• Laura (10/5): Perfetto - Appartamento curato, pulito, confortevole. Ottima posizione.
• Dragana (10/5): - Lokacija je savrsena, sve je blizu. Apartman prostran, cist, kreveti udobni. Opremljen je skoro svime sto je potrebno za boravak od nekoliko dana. Osoblje vrlo brzo odgovars na poruke. Za preporuku Kada tek udjete osjeti se onaj miris koji je tiican za stare zgrade, ali lako je provjetriti stan. Sofa u dnevnoj nije bas udobna i lici na bastensku. Serpe bi se mogle zanoviti i nedostaju male soljice za kafu, ali to su sve sitnice koje nisu uticale na pozitivan utisak
• Agnieszka (10/5): - Przestronny apartament, położony w samym centrum. Wszędzie dojdzie się na piechotę. Dwie łazienki, żadna w pokoju więc każdy może z nich swobodnie korzystać. Miłym gestem od właściciela było powitalne wino i woda. Nieprzyjemny zapach w jednej z łazienek, ale przy otwartym oknie nie czuć nic. Trzecie piętro bez windy. Wąska klatka schodowa.
• Dimcov (8/5): - 1.Хорошее расположение- рядом много магазинов, баров 2.Просторная , хорошо оборудованная квартира. 3.Заселили ранее положенного времени- за это большое спасибо фирме сдающей эти Апартаменты 4.Удобная инструкция по заселению. 1.Сильная слышимость 2.Сильный запах канализации в одном из туалетов.

Anfahrtsplan, WLAN Code, Zugangscode etc. etc. Top Kommunikation etc. - die Lage perfekt, Mitten im Zentrum, super Zimmeraufteilung, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 x Bad inkl WC, super Balkon... aber die Lage ist echt TOP!!! man ist überall in ein paar Minuten! Im Hafen, Altstadt, Restaurants etc. alles super
• Matias (10/5): - El diseño del interior del departamento. Los cuartos, baños y cocina super amplios y limpios. Un departamento a otro nivel. Ademas, al ingresar te dejan vino y snacks de cortesia, estan en todos los detalles! Nada, todo perfecto realmente.

• Serge (9/5): Top appartement voor een aangenaam en comfortabel verblijf met gezin - Ruim, proper appartement, alles comfort aanwezig, pal in het centrum van de stad, kort aan het strand, makkelijk bereikbaar. Supervriendelijke uitbaters, zeer behulpzaam en bereikbaar.

• Deborah (9/5): Fantastic, would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again. - A lovely presented apartment, prestige in appearance and cleanliness in an amazing location. everything within walking distance, lovely bars and restaurants, the beach, shops, so many sights and things to do. I´ll definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Just one slight issue with the code for the key box, but the hosts dealt with it immediately and also assisted with registering all guests.
• Stephen (7/5): Great location and loads of space. Very clean apartment. A few too many negatives though. - Firstly, the apartment is huge, and in a fabulous location. Loads of room and 2 shower rooms. Very clean. Negatives - couldn't connect our tablets to the WiFi as it didn't recognise the password on the router ? Cooker is induction and keeps switching itself off - actually tripped one day. Ended up eating out Although well equipped, there's no washing powder/wash up liquid/ basic kitchen items salt,Pepper, Oils etc etc 95 steps to apartment - not recommended for elderly or infirm North facing balcony - doubt you would get sun even in high season

• Andrew (8/5): Great apartment close to main attractions - We stayed here in February 2025 and had a great time. The apartment is very spacious, with 2 big bedrooms and a single bed room. Very comfy beds and well kitted out. It's a 5/10 minute walk to the main harbour and close to lots of bars and restaurants. I would definitely stop again! The company managing the property were also very helpful (especially Paola!).

• Lynette (8/5): Very good - Very good location in the heart of Alicante. It is a well equipped, spacious apartment that is tastefully decorated. There were 5 in our group, and the apartment suited our needs. There was a very strong smell from the drains/pipes in the main bathroom. Perhaps it hadn't been used for a while, but the smell didn't disappear during our 4 night stay. A few small points-The main gate wouldn't open on arrival but was quickly sorted when we contacted the owner. We also had to get a different WiFi code before we could use it. Most other appartments I have stayed in before provide a few rolls of toilet roll. Only minor points, still a nice apartment that I would recommend to others.
• Ivelina (10/5): Perfect! - Everything! It is perfect! We were 5 and there was plenty of space for each of us. The main streets for walks, food and transportation are no more than 5-10 minutes away. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. There is fridge with freezer, which was great to put some wine in it.

• Jörg (9/5): Clean, spacious, centrally located - Very clean, centrally located, spacious. Nothing much to comment, we could have needed some hooks to hang the jackets but I guess that is only an issue if you travel at chilly periods of the year :-)

• Sannamarja (8/5): Great family vacation in sunny Alicante - We were pleased with this big and beautiful appartment, spacious dining area and three separated bedrooms. Location is great. Easy self-check-in. Laundry machine, well equiped kitchen, two bathrooms were convenient when travelling with small children. We asked for a baby bed before the trip but there was no when we arrived in the middle of the night. I send wa-message and Paola answered in the next morning and brought baby bed within few hours. And we also got a baby chair for our 1-year-old. There was no dish-washer. There was many ants in the apartment so it was absolutely necessary to take the garbage out every day. There was no traditional coffee maker, but we managed with the coffee pad machine. There could be more dishes especially bowls and glasses. Appartment is on the third floor so there is many steps, bit difficult with small children and large baggage.

• Avril (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a great City - The apartment was a wonderful place to stay in Alicante. Very modern and comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants looking forward to returning.
• Linda (9/5): Superb - Being an apartment, there was no breakfast included, but there was an excellent cafe on the street under the apartment block. We couldn't believe the luxury of the apartment considering the cost, it was superb. The apartment was on the third floor and there was no lift, but it did keep us fit!!! Also it would have been nice to have the television with English language but having spent a long time trying to change it, we gave up! Perhaps instructions could be left in future, as we're sure many tourists are non-Spanish.
