• Monica (7/5): - El precio estuvo bien y el lugar queda cerca del aeropuerto, el personal muy amable y atendía nuestras dudas de manera muy eficiente, en nuestro caso estuvo bien para pasar la noche, también es excelente que te permiten dejar tus maletas desde las 11 de la mañana si lo necesitas, está como a 20 min del centro si tomas transporte público. No nos pareció que fuera el lugar más limpio del mundo, la cocina, las toallas y el baño no tenían la mejor apariencia, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien y la noche que nos quedamos hizo mucho calor, por un lado sacaba aire frío y por el otro aire muy caliente así que no enfríaba la habitación, pero nos salvó el ventilador. Las sábanas y cobertores de la cama no eran los mejores.

Não existem toalhas de banho, o que existem são toalhas de rosto de fibra que pouco ou nada limpam, não podemos chamar toalhas de banho a toalhas com pouco mais de 50cm e o que safa é o secador. Luz da casa de banho está constantemente a desligar porque tem sensor. Paredes finas e ouve-se tudo dos quartos envolventes.

Le parking indiqué dans l’annonce est en fait si il y a de la place le parking publique dans la rue. Ce n’est donc absolument pas assuré d’avoir une place Si il n’y avait pas eu une personne qui sortait de l’immeuble au bon moment je ne sais pas comment on pouvait rentrer dans l immeuble qui ne se fait que par une clé à l’intérieur du bâtiment…

Tudo limpo e próximo de transportes públicos. Bom custo benefício. A única coisa que nos incomodou foi o colchão, foi bem difícil de dormir, estava afundando no meio.

More to raise awareness. One never knows when sharing a bathrom and it's not a reflection of the host who was very helpful and came out late to make things comfortable. A room not having a window would not be EU standard I'm sure. Was a bit shocked.

• Samuel (3/5): Kann die anderen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen - Nichts.( Verkehrsanbindung) Dass es keinen Strom gab und es im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert wurde. Dass das Gemeinschaftsbad im Fließtext erwähnt wurde und somit nicht sofort erkennbar war. Dass es weder im Bad noch im Schlafraum Fenster gab, sondern in eine Art Laubengang gelüftet wurde. Das Bett war durchgelegen und die ganze Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht gerechtfertigt.

You can find a bus, metro and train to the city center within 10 minutes walking. Aldi on the corner. - Staff is amazing: responds very quickly and is always helpful and communicative. - Breakfast was rather simple and ready-to-go (only a small amount of prepackages foods), but there was always fruit and drinks. - Bed was horrible: soft in the middle due to being used so much, in combination with a thick pillow it was hard to fall asleep. A new mattress would be the easiest investment for happier customers. There was also black mold in the bathroom. - Room has no windows. There is a door to the shared veranda you can open to get sunlight and fresh air, but you will compromise your privacy to your housemates. - Both rooms advertise a bath and a private kitchen. However, there is no bath, and there is only one shared kitchen, which is accessible via the veranda across your door. Upon showing the host what I booked, he was very helpful in finding a solution for us: closing the door between both verandas, so the veranda and kitchen was now private for us. I do see that private kitchens are still advertised on both rooms, which I find weird. Customers shouldn't have to ask to get what they paid for. Permanently closing the door between both verandas would give both rooms fresh air and privacy.

• Pamela (7/5): A good place for a short stay. - This property is conveniently located with access to tram and bus services nearby and an Aldi just 100m away. There is also a pizza shop about 200m away. There is a kettle and a coffee machine but no microwave. Food for breakfast is provided. The room was clean. There is one shared bathroom for 2 rooms. The only crockery is mugs/cups although there is a drawer of cutlery. There are no washing up facilities except the basin in the bathroom. The automatic lights don't stay on for long enough.
• ANDRE (5/5): Pense bem!!! - O anfitrião deixa um pequeno almoço no local o que nos ajudou bastante pois chegamos com fome na acomodação. Além disso, ele provê diversas informações sobre o local e a região. Ficamos apenas uma noite na acomodação. Chegamos às 23 horas no local e a porta de entrada do prédio estava fechada, tivemos que esperar a chegada de um morador local para conseguirmos entrar. Achamos o quarto pequeno para um casal e o conforto da cama não é bom. A colchão me deu dor nas costas ao longo da noite. A localização é bem distante da estação central de Milão e no dia que chegamos havia uma greve dos trabalhadores do transporte publico e foi um sufoco conseguir uma condução para chegar, ALIAS GREVES SÃO BEM COMUNS NA ITÁLIA, então leve em consideração o seu deslocamento no planejamento para não tiver esse tipo de imprevisto. A limpeza do local também não é das melhores, no banheiro foi possível verificar que o banheiro não estava totalmente limpo, com acúmulo de sujeira em alguns pontos. Além disso, a toalha de banho oferecida é pequena e não é suficiente para secar todo o corpo. Chegaram hóspedes durante a madrugada e fizeram muito barulho. Nosso quarto era do lado do banheiro e é possível escutar todo barulho que é feito dentro banheiro, ou seja, descargas, chuveiro e outros ruidos. Estávamos de passagem por Milão e para nós não valeu o custo beneficio não compensa, não conseguimos descansar nesta noite.

• didier (5/5): Belle ville et heureusement que la literie était convenable prévoir des bouchons d'oreille - Heureusement que le tram 12 est tous proche en 15 minute en est au Domo c'est bien plus rapide que le bus et le métro et il y a toujours des place assise . les premier locataire de la chambre 101 très bruyant et ne respectant pas le règlement qui demande du calme de 22h à 8h utilisation de la salle de bain a 6h du matin cri dans la nuit porte qui claque.... Le ménage fait de manière très sommaire dans les parties communes et la chambre pas au top a notre arrivé. On est dans un équivalent hôtel formule 1 pour la France en bien plus cher.

• Joan (9/5): - En cuanto a la relación calidad - precio, es de lo mejor que se puede encontrar en Milán. La habitación está muy bien, con todo lo necesario y con zonas comunes pequeñas pero suficientes para las dos habitaciones, incluido el baño compartido, con lo que no tuvimos quejas. La atención es totalmente por WhatsApp, pero siempre están atentos y dispuestos a resolver dudas, además dejan mucha información visible en las áreas comunes. Agua, café y snacks gratis, que se agradecen muchísimo, especialmente si debes salir temprano en la mañana como nosotros. La ubicación no es la mejor, bastante alejado de las zonas turísticas y el barrio, si bien no es feo ni parece peligroso, si es algo sucio y solitario. Si es para una o dos noches, está muy bien, pero se debe tener en cuenta que para ir al centro y a la mayoría de sitios importantes, el viaje en transporte público es de mínimo 30 minutos.

Rapport qualité / prix bien correct Les lumières à détection de mouvement ne sont pas si pratiques, surtout dans la salle de bain. Nous avons retrouvés deux cheveux dans le lit de la première chambre, nous nous sommes posé la question de la propreté même si le lit paraissait propre. Les serviettes sont petites et pas pratiques. Nb : L'évier semble fuir constamment et nous avons senti une odeur de gaz dans la cuisine, faites attention.

Мы останавливались на одну ночь- идеальный бюджетный вариант. WiFi, к сожалению, так и не удалось подключить. После подключения всплывало сообщение: вы подключились к устройству без доступа в интернет. Но для нас это не стало проблемой.

Tiene muchos detalles que hacen la estadía muy especial, incluyendo el recibimiento en persona de un señor mayor muy amable, café, té y varios tipos de galletas, fruta y jugo para hacer un desayuno, una pequeña cocina y una pequeña nevera en la habitación. Además estaba muy limpio y la ubicación es muy conveniente. Muy recomendado!! -

• Florence (10/5): - Excellent rapport qualité-prix. L hote est d'une disponibilité incroyable. Il nous a accueillis après minuit sans supplément. Un petit déjeuner est offert. Vous pouvez laisser votre bagage entre 11h et 12h. Le monsieur qui s occupe du ménage est tres gentil. Bref idéal pour un séjour réussi car en plus le logement est accessible soit par le train S ou le tram 12. Pour pinailler la salle de bains un peu petite mais c est un détail.

Salle de bain/toilette partagé(e) avec une autre chambre/logement pour information. Plus qu'un détecteur pour la lumière sur deux dans la salle de bain qui fonctionnait (la lumière s'éteignait au bout de 10 secondes, imaginez ma tête sous la douche mdrrr)

• Jonathan (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist auf Hostel-Niveau, so versteht sie sich auch selber. Aber mit privaten Zimmer, was klasse war! Hier unsere Bewertung. + Klasse Kommunikation vorab mit dem Besitzer, es hat alles geklappt, alles super beschrieben + kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür + Aldi direkt vor der Tür + Bushaltestelle direkt nebenan + E-Ladesäule vor der Tür + alles sehr sauber in der Unterkunft + wlan funktionierte super + kleine Küche und Mikrowelle vorhanden, das hilft natürlich sehr + kleine Leckereien und Wasser stehen bereit + es gibt eine mobile Klimaanlage - die Klimaanlage ist aber leider auch ein kleiner Minuspunkt. Denn sie braucht eine Verbindung nach draußen, heißt, das Fenster ist immer einen Spalt weit offen. Was zur Folge hatte, dass die Hitze, die gerade in Mailand war, ins Zimmer kam (trotz Vorhänge). Die Klimaanlage hat tapfer dagegen angekämpft, aber es war trotzdem sehr warm im Zimmer. Aber da kann die Unterkunft wenig dafür, wenn’s so heiß ist, wie bei uns (30 Grad um 22 Uhr). Von daher: einfach zu ner anderen Jahreszeit kommen und dann passt alles wunderbar! Wie gesagt: Unterkunft ist auf Hostel-Niveau, damit kamen wir sehr gut klar

O sistema de tranca na porta da casa de banho , a casa de banho é partilhada e tem uma correia que permite abrir a porta ainda um bom bocado, o que pode ser desconfortável; o quarto não tem ar condicionado fixo, portanto se quiserem dormir de ar condicionado têm de dormir de porta aberta o que pode ser desconfortável .

• Dave (3/5): Bad Experience - Location (close to bus 90/91), close to Supermarket 1.There was no Airco! There was a seperate cooling unit, but not working and leaking. After contact the hostel, next day suddenly the cooling unit works......BUT there is no window/outdoor, so the heat from the Cooling unit stays in the Room! 2. The bed was horrible, old and with potholes!! We cannot sleep properly. 3. Very, very, very noisy! When somebody goes to toilet or take a shower, it feelt like the toilet was next to your ear. You hear everything. 4. Shower was totally Rusted 5. The Light in the bathroom goes off every 6 seconds, so you are showering/go to the toilet in the dark!

• Michał (10/5): It was a short but pleasent stay. Owner is very helpful, no matter the time of a day - The owner is very nice and helpful Light sensor in the bathroom cant be triggered while under the shower, so the light kept tuning off while showering
