top. Vlot contact met de eigenaar en flexibele incheck en uitcheck. Zeker niet de chique kant van Puerto Rico maar wel goedkope restaurants en supermarkt dichtbij. Verouderd gebouw en vuil maar stoorde ons niet zo want appartement zelf was wel proper. Ga met kleine kinderen naar de zandstranden want het zwembad was koud en diep (wel proper). Een peuter kan tussen de railing en het is hoog.. Vieze speeltuin vol sigarettenpeuken.
• Ketlin (10/5): The value for money is excellent, and the WiFi is simply outstanding. - Everything was just perfect. We truly loved spending time on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful view. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and we received clear, detailed, and convenient information about arrival and check-in well in advance, which made everything very smooth. The pool was pleasantly warm, which made it especially enjoyable, and we also loved that Europa Center was just across the street. Restaurants and shops were all very close by, making the location extremely convenient. We are very grateful for such a wonderful stay. The only thing we missed was having a washing machine, but we managed well since there was one available on the property (laundry cost €4 per wash and €4 for the dryer).

Dobrze wyposazona kuchnia, dogodny punkt do zwiedzania wyspy, jesli sie ma samochód. Biskosc barow i sklepow.. Proszę mieć na uwadze, ze apartament położony jest na samym wzgórzu, do pokonania wiele schodów zeby dostać sie na plażę, lub konieczność podróżowania taksówka..

Cuenta con zonas comunes bien cuidadas, ascensores, videovigilancia y una magnífica piscina comunitaria con solárium y zona de hamacas, ideal para relajarse. El apartamento está parcialmente reformado con gusto, es cómodo y muy agradable para disfrutar de unas vacaciones perfectas Nada , todo acorde a la tarifa abonada, buena relación calidad precio

Si fos per dos i poc temps bé El conjunt d apartaments molt bruts , olors a pixats de gats , papers i de tot per terra , molts crits a la nit ,no hi ha manteniment . No tornarem .

Amazing view, good pool (and cute cats everywhere), the host was very friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated! Very good location, right across the street from a shopping center. There was no washing machine in the apartment, but there was one available in the complex for sn extra fee (coin-operated).
• Carlos (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable. We visited the place during June and it was fresh during the night, something I appreciate. Also there's a shopping center nearby with a supermarket too. The wifi works perfectly and the owner is very attentive, always ready to help. The place was quiet and the views of the port and the sea and the mountain in the distance were just perfect to relax, a great place to have some days off. I truly recommend this one, actually we will come back for more. Thanks!
